In the decorative panel 3, an opening is formed so that a component provided in a region of the front surface of the outer door 2 covered by the decorative panel 3 is exposed to the surface, but hereinafter, a description (description) of the opening will be omitted.
A window 20 having a large opening is provided in an upper region of the front surface of the outer door 2, and a display device 4 for displaying an image of a commodity to be sold or the like is rotatably attached to the window 20.
Further, a coin inlet 2a, a bill insertion slot 2b, a coin return slot 2c, a return lever 2d, a commodity discharge slot 2e, an antenna 2f of an electronic money reader/writer, a reader/writer 2g of a magnetic recording type card, a human body sensing sensor such as a proximity sensor for sensing a human body, a camera unit 2h such as a CCD camera for capturing a purchaser, a lever handle lock or a cylinder lock 2j, and the like are provided on the front surface of the outer door 2.
Further, it is known that the following members are disposed on the back surface of the outer door 2: a coin mechanism which is communicated with the coin input port 2a, judges the currency type and the authenticity of the input coin, refunds the coin judged as the counterfeit coin to the coin refund port 2c, stores the coin judged as the authentic coin in a change canister or a coin box divided by the currency type, and pays out the coin from the change canister divided by the currency type based on a change payment instruction; a Bill receptacle (Bill Validator) which communicates with the Bill insertion slot 2b, temporarily retains the inserted bills after determining the denomination and authenticity of the bills, returns the bills temporarily retained when the bills are determined to be counterfeit bills to the Bill insertion slot 2b, and introduces the bills temporarily retained when the bills are determined to be genuine bills to the money cassette; a control box, which is provided with a vending machine control part for controlling the whole vending machine and a display control part for controlling the display of the display device 4.
The display device 4 rotatably attached to the window 20 of the outer door 2 is constituted by, for example, a liquid crystal display, and is attached to the window 20 of the outer door 2 in such a manner that a liquid crystal panel 4a as a display surface faces the front surface side of the outer door 2.
As shown in fig. 3, which is an exploded perspective view of the outer door 2 in a state of being detached from the window 20, the display device 4 includes a case 40 including a thin box-shaped frame 41 and a cover 42 for closing an opening of the frame 41, and a plurality of ventilation slits are formed in a flange forming a peripheral edge of the frame 41 and having an opening on a front surface thereof.
The case 40 includes a chassis made of aluminum for supporting the liquid crystal panel 4a from behind and a circuit board for driving and controlling light emission of the liquid crystal panel 4 a. Rotation shafts 43, 44 extending in the vertical direction are provided at the upper and lower flanges of the frame 41.
These rotation axes 43, 44 are located on the center of gravity line of the display device 4. Further, a magnetic attraction piece 45 made of iron is fixed to a substantially central portion in the vertical direction of the left flange of the housing 41 when viewed from the front. The magnetic attraction piece 45 is formed in an L-shape in cross section, and is provided so that a short L-shaped piece is fixed to a left flange of the frame 41 in such a manner that the short L-shaped piece is flush with the back surface of the cover 42 and protrudes outward (leftward). The magnetic attraction piece 45 constitutes a magnetic attraction portion of the display device 4.
The lid 42 is formed with a plurality of ventilation slits and is provided with 4 rubber projections 46 projecting toward the rear side. The rubber projection 46 has a projection height equal to the separation distance between the cover 42 and a heat insulating door (not shown) disposed behind the cover 42, and the rubber projection 46 abuts against the heat insulating door, thereby preventing the display device 4 from being accidentally rotated in a normal position when the outer door 2 is closed.
In order to prevent the lower portion of the display device 4 (the lower flange of the housing 41) from coming into contact with (sliding contact with) the peripheral edge of the window 20, the rotating shaft 44 provided on the lower side of the rotating shafts 43 and 44 is formed in the form of a stepped screw.
The window 20 of the outer door 2 is formed in a size capable of accommodating the display device 4, and frames 21 to 24 (see fig. 3 and 4) are provided along the periphery of the window 20.
These frames 21 to 24 are formed as upper, lower, left, and right sashes of the window 20, and hereinafter, the frame 21 forming the upper sash of the window 20 is referred to as an upper frame, the frame 22 forming the lower sash of the window 20 is referred to as a lower frame, the frame 23 forming the left sash of the window 20 as viewed from the front is referred to as a left frame, and the frame 24 forming the right sash of the window 20 as viewed from the front is referred to as a right frame.
The upper frame 21 and the lower frame 22 are formed of the same member, and the left frame 23 and the right frame 24 are formed of the same member, and are configured to be attached so that one (the upper frame 21 and the left frame 23) rotates with respect to the other (the lower frame 22 and the right frame 24).
As shown in fig. 4, the upper frame 21 is made of metal having a cross section formed in a japanese コ shape, and is fixed integrally with the outer door 2 by screwing both left and right ends to the door frame 2A of the door 2 so that the open face in the japanese コ shape faces upward.
A bearing recess 211 that opens toward the rear surface side is formed in the center portion in the left-right direction of the upper frame 21. The lower frame 22 is fixed to the door frame 2A of the outer door 2 by rotating the upper frame 21 by 180 degrees in the left-right direction in fig. 4, and as can be understood with reference to the lower frame 22, the lower frame 22 is configured such that: the bearing concave portion 221 (bearing concave portion 211) is formed in a funnel shape with the open portion facing the rear surface side like a morning glory, and the tapered portion serves as a bearing for the rotation shafts 43 and 44 of the display device 4.
Here, the rotary shaft 44 on the lower side of the display device 4 is formed in the form of a stepped screw, and the diameter of the thin shaft portion on the tip side is set smaller than the size of the funnel-shaped tapered portion constituting the bearing recess 221 (bearing recess 211), and the diameter of the thick shaft portion on the base side is set larger than the size of the funnel-shaped tapered portion constituting the bearing recess 221 (bearing recess 211).
Closing members 27, 28 are attached to the bearing recesses 211, 221, respectively. The closing members 27, 28 close the portions of the funnel- shaped bearing recesses 211, 221 which are open toward the back side except for the tapered portions, and the closing members 27, 28 are fixed by being screwed to the upper frame 21 and the lower frame 22 with the cross-section thereof formed in a shape of japanese コ.
Further, notches 212 and 222 are formed in the upper frame 21 and the lower frame 22 to secure ventilation from the display device 4, and a plurality of ventilation slits are formed in portions other than the notches 212 and 222, wherein the notches 212 and 222 are formed by cutting out the leg pieces of the upper frame 21 and the lower frame 22 from the side (back side) of the letter japanese コ to the proximal end portion of the letter japanese コ within a range in which strength is secured.
The left and right frames 23, 24 are formed in an L-shape in cross section, and the upper and lower ends of the L-shaped long piece are screwed to the upper and lower frames 21, 22 so that the L-shaped short piece is along the left and right edges of the window 20, whereby the left and right frames 23, 24 are integrally fixed to the outer door 2, respectively.
In this case, the right frame 24 is fixed to the outer door 2 by rotating the left frame 23 by 180 degrees in the left-right direction in fig. 4 and then screwing the upper and lower ends thereof to the upper frame 21 and the lower frame 22. Magnets 25 and 26 are embedded in substantially central portions in the vertical direction of L-shaped long pieces screwed to the upper frame 21 and the lower frame 22 of the left frame 23 and the right frame 24.
The magnets 25 and 26 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the magnetic attraction piece 45 of the display device 4. The magnets 25 and 26 constitute magnetic attraction portions of the sash (left and right frames 23 and 24) of the window 20.
The rollers 5, 5 are attached to the left and right ends of the lower frame 22 via support members 50, 50 so that part of the outer periphery thereof is exposed above the lower frame 22. The rollers 5, 5 are formed of the same components, and the support members 50, 50 are formed of the same components, and a perspective view thereof is shown in fig. 5.
As shown in fig. 5, the roller 5 is rotatably supported by a rotary shaft 5A, and the rotary shaft 5A is held by both blades 51, 51 of the support member 50. The support member 50 is formed in a shuttlecock-like shape (wing-like shape in japanese) in an expanded view, a portion serving as a handle is bent to form a fixing piece 52, both right and left wings of the shuttlecock-like shape are bent to form both wings 51, a screw through hole 521 is formed in the fixing piece 52, a holding hole (not shown) for the rotation shaft 5A is formed in both the wings 51, and locking claws 511, 511 are formed in end portions of both the wings 51, 51 on the side opposite to the fixing piece 52.
Further, the height of the both flaps 51, 51 is set to a height at which a part of the outer periphery of the roller 5 assembled to the both flaps 51, 51 via the rotary shaft 5A protrudes upward, and an opening 223 (see fig. 6) through which a part of the outer periphery of the roller 5 penetrates is formed in the base end portion of the lower frame 22 shaped like japanese character コ.
The support member 50 to which the roller 5 is assembled is attached to the lower frame 22 as follows. That is, after the locking claws 511 and 511 of the both wings 51 and 51 of the support member 50 are locked to a flange (not shown) bent from the tip of the leg on the other side (front side) of the japanese-character コ -shaped lower frame 22 toward the back side, the roller 5 is made to face the opening 223 formed at the base end portion of the lower frame 22, and the fixing piece 52 is screwed and fixed to the leg on the one side (back side) of the japanese-character コ -shaped lower frame 22 through the screw through hole 521.
Thus, the roller 5 is disposed on the lower frame 22 such that a part of the outer periphery thereof protrudes upward from the lower frame 22 and the rotation shaft 5A extends in the left-right direction of the outer door 2.
In fig. 4, the reference numeral 6 denotes a gasket which is integrally attached to the upper, lower, left, and right frames 21 to 24 and is disposed so as to protrude into the window 20, and in fig. 4, the gasket 6 disposed on the lower frame 22 and the left frame 23 is visible. In fig. 2 and 3, reference numeral 7 denotes a wiring cover that covers wiring of the display device 4, and reference numeral 8 denotes a cover that protects an illumination light source (not shown) disposed in an upper region of the outer door 2.
As described above, the preparation for mounting the display device 4 to the window 20 is completed by mounting the window frames (the upper and lower frames 21, 22 and the left and right frames 23, 24) along the peripheral edge of the window 20 of the outer door 2. After the closing members 27 and 28 attached to face the bearing concave portions 211 and 221 of the upper and lower frames 21 and 22 are removed from this state, the display device 4 is attached to the window 20 of the outer door 2 from the back side of the outer door 2 in such a manner that the liquid crystal panel 4a as a display surface faces the front side of the outer door 2 as follows.
That is, the end (right end side as viewed from the front) of the display device 4 opposite to the end (left end side as viewed from the front) to which the magnetic attraction piece 45 is fixed is inserted into the bearing recesses 211, 221 of the upper and lower frames 21, 22 while the end (right end side as viewed from the front) of the display device 4 is inserted through the window 20.
In this way, when the upper and lower rotation shafts 43 and 44 of the display device 4 are inserted into the bearing recesses 211 and 221 of the upper and lower frames 21 and 22, if the display device 4 is mounted in a state of being inclined so as to intersect the window 20, the display device 4 can be easily held by hand, as compared with a case where the display device 4 (liquid crystal panel 4a) is mounted in a state of being parallel to the surface of the window 20.
As described above, after the rotary shafts 43, 44 of the display device 4 are inserted into the bearing recesses 211, 221 of the upper and lower frames 21, 22, the closing members 27, 28 facing the bearing recesses 211, 221 are screwed to the upper and lower frames 21, 22.
This prevents the rotation shafts 43 and 44 of the display device 4 from falling off the bearing recesses 211 and 221. Here, since the rotary shaft 44 on the lower side of the display device 4 is formed in the form of a stepped screw and the shaft portion having a large diameter is in contact with the surface of the lower frame 22, the lower portion of the display device 4 (the lower flange of the housing 41) is suspended so as not to be in contact with the lower edges of the lower frame 22 and the window 20, and the display device 4 can be easily rotated.
Then, when the display device 4 in a state of being tilted with respect to the window 20 is rotated to be flush with the surface of the window 20, the magnetic attraction piece 45 provided at one end portion of the display device 4 attracts the magnet 25 provided at the left frame 23, and the display device 4 is locked (latched) at the normal position.
In this way, in a state where the display device 4 attached to the window 20 is locked at the normal position by the magnet 25 and the magnetic attraction piece 45, the lower portion of the display device 4 (the lower flange of the housing 41) is caught on the rollers 5, 5 disposed at the left and right ends of the lower frame 22, and therefore, the load applied to the rotation shaft 44 can be reduced.
Then, when the display device 4 held at the normal position where the display surface (liquid crystal panel 4a) of the display device 4 faces the front side of the outer door 2 is turned over, the outer door 2 is opened. When the outer door 2 is opened, the back surface side of the outer door 2 is exposed (see fig. 2), and therefore, after the display device 4 is unlocked by the magnetic attraction piece 45 of the display device 4 and the magnet 25 provided in the left frame 23 to lock the display device 4 at the normal position, the display device 4 is turned upside down.
That is, when the other end (the right end when viewed from the front, the left end in fig. 2) of the display device 4 opposite to the end (the left end when viewed from the front) to which the magnetic attraction piece 45 is fixed is pressed forward with a force exceeding the attraction force of the magnet 25 (see fig. 3) provided in the left frame 23, the magnetic attraction piece 45 of the display device 4 is separated from the magnet 25, and therefore the display device 4 is rotated about the rotation shafts 43 and 44.
Then, in a state where the display device 4 is rotated by substantially 180 degrees (see fig. 7), the magnetic attraction piece 45 of the display device 4 attracts the magnet 26 (see fig. 3) provided in the right frame 24, and the display device 4 is locked (latched) at the reversed position where the display surface (the liquid crystal panel 4a) faces the back surface side of the outer door 2.
In this way, when the display device 4 is turned over so that the display surface (the liquid crystal panel 4a) faces the back surface side of the outer door 2, the display device 4 is locked (locked) by the magnetic attraction piece 45 and the magnet 26, and therefore, the display device 4 can be prevented from being accidentally rotated from the turned position. In order to return the display device 4 locked (locked) in the reversed position to the normal position, the procedure may be reversed from that for reversing the display device 4.
