Detailed Description
For a further understanding of the invention, reference should be made to the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the examples are illustrative of the invention and not limiting.
Example 1
The embodiment provides an LED lamp, wherein a lamp body 100 comprises a lamp holder end cover 110, a lamp holder 120 and a lamp cover 150 which are sequentially connected from top to bottom.
As shown in fig. 1, a winding mechanism 111 is disposed in the socket end cover 110, and the height of the lamp body 100 during suspension installation can be preferably adjusted by the winding mechanism 111; the lamp panel 130 is arranged at the lamp holder 120 through a lamp panel mounting structure 140, so that the lamp panel 130 and the lamp holder 120 are preferably disassembled and assembled; the lamp housing 150 is disposed at the lamp socket 120 by a lamp housing mounting structure, so that the lamp housing 150 and the lamp socket 120 are preferably disassembled and assembled.
In this embodiment, the winding mechanism 111 includes a winding roller 111a and a winding rotating shaft 111b, the winding roller 111a is circumferentially and fixedly disposed at the winding rotating shaft 111b, and both ends of the winding rotating shaft 111b are rotatably engaged with the side wall of the lamp holder end cover 110; the lamp holder end cover 110 is provided with a threading hole 112 above the winding roller 111a, the suspension rope 200 is wound around the winding roller 111a, and the suspension rope 200 can pass through the threading hole 112.

In this embodiment, the cooperation of the recoil spring 310 and the brake mechanism 410 enables the user to preferably adjust the winding amount of the suspension cord 200, and thus preferably adjust the height of the lamp body 100. Specifically, when the height of the lamp body 100 is adjusted, the brake mechanism 410 can release the winding roller 111a, if the lamp body 100 needs to be adjusted down, the lamp body 100 only needs to be pulled down, if the lamp body 100 needs to be adjusted up, the lamp body 100 only needs to be controlled to slowly move upward under the action of the rewinding coil spring 310, and when a preset adjusting position is reached, the current position of the lamp body 100 can be preferably fixed by locking the winding roller 111a by the brake mechanism 410.
In this embodiment, the lamp socket end cap 110 is cylindrical, and the lower end surface of the lamp socket end cap 110 is recessed inwards to form a rolling mechanism installation cavity 113 for installing the rolling mechanism 111. Thereby facilitating the installation of the winding mechanism 111.
In this embodiment, a first bearing 320 is further disposed between the one end of the rolling rotating shaft 111b and the lamp holder end cover 110, and a second bearing 420 is further disposed between the other end of the rolling rotating shaft 111b and the lamp holder end cover 110. In this embodiment, the brake mechanism 410 includes a brake lever mounting hole 411 disposed at the lamp holder end cover 110, and the brake lever mounting hole 411 is a blind hole formed by extending downward from the upper end surface of the lamp holder end cover 110; a brake lever 412 is movably arranged in the brake lever mounting hole 411 up and down, a strip-shaped brake groove 412a is formed in the middle of the brake lever 412 along the length direction, and the other end of the winding rotating shaft 111b is used for extending into the brake groove 412 a; a brake holding spring 413 is arranged between the lower end of the brake lever 412 and the bottom wall of the brake lever mounting hole 411, and the brake holding spring 413 is used for forcing the lower side wall of the brake groove 412a to press against the other end of the winding rotating shaft 111 b; the upper portion of the brake lever 412 forms a button portion 412b, a limiting ring 414 is disposed at an opening of the brake lever mounting hole 411, and the button portion 412b extends out of a central hole of the limiting ring 414.
In this embodiment, the brake lever 412 can preferably compress the winding rotating shaft 111b under the action of the brake maintaining spring 413, so as to preferably lock the winding rotating shaft 111b in a natural state, and further lock the winding roller 111 a; in addition, by pressing the brake lever 412 downward from the button part 412b, the brake lever 412 can release the winding rotation shaft 111b, and thus the winding drum 111 a. With this configuration, a user can preferably adjust the height of the lamp body 100, thereby facilitating the operation.
In this embodiment, the outer wall of the limiting ring 414 is in threaded fit with the inner wall of the brake lever mounting hole 411. Thus, the assembly between the brake lever 412 and the brake lever mounting hole 411 is preferably accomplished.
In this embodiment, the lamp holder 120 is cylindrical, the upper end of the lamp holder 120 is used for connecting with the lower end of the lamp holder end cover 110, the inner wall of the lamp holder 120 protrudes towards the inner periphery to form a circular circuit board mounting platform 122, a circuit board 123 is fixedly connected above the circuit board mounting platform 122, the circuit board 123 is used for arranging a lighting circuit (not shown in the figure), and the lighting circuit is connected to an external power supply through a power supply line 220 in the rope loop 210; a partition plate 121 is disposed below the circuit board 123, and an isolation cavity 124 is formed between the partition plate 121 and the circuit board 123. With this configuration, the installation of the lighting circuit can be preferably facilitated, and the configuration of the isolation chamber 124 can also preferably prevent heat at the lighting circuit from being transferred to the partition 121.
In this embodiment, the lamp panel mounting structure 140 includes a first mounting portion 141 disposed at the lamp socket 120 and a second mounting portion 142 disposed at the lamp panel 130.
As shown in fig. 5, the first mounting portion 141 includes a partition 121, a first cylindrical power supply interface 510 is disposed at a middle portion below the partition 121, and a connection hole 511 is disposed at a position of the partition 121 corresponding to the first power supply interface 510, so that the first power supply interface 510 can be electrically connected to the lighting circuit through the connection hole 511.
The partition plate 121 is provided with a protective sleeve 520 having a circular cross section at the outer side of the first power supply interface 510, and the protective sleeve 520 and the first power supply interface 510 are coaxially disposed.
The second mounting portion 142 includes a connector post 530 disposed above the lamp panel 130 and used for being inserted into the protective sleeve 520, a second power supply interface 531 for being matched with the first power supply interface 510 is formed on an upper end surface of the connector post 530, and the second power supply interface 531 is electrically connected with a light emitting module (not shown in the figure) disposed at the lamp panel 130; a push ring 540 is sleeved outside the joint post 530, 2 clamping posts 541 are arranged at the lower end face of the push ring 540 at intervals of 180 degrees, clamping post through holes 550 are arranged at the positions of the lamp panel 130 corresponding to the clamping posts 541, and a push spring 560 for pushing the push ring 540 to move upwards is sleeved between the lower end face of the push ring 540 and the upper side face of the lamp panel 130 of the clamping posts 541.
A locking mechanism 570 for locking or releasing the card posts 541 is disposed below the lamp panel 130, the locking mechanism 570 includes 2 locking rods 571 corresponding to the 2 card posts 541, the locking rods 571 can extend and retract in the horizontal direction, and a locking notch groove 541a for inserting into an outer end of each locking rod 571 is disposed at the card post 541.
In this embodiment, the connector posts 530 are matched with the protective sleeve 520, so that the lamp panel 130 can be better disposed at the partition plate 121, and the second power supply interface 531 can be better stably connected with the first power supply interface 510, thereby better realizing the connection between the light emitting module and the lighting circuit.
