Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly color fluorescent anti-counterfeiting ink powder for printing, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of monovinyl copolymer resin, 8-15 parts of organic modified diatomite, 10-18 parts of wax, 7-15 parts of talcum powder, 2-4.5 parts of maleic anhydride grafted starch, 0.5-3 parts of nano ferroferric oxide, 0.05-0.8 part of quantum dot fluorescent powder, 0.1-2.5 parts of charge regulator and 0.5-2 parts of external additive. The quantum dots are applied to the anti-counterfeiting ink powder, so that not only are reliable anti-counterfeiting ink powder components obtained, but also the anti-counterfeiting components are hidden, and can present strong visible light under the action of ultraviolet light.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of printing ink powder, in particular to environment-friendly color fluorescent anti-counterfeiting ink powder for printing.
Background
Toner is one of the very critical factors that ensures print quality. The main component of the toner is not carbon, but most of them is composed of resin and carbon black, a charge agent, magnetic powder, and the like. At present, the ink powder on the market is diversified, but the great trend is that the carbon powder production develops towards refinement, colorization and high speed.
The ultraviolet fluorescent anti-counterfeiting toner is prepared by adding a fluorescent compound into a toner, and the ultraviolet fluorescent colorless toner is prepared by adding a corresponding invisible ultraviolet fluorescent compound into the toner. Characters printed by the ultraviolet fluorescent colorless ink powder are invisible or light-colored prints under common light, and the printed anti-counterfeiting contents are only clearly visible and have bright fluorescence under the irradiation of ultraviolet light. At present, colorless anti-counterfeiting fluorescent ink has been applied, and the preparation process and the anti-counterfeiting technology are mature day by day. However, high-quality colorless fluorescent toners used in laser printers are not uncommon. Most fluorescent substances are self-colored and interfered or are organic components, and the service life of the fluorescent substances is not as long as that of pigments, so that the defects in the aspect of anti-counterfeiting technology are caused.
Therefore, an anti-counterfeiting toner formula which is light in color, can emit light continuously and does not generate large interference on a toner pigment must be designed, and meanwhile, the anti-counterfeiting toner must be environment-friendly in composition so as to improve the anti-counterfeiting technical level.

Preferably, the wax is one of polyethylene wax, polypropylene wax, paraffin wax, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, montan wax or a combination thereof. The wax has excellent modification performance and can not replace the structural modification of the ink powder.
Preferably, the quantum dots in the quantum dot fluorescent powder are oil-phase quantum dots, and the ligand coated by the quantum dots is one of fatty amine, oleylamine and oleic acid with 8-18 carbon atoms. The long chain of the ligand of the quantum dot is beneficial to the compatibility with surrounding organic and non-polar media.
Further, the quantum dots are ZnSe/SiO2、ZnSe/ZnS、ZnS/SiO2ZnS, CuInS, InP or a physical mixture thereof. The quantum dots are free of cadmium and lead and stable in light emitting performance.
Preferably, the comonomers of the monovinyl copolymer resin include: esters formed by reaction of acrylic acid and saturated monohydric alcohols having 1-6 carbon atoms, esters formed by reaction of methacrylic acid and saturated monohydric alcohols having 2-6 carbon atoms, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, and hydroxypropyl methacrylate. The above acrylic acid-based esters enable the basic skeleton of the ink powder to have better elasticity, compactness, compatibility, bonding and other properties.
Preferably, the charge regulator is one of a tert-butyl salicylic acid metal complex, an azo metal complex and a benzilic acid metal complex. The charge regulator has stable regulation and lasting efficacy.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the anti-counterfeiting ink powder disclosed by the invention has the advantages of small using amount of ultraviolet luminescent components, concealment, and stable and durable fluorescence performance. The nano ferroferric oxide has magnetism and excellent fluidity; the wax, the talcum powder and the maleic anhydride grafted starch lead the system to have mild condition and environment-friendly materials; the silane component of the external additive enables the overall performance to be blended and reasonably modified; the integral framework of the monovinyl copolymer resin has stable and reliable performance. The quantum dots are applied to the anti-counterfeiting ink powder, so that not only are reliable anti-counterfeiting ink powder components obtained, but also the anti-counterfeiting components are hidden, and can present strong visible light under the action of ultraviolet light.
