本发明公开一种净水制冰装置,包括箱体,箱体内部由上往下分别设有冷藏室、变温室和冷冻室,冷藏室连接有冷藏室箱门,变温室连接有变温室箱门,冷冻室连接有冷冻室箱门,箱体底部后侧设有制冷系统的压缩机,压缩机上端连接有干燥过滤器,箱体后侧下方连接有冷凝器,冷冻室内部开有凹槽,本发明的冰箱的制冷范围在7°~‑50°,制冷系统结构简单,制冷速度快,半导体制冷片与冰箱的压缩制冷系统构成复叠式制冷实现最低‑40~‑50℃的制冷,在冷藏室和冷冻室内壁涂覆抗菌涂料,冰箱内不会滋生细菌,冰箱内卫生且无异味,冷冻室的空间利用率大。

一种净水制冰装置
技术领域
本发明属于制冷设备技术领域,特备是涉及一种净水制冰装置。
背景技术
低温冰箱主要用途:用于科研研究、医疗用品的保存、生物制品、远洋制品、电子元件、化工材料等特殊材料的低温实验及储存,传统冰箱通常采用单级压缩制冷,冷冻室制冷温度一般在-18℃到-20℃之间,无法实现-40℃以下的低温,因此制冷温度受到限制,适用性降低。
冰箱是家里第二脏的地方:全球卫生理事协会对浴室密封胶、冰箱、厨房抹布、水壶柄等日常频繁使用的物体进行了细菌检测。结果发现:浴室密封胶是家里最脏的地方,冰箱是排名第二的受污染重地,46%的家庭冰箱无法通过细菌检测。
现有技术,如中国发明授权专利文献,授权公告号CN 101865587 B,该发明公开一种低温冰箱包括:箱体,所述箱体内分别限定有冷藏室和冷冻室,所述箱体的前侧设有开口;箱门,所述箱门安装在箱体上、用于打开和关闭所述开口;蒸发器,所述蒸发器设在冷藏室和冷冻室中的至少一个的后壁内;和半导体制冷片,所述半导体制冷片的热端与所述蒸发器接触而其冷端位于冷藏室和冷冻室中的所述至少一个内。根据该发明的低温冰箱,利用制冷片两端高温差的特点,通过冰箱的制冷系统为制冷片热端散热,从而实现制冷片冷端低温的目的,由此将低温室内的温度冷却到-40℃到-50℃的低温。因此,根据该发明的低温冰箱,生产成低、冰箱体积减小、制冷系统结构简化、可以实现精确温控,适用性高,但是该冰箱的制冷效率还有待进一步提升。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种净水制冰装置,可实现-40~-50℃的制冷,制冷系统结构简单,制冷速度快,且在冷藏室和冷冻室内壁涂覆抗菌涂料,冰箱内不会滋生细菌,冰箱的冷冻室空间可用叉板调节,空间利用率高。
本发明为实现上述目的所采取的技术方案为:一种净水制冰装置,包括箱体,箱体内部由上往下分别设有冷藏室、变温室和冷冻室,冷藏室连接有冷藏室箱门,变温室连接有变温室箱门,冷冻室连接有冷冻室箱门,冷藏室的四周箱体内装夹有真空隔热板,真空隔热板的厚度为箱体厚度的0.2~0.3倍,箱体底部后侧设有制冷系统的压缩机,压缩机上端连接有干燥过滤器,箱体后侧下方连接有冷凝器,本发明的冰箱可实现对物品的冷藏、冷冻和常温放置,其制冷速度快,长期使用的能耗小。
作为优选,冷藏室、变温室和冷冻室的容积比为2:1:2~4,通过设置上述比例有利于冰箱的制冷效率和效果,保证冷冻室温度可以控制在-40~-50℃之间,其室温可以通过调节器调节。
作为优选,冷藏室、变温室和冷冻室内壁涂覆有抗菌涂料,抗菌涂料由以下成分及重量份组成:丙烯酸树脂66-70份、蓖麻油16-23份、醋酸乙烯酯10-13份、碳酸二甲酯3-10份、纳米硅微粉10-20份、聚丙烯酰胺2-7份、3- 氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷1-6份、N-乙基对甲苯磺酰胺1-4份、β-萜烯树脂0.7-0.8份、盐酸萘乙二胺0.03-0.12份、氧化锌3-12份、竹炭粉2-6份、水90-100份、抗菌剂0.2-0.4份、乙醇15-34份、乙酸乙酯10-14份,通过在冷藏室、变温室和冷冻室内壁涂覆有抗菌涂料,显著提高冰箱的抗菌效果,避免细菌在冰箱内滋生或粘附在冰箱内影响保存的物品的品质,通过在抗菌涂料中添加β-萜烯树脂和盐酸萘乙二胺显著提高了抗菌涂料的粘附效果和耐紫外线性能。
作为优选,冷藏室后侧内壁为金属后壁,金属后壁与半导体制冷片的贴合,半导体制冷片连接有换热器,换热器前端设有风扇,半导体制冷片后侧对应连接有蒸发器,由于在冷藏室内设置了半导体制冷片,利用制冷片两端高温差的特点,通过冰箱的压缩制冷系统的蒸发器为制冷片热端散热,从而实现制冷片冷端低温的效果,即为:半导体制冷片与冰箱的压缩制冷系统构成复叠式制冷,由此将冷藏室内的温度可以冷却到-40℃到-50℃的低温。
作为优选,冷冻室内壁上端两侧开有对称凹槽,凹槽的宽度为冷冻室箱门宽度的0.1~0.2倍,由于热气比冷气低,冰箱在制冷过程中热气会上升冷气下降,设置的凹槽可聚集热气,有利于冷冻室内的温度快速降低,并且凹槽还可以放置形状对应的叉板扩大冷冻室的使用空间。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的冰箱的制冷范围在7°~-50°,制冷系统结构简单,制冷速度快,半导体制冷片与冰箱的压缩制冷系统构成复叠式制冷实现最低-40~-50℃的制冷,在冷藏室和冷冻室内壁涂覆抗菌涂料,冰箱内不会滋生细菌,冰箱内卫生且无异味,本发明冰箱冷冻室内设有凹槽可聚集热气,有利于冷冻室内的温度快速降低,并且凹槽还可以放置形状对应的叉板扩大冷冻室的使用空间,本发明的体积小,生产成本低,可实现新精确控温,适用性高。
本发明采用了上述技术方案提供一种净水制冰装置,弥补了现有技术的不足,设计合理,操作方便。

实施例1:
如图1所示,一种净水制冰装置,包括箱体15,箱体15内部由上往下分别设有冷藏室1、变温室2和冷冻室3,冷藏室1连接有冷藏室箱门101,变温室2连接有变温室箱门202,冷冻室3连接有冷冻室箱门303,冷藏室1、变温室2和冷冻室3的容积比为2:1:4,冷藏室1的四周箱体内装夹有真空隔热板4,真空隔热板4的厚度为箱体15厚度的0.2倍,冷藏室1后侧内壁为金属后壁,金属后壁与半导体制冷片8的贴合,半导体制冷片8连接有换热器9,换热器9前端设有风扇5,半导体制冷片8后侧对应连接有蒸发器7,箱体15底部后侧设有制冷系统的压缩机14,压缩机14上端连接有干燥过滤器13,箱体15后侧下方连接有冷凝器12,冷冻室3内壁上端两侧开有对称凹槽6,凹槽6的宽度为冷冻室箱门303宽度的0.15倍。
冷藏室1、变温室2和冷冻室3内壁涂覆有抗菌涂料,抗菌涂料由以下成分及优选重量份组成:丙烯酸树脂68份、蓖麻油20份、醋酸乙烯酯12份、碳酸二甲酯7份、纳米硅微粉18份、聚丙烯酰胺4份、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷4份、N-乙基对甲苯磺酰胺3份、β-萜烯树脂0.74份、盐酸萘乙二胺0.07份、氧化锌10份、竹炭粉4份、水92份、抗菌剂0.24份、乙醇18份、乙酸乙酯11份,通过在冷藏室1、变温室2和冷冻室3内壁涂覆有抗菌涂料,显著提高冰箱的抗菌效果,避免细菌在冰箱内滋生或粘附在冰箱内影响保存的物品的品质,通过在抗菌涂料中添加β-萜烯树脂和盐酸萘乙二胺显著提高了抗菌涂料的粘附效果和耐紫外线性能。
实施例2:
如图1所示,本发明的箱体15通常包括箱壳,设置在箱壳内的箱胆和位于箱胆与箱壳之间的发泡保温层11,箱体15内限定出三个腔室,分别为冷藏室1、变温室2和冷冻室3,变温室2位于冷藏室1和冷冻室3之间,冷藏室1连接有冷藏室箱门101,变温室2连接有变温室箱门202,冷冻室3连接有冷冻室箱门303,冷藏室1后侧内壁为金属后壁,金属后壁与半导体制冷片8的贴合,半导体制冷片8连接有换热器9,换热器9前端设有风扇5,半导体制冷片8后侧对应连接有蒸发器7,便于半导体制冷片8 的冷端通过换热器9对冷藏室1进行制冷,冷冻室3内壁上端两侧开有对称凹槽6,凹槽6表面均设有条形槽,凹槽6的宽度为冷冻室箱门303宽度的0.08倍,由于热气比冷气低,冰箱在制冷过程中热气会上升冷气下降,设置的凹槽6可聚集热气,有利于冷冻室3内的温度快速降低,并且凹槽6还可以放置形状对应的叉板扩大冷冻室3的使用空间。
由于半导体制冷片8的热端和冷端的温差最大时能够达到30℃以上,因此经过蒸发器7对半导体制冷片8的热端制冷后,半导体制冷片8的冷端能够达到-50℃以下的低温。利用半导体制冷片8的冷端冷藏室1,从而冷藏室1内的温度降至-40℃到-50℃。此外,通过高精度的控制电源控制供给到半导体制冷片8上的工作电流,可以对冷藏室1内的温度实现精确温控。
制冷系统的压缩机14和干燥过滤器13设置在箱体15的后下部的空间内,冷凝器12设置在箱体15的外后壁上,干燥过滤器13与冷凝器12相连且通过毛细管与蒸发器7相连,从而压缩机14、冷凝器12、干燥过滤器13、毛细管10和蒸发器7构成制冷系统,制冷系统为常规的制冷系统,在此不再详细描述。
上述实施例1、2中的常规技术为本领域技术人员所知晓的现有技术,如制冷系统,故在此不作详细叙述。

1.一种净水制冰装置,包括箱体(15),其特征在于:所述箱体(15)内部由上往下分别设有冷藏室(1)、变温室(2)和冷冻室(3),所述冷藏室(1)连接有冷藏室箱门(101),所述变温室(2)连接有变温室箱门(202),所述冷冻室(3)连接有冷冻室箱门(303),所述冷藏室(1)的四周箱体内装夹有真空隔热板(4),所述真空隔热板(4)的厚度为箱体(15)厚度的0.2~0.3倍,所述箱体(15)底部后侧设有制冷系统的压缩机(14),所述压缩机(14)上端连接有干燥过滤器(13),所述箱体(15)后侧下方连接有冷凝器(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种净水制冰装置,其特征在于:所述冷藏室(1)、变温室(2)和冷冻室(3)的容积比为2:1:2~4。
