Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of automobile safety, in particular to an automobile safety belt with a pre-tightening function.
Background
Seat belts are the most important component of occupant restraint systems. The traditional safety belt consists of a retractor, a webbing and a buckle, and in actual use, a certain gap exists between the safety belt and a human body, if the gap is too large, the effective acting range of the safety belt is reduced, and the efficiency of the safety belt is reduced. The pre-tightening safety belt is generally adopted at present to eliminate the gap, when the collision reaches a certain degree, the pre-tightening device is started, the belt buckle retracts or the retractor rotates, so that the slack of the webbing of the safety belt is reduced, the gaps between a human body and the safety belt and between seats are eliminated, and the restraint effect of the safety belt is improved.
The pretensioning safety belt is usually formed by adding a pre-tightening device to a traditional safety belt, wherein the pre-tightening device can be connected with a buckle or combined with a retractor.
The commonly used pre-tightening safety belt only can realize the pre-tightening function of the shoulder belt through a set of retractor and a pre-tightening device, so that the restraint on the hip of the passenger is insufficient, and the performance is poor. To achieve better performance double-ended pretensioning, either an anchor/latch pretensioner needs to be added or a set of spools needs to be added.
The double-head pre-tightening in any mode is complex in product structure, so that the product is high in cost, large in volume and weight and difficult to popularize. How to realize better pre-tightening performance on the premise of controlling cost, volume and weight is a big subject for restricting the development of the system products.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the double-headed pretensioned automobile safety belt of the present embodiment includes a webbing 1, a cable 2, a pretensioner housing 4, a piston 5, a webbing spool 6, a pretensioning rack 7, and a drive gear 8, wherein the cable 2 is used to pull the webbing 1 under the pushing of high-pressure gas, thereby realizing the function of belt pretensioning.
In order to be able to withstand large loads, the cable 2 in this embodiment is preferably a steel cable. One end of the inhaul cable 2 is fixedly connected with the braid 1, and the other end is fixedly connected with the piston 5.
The webbing spool 6 is fixedly connected with the drive gear 8, in this embodiment both are coaxially fixed, and the webbing spool 6 can rotate with the rotation of the drive gear 8. The webbing spool 6 is wound with webbing, and when the pretensioning device works, the linear motion of the piston 5 is converted into rotation of the webbing spool 6, so that the webbing is pulled back to achieve the function of pretensioning the shoulder strap.
Referring to fig. 2, the pretensioner housing 4 is internally provided with four compartments for the power generation device and the work place of the power transmission device of the whole pretensioner mechanism: a power generation compartment 41, a power drive compartment 42, a piston compartment 43 and a drive gear compartment 44. The piston 5, the pretensioning rack 7, the drive gear 8 and the power generating means are all located in the pretensioner housing, the piston 5 being reciprocable in a piston compartment 43, the drive gear 8 being pivotally connected in the drive gear compartment 44. In order to make the movement of the piston 5 smooth, the end surface of the piston 5 matched with the pre-tightening rack 7 is designed to be a plane, and the two are closely attached.
Referring to fig. 2, as the power generation device, the present embodiment further includes a gas generator 9, the gas generator 9 is disposed in a power generation compartment 41, and the power generation compartment 41 communicates with a power driving chamber 42. When an emergency situation is met, the gas generator 9 is ignited, high-pressure gas generated by gunpowder explosion rapidly fills the power driving chamber 42, and the piston 5 moves rightwards under the pushing of the high-pressure gas, so that a pre-tightening function is realized.
Referring to fig. 3, the pretensioning rack 7 as a power transmission device includes a first bridge pier 71, a second bridge pier 72, a first bridge pier 73, and a bridge deck 75, and in order to make the pretensioning rack 7 move smoothly, portions of the first bridge pier 71, the second bridge pier 72, and the bridge deck 75 that mate with the pretensioner housing 4 are designed to have smooth surfaces and closely fit with the pretensioner housing 4. The first bridge 73 is a rack engaged with the drive gear 8, and converts the linear motion of the pretensioned rack 7 into the rotational motion of the drive gear 8.
In order to prevent the normal pulling out of the seat belt when the pretensioning function is not activated, the pretensioning rack 7 of the present embodiment further comprises a second web 74, the second web 74 being designed as a smooth surface and being integral with the first web 73. The drive gear 8 is pivotally connected within the gear compartment 44 with one tooth abutting the transition junction of the first bridge web 73 and the second bridge web 74. When the pretensioning function is not triggered, the driving gear 8 is in contact with the second bridge 74, and the driving gear 8 can freely rotate due to the fact that the second bridge 74 is of a smooth surface, and normal pulling-out of the safety belt is guaranteed.
Referring to fig. 1, in order to guide the direction of the cable 2 and make the cable 2 stretch and retract along the movement direction of the piston 5, the embodiment further includes a cable guide mechanism 3, the cable guide mechanism 3 is fixed on the sheet metal of the vehicle body through a plurality of anchor points (not shown), and the middle part of the cable 2 bypasses the cable guide mechanism 3.
In summary, according to the double-end pre-tightening type automobile safety belt of the embodiment, on the basis of the traditional safety belt, by adding the pre-tightening device, the driving gear is pushed to rotate while the webbing is pulled back, so that the webbing reel is driven to rotate, the function of double-end pre-tightening the safety belt is realized while the cost, the volume and the weight of the single-reel single pre-tightening device are kept approximately, and the cost, the weight and the volume of the double-end pre-tightening safety belt are greatly reduced.
