For example, in the examples shown in fig. 8, 9, 18, 19, 28, 29, 37 and 39, the stopper 3 is provided with a first stopper portion, the support 2 is provided with a second stopper portion adapted to cooperate with the first stopper portion, the first stopper portion is formed as a stopper protrusion 33, and the second stopper portion is formed as stopper grooves 25, wherein the number of stopper grooves 25 is two and is arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the support 2. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, 8, 17, 18, 26, 27, 36 and 37, the support 2 is configured as a ring-shaped member, and the support 2 may cover at least part of the inner peripheral wall of the installation cavity 11. Therefore, the support member 2 is convenient to be matched with the base 1, the support member 2 is convenient to be matched with the functional accessory 4, the structure and the installation procedure of the yo-yo are facilitated to be simplified, and when the support member 2 covers part of the inner peripheral wall of the installation cavity 11, the material of the support member 2 can be saved.
As shown in fig. 31 to 33, the support member 2 is provided with a protruding opening 28 adapted to protrude the stopper 3, and the stopper 3 is adapted to move from one end of the protruding opening 28 to the other end of the protruding opening 28 when the stopper 3 moves from the first position a to the second position b. On the one hand, the extending opening 28 can be used for extending the limiting piece 3, on the other hand, the extending opening 28 can play a limiting role on the movement track of the limiting piece 3, and the working reliability of the limiting piece 3 is further improved.
As shown in fig. 21, 23, 24, 26-28, the support 2 includes first and second spaced apart annular ribs 2a, 2b, each of the first and second annular ribs 2a, 2b extending in the circumferential direction of the opening 12, the first annular rib 2a being adjacent to the opening 12. The first annular rib 2a and the second annular rib 2b may define a sliding track 21 with the inner wall of the mounting cavity 11, an outer mounting notch 22 is disposed on the sliding track 21 at a position close to the first annular rib 2a, and an inner mounting notch 23 and a stop cavity 24 are disposed on the sliding track 21 at a position close to the second annular rib 2 b. Thereby simplifying the structure and processing technique of the support 2, saving the production period and reducing the production cost.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 12 and 22, the first mounting portion is formed as the limiting notch 32 and the second mounting portion is formed as the mounting protrusion 42, whereby the structure of the first and second mounting portions can be simplified. The support 2 is provided with a mounting via hole 26 suitable for the mounting protrusion 42 to pass through, and when the limiting piece 3 is positioned at the first position a, the mounting via hole 26 is communicated with the limiting notch 32. Thus, when the functional accessory 4 is mounted, the mounting protrusion 42 is facilitated to pass through the mounting via 26 to be matched with the limit notch 32, and when the functional accessory 4 is dismounted, the mounting protrusion 42 is facilitated to extend out of the limit notch 32.
As shown in fig. 9, 10, 19, 20, 29, 30, and 35, the stoppers 3 are plural and are distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the opening 12. Therefore, the fixing reliability of the base 1 and the functional accessories 4 can be improved, and the functional accessories 4 are prevented from falling off in the use process of the yo-yo ball. As shown in fig. 9, 10, 19, 20, 29 and 30, a connecting rib 34 is disposed between two adjacent limiting members 3, so that when the outer end of one of the limiting members 3 is shifted, the limiting member 3 can drive the connecting rib 34 to rotate, and the connecting rib 34 can drive the other limiting members 3 to rotate. That is, when one of the stoppers 3 is moved, all of the stoppers 3 can be moved simultaneously without moving all of the stoppers 3 one by one, thereby facilitating the installation and removal of the functional accessories 4.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the number of the stoppers 3 is three or four, whereby not only the structure can be simplified, but also the reliability of the installation of the function fitting 4 can be improved. The plurality of stoppers 3 are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the opening 12, whereby the structure can be further simplified, and the stress of the function fitting 4 can be made more uniform, thereby making the installation of the function fitting 4 more firm.
For example, in the examples shown in fig. 9, 10, 19, 20, 29 and 30, three stoppers 3 are provided and three stoppers 3 are provided at regular intervals along the circumferential direction of the opening 12, and a connecting rib 34 is provided between each adjacent two stoppers 3 to connect the three stoppers 3 together. Therefore, when one of the limiting pieces 3 is shifted, the limiting piece 3 can drive the connecting rib 34 to rotate, and the connecting rib 34 can drive the other limiting pieces 3 to rotate. That is, when one of the stoppers 3 is moved, all of the stoppers 3 can be moved simultaneously without moving all of the stoppers 3 one by one, thereby facilitating the installation and removal of the functional accessories 4. Of course, the stopper 3 and the connecting rib 34 may be integrally formed. As shown in fig. 4, 14 and 24, the inner bottom wall of the mounting cavity 11 is provided with an annular groove 15, and the connecting rib 34 can move in the annular groove 15.
As shown in fig. 12, the sliding rail 21 is provided with a stop cavity 24, the stop cavity 24 is communicated with the mounting inner notch 23, and when the limiting piece 3 is shifted to move the limiting piece 3 from the first position a to the second position b, the second mounting part moves into the stop cavity 24. The surface of the second mounting portion in the direction toward the outside of the mounting chamber 11 abuts against the surface of the stopper chamber 24 in the direction toward the inside of the mounting chamber 11, so that the displacement of the second mounting portion in the direction toward the outside of the mounting chamber 11 is restricted, and the functional fitting 4 can be prevented from being separated from the base 1.
The yo-yo of the easy detachable functional accessory according to four embodiments of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1-45. The following description is illustrative only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 10 and 41 to 45, the yo-yo capable of conveniently disassembling the functional accessory according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises a base 1, a supporting member 2, a limiting member 3 and a functional accessory 4.
Specifically, the base 1 has a mounting cavity 11, one end of the mounting cavity 11 has an open mouth 12, the support 2 is arranged on the inner wall of the mounting cavity 11 and is tightly attached to the inner wall of the mounting cavity 11, the support 2 is formed into a ring shape, the surface of the support 2 opposite to the inner wall of the mounting cavity 11 is provided with three grooves extending along the circumferential direction of the support 2, the inner peripheral wall of the grooves and the inner wall surface of the mounting cavity 11 jointly define a sliding rail 21, the sliding rail 21 extends along the circumferential direction of the open mouth 12 and has a first position a and a second position in the extending direction, the sliding rail 21 is provided with a mounting inner notch 23, a mounting outer notch 22 and a stop cavity 24, the mounting inner notch 23 is opposite to the mounting outer notch 22 and is close to the open mouth 12, the stop cavity 24 and the mounting inner notch 23 are positioned at one end of the sliding rail 21 far away from the open mouth 12, the stop cavity 24 is communicated with the mounting inner notch 23, the support 2 is also provided with a mounting through hole 26, and the mounting through hole 26 is opposite to the mounting inner notch 23. Wherein the mounting outer notch 22, the mounting inner notch 23 and the stopper cavity 24 all extend in the circumferential direction of the opening 12.
The locating part 3 is established in the slip track 21 and closely laminates with the wall of installation cavity 11 and the wall of support 2 towards installation cavity 11 inner wall respectively, and locating part 3 can remove between first position a and second position, and the outer end of locating part 3 has and stirs portion 31, stirs the intermediate position that portion 31 is located locating part 3 outer end and forms to stir the arch, stirs portion 31 and is located the installation outside breach 22, and the inner of locating part 3 has spacing breach 32, and spacing breach 32 is located the installation inside breach 23. The function fitting 4 is provided with an elastic arm 41, the elastic arm 41 is provided with a mounting protrusion 42 which is suitable for being matched with the limit notch 32, when the limit piece 3 is at the first position a, the mounting via hole 26 is opposite to and penetrates through the limit notch 32, the mounting protrusion 42 is suitable for penetrating through the mounting via hole 26 and being positioned in the limit notch 32, and when the toggle part 31 is toggled to enable the limit piece 3 to move from the first position a to the second position, the mounting protrusion 42 moves into the limit cavity 24. Wherein the functional fitting 4 may be a glare module, a gyro module, a top finger cover, a side shaft type 1, a side shaft type 2, etc.,
when the functional accessory 4 is installed, the spacing piece 3 can be located at the first position a by stirring the stirring part 31, at this time, the installation through hole 26 is opposite to the spacing notch 32, the installation protrusion 42 on the functional accessory 4 can pass through the installation through hole 26 and is not located in the spacing notch 32, then stirring the stirring part 31 to enable the spacing piece 3 to move from the first position a to the second position, at this time, the spacing notch 32 moves along with the spacing piece 3 and drives the installation protrusion 42 to move into the stop cavity 24, at this time, the surface of the installation protrusion 42 facing the outer side direction of the installation cavity 11 is matched with and abutted against the surface of the stop cavity 24 facing the inner side direction of the installation cavity 11, and therefore, the stop cavity 24 can limit the displacement of the installation protrusion 42 facing the outer side direction of the installation cavity 11, so that the functional accessory 4 is installed on the base 1.
When the functional accessory 4 is dismounted, the toggle part 31 can be toggled to enable the limiting piece 3 to move from the second position to the first position a, in the process of moving the limiting piece 3, the limiting notch 32 drives the mounting protrusion 42 to gradually separate from the stop cavity 24 and enter the mounting inner notch 23, when the limiting piece 3 moves to the first position a, the limiting notch 32 is completely separated from the stop cavity 24 and is opposite to the mounting through hole 26, at the moment, the mounting protrusion 42 can move from the limiting notch 32 in the direction of passing through the mounting through hole 26 to the outer side of the mounting cavity 11, and when the mounting protrusion 42 moves out of the mounting through hole 26, the functional accessory 4 can be dismounted from the base 1.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the inner wall of the mounting chamber 11 is provided with a first step surface 13 and a second step surface 14, the first step surface 13 and the second step surface 14 each extend in the circumferential direction of the opening 12, the first step surface 13 and the second step surface 14 are provided at a distance, and the stopper 3 is slidable on the first step surface 13 and the second step surface 14. Correspondingly, the wall surface of the supporting piece 2 opposite to the inner wall of the installation cavity 11 and the wall surface of the limiting piece 3 opposite to the inner wall of the installation cavity 11 are provided with step surfaces matched with the first step surface 13 and the second step surface 14. Therefore, the matching tightness of the supporting piece 2, the mounting cavity 11 and the limiting piece 3 can be increased, the reliability of the integral structure of the yo-yo ball is improved, and the functional accessory 4 is convenient to mount and dismount. Wherein the first step surface 13 of the mounting cavity 11 is defined by the annular gasket 5 located on the inner wall of the mounting cavity 11.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, the number of the slide rails 21 is three, and accordingly, the number of the stoppers 3 is three. Thereby, the reliability of the detachment of the functional accessory 4 mounting box can be improved. In addition, a connecting rib 34 is arranged between two adjacent limiting pieces 3, and the connecting rib 34 and the limiting pieces 3 can be integrally formed. Therefore, when the stirring part 31 of one of the limiting parts 3 is stirred, the stirring part 31 drives the limiting part 3 to move, the limiting part 3 can drive the connecting rib 34 to rotate, and the connecting rib 34 can drive the rest of the limiting parts 3 to rotate. That is, when the poking part 31 of one of the limiting pieces 3 is poked, all the limiting pieces 3 can move simultaneously without poking the poking parts 31 on all the limiting pieces 3 one by one, thereby facilitating the installation and the disassembly of the functional accessory 4. The inner bottom wall of the mounting cavity 11 is provided with an annular groove 15 for accommodating the connecting rib 34.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, a limiting protrusion 33 is disposed on one side of the limiting member 3 facing the supporting member 2, the limiting protrusion 33 is located at one end of the limiting member 3 near the mounting inner notch 23, and two limiting grooves 25 matched with the limiting protrusion 33 are disposed on one side of the supporting member 2 facing the limiting member 3. When the limiting piece 3 is located at the first position a, the limiting protrusion 33 is matched with one of the limiting grooves 25, and when the limiting piece 3 is located at the second position, the limiting piece 3 is matched with the other limiting groove 25. Therefore, when the limiting piece 3 is located at the first position a and the second position, the limiting piece 3 is relatively fixed through the cooperation of the limiting protrusion 33 and the limiting groove 25, so that the functional accessory 4 can be conveniently fixed and detached after being installed, and the functional accessory 4 is prevented from falling off or being clamped in the detaching process after being installed.
As shown in fig. 9, the reinforcing ribs 35 are arranged between the two step surfaces corresponding to the first step surface 13 and the second step surface 14 on the limiting piece 3, so that the reliability of the structure of the limiting piece 3 can be increased, the limiting piece 3 is prevented from being broken due to insufficient strength, and the reliability of the operation of the whole structure of the yo-yo ball is ensured. In addition, an installation mark (an arrow indicating a direction) is further arranged on the step surface of the limiting piece 3, a unidirectional arrow mark facing the moving direction of the second position is arranged on the step surface of the limiting piece 3 corresponding to the first step surface 13, and a bidirectional arrow mark moving towards the direction of the first position a and moving towards the direction of the second position is arranged on the step surface of the limiting piece 3 corresponding to the second step surface 14, so that the installation accuracy of the limiting piece 3 can be ensured when the limiting piece 3 is installed, and the reverse installation of the limiting piece 3 is prevented.
Example two
As shown in fig. 11 to 20 and 41 to 45, this embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment in that like parts are given like reference numerals. The only difference is that only the second step surface 14 is provided on the inner wall of the mounting cavity 11, and correspondingly, the support 2 and the limit 3 are provided with only one step surface corresponding to the second step surface 14. Meanwhile, the upper part of the limiting piece 3 is not provided with a reinforcing rib 35, the limiting protrusion 33 is arranged at the middle position between the outer end and the inner end of the limiting piece 3, and correspondingly, the limiting groove 25 on the supporting piece 2 is arranged at the middle position of the supporting piece 2.
Example III
As shown in fig. 21 to 30 and 41 to 45, this embodiment is substantially the same as the second embodiment in that like parts are given like reference numerals. The only difference is that the support 2 comprises first and second spaced apart annular ribs 2a, 2b, each of the first and second annular ribs 2a, 2b extending in the circumferential direction of the open mouth 12, the first annular rib 2a being disposed adjacent to the open mouth 12. The inner wall of the installation cavity 11 is provided with a groove extending along the circumferential direction of the opening 12, the inner wall of the groove and the wall surface of the first annular rib 2a and the second annular rib 2b facing the inner wall of the installation cavity 11 define a sliding track 21, the first annular rib 2a and the inner wall of the installation cavity 11 can define an installation outer notch 22, and the second annular rib 2b and the inner wall of the installation cavity 11 define an installation inner notch 23 and a stop cavity 24. The difference is that only the inner wall of the mounting cavity 11 is provided with a plurality of first step surfaces 13 and second step surfaces 14, the plurality of first step surfaces 13 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the opening 12, the plurality of second step surfaces 14 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the opening 12, and the limiting piece 3 is slidably arranged between two adjacent first step surfaces 13 and two adjacent second step surfaces 14.
As shown in fig. 34, 35 and 38, an annular groove 15 is defined between the first step surface 13 and the second step surface 14 on the inner wall of the mounting cavity 11, the yo-yo comprises an annular gasket 5, the annular gasket 5 is slidably arranged in the annular groove 15, a clamping groove 51 is formed in the annular gasket 5, and the limiting piece 3 is clamped in the clamping groove 51. Therefore, when the stirring part 31 of one of the limiting parts 3 is stirred, the stirring part 31 drives the limiting part 3 to move, the limiting part 3 can drive the annular gasket 5 to rotate, and the annular gasket 5 can drive the rest of the limiting parts 3 to rotate. That is, when the poking part 31 of one of the limiting pieces 3 is poked, all the limiting pieces 3 can move simultaneously without poking the poking parts 31 on all the limiting pieces 3 one by one, thereby facilitating the installation and the disassembly of the functional accessory 4.
As shown in fig. 31 to 33, the support member 2 covers part of the inner peripheral wall of the mounting chamber 11, and the support member 2 is provided with an extension port 28 adapted to extend the stopper 3, and the stopper 3 is adapted to move from one end to the other end of the extension port 28 when the stopper 3 moves from the first position a to the second position b.
As shown in fig. 39, the stopper projection 33 is provided at an intermediate position between the outer end and the inner end of the stopper 3, and an arrow mark moving toward the second position is provided on the step surface of the stopper 3 corresponding to the second step surface 14.
In summary, according to the yo-yo ball provided by the embodiment of the invention, the functional accessory 4 is convenient and reliable to install, firm in connection, simple in structure, and strong in practicability, and the functional accessory 4 can be directly screwed in or out by hands without other tools.
