Abstract
本发明涉及尿素溶液喷射装置,其特征在于,包括:排气管,用于向外部排出在燃烧室产生的废气;喷射器,以贯通上述排气管的方式设置,向在上述排气管内流动的废气喷射尿素溶液;催化剂,在上述废气流动的方向,设于上述喷射器后方的排出上述废气的一侧,用于分解与上述尿素溶液混合的废气;尿素溶液混合器,设于上述喷射器的端部,贯通设置于上述排气管,用于喷洒从上述喷射器喷射的尿素溶液;以及设置单元,用于将尿素溶液混合器贯通设置于上述排气管。因此,具有如下效果,即,将使向排气管内流动的废气喷射的尿素溶液以分散的方式喷洒来使尿素溶液均匀地混合于废气的尿素溶液混合器与喷射器相结合,从而能够使废气的流动顺畅并且减少背压。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及尿素溶液喷射装置,更详细地,涉及如下的尿素溶液喷射装置,即,在用于喷射尿素溶液的喷射器中,将用于使向废气喷射的尿素溶液分散的尿素溶液混合器形成于喷射器的下端部,上述尿素溶液用于降低废气中含有的作为有害物质的氮氧化物。
背景技术
最近,人们对环境的关注越来越高,随着对废气的限制加强,陆续研究用于降低从柴油车及汽油车排放的作为有害物质的氮氧化物(NOx)的各种方案。
尿素选择性催化反应技术(Urea-SCR:Urea-Selective Catalytic Reduction)为降低氮氧化物的最有效的方案之一。
在这种技术中,在排气管的管道中设置内置催化剂的选择性催化反应器,在该选择性催化反应器的一侧设置用于将尿素溶液喷射至排气管内的喷射器。这种喷射器与储存/供给尿素溶液的罐相连接。
若向从利用喷射器的引擎朝向选择性催化反应器的废气喷射尿素溶液,则所喷射的尿素溶液粒子与废气相混合并进入选择性催化反应器来通过催化剂。在通过催化剂的过程中,从尿素溶液水解的氨与废气发生反应,废气中的氮氧化物还原成无害的氮气与水蒸气后排放至大气。经过如上过程,作为有害物质的氮氧化物成分净化成无害成分。
图1示出如上所述的与用于喷射尿素溶液的喷射器相结合的结构。
如附图所示,以往的尿素溶液喷射装置包括:排气管11,形成于排气歧管之后,向外部排出在引擎的燃烧室燃烧燃料后产生的废气;喷射器12,贯通设置于排气管11,向排出的废气喷射尿素溶液;还原催化剂13,用于在排气管11的内侧分解与尿素溶液混合的废气;尿素溶液混合器14,设于上述还原催化剂13和上述喷射器12之间,使在喷射器12喷射的尿素溶液均匀地混合于废气并移动至还原催化剂13。
喷射器12贯通设置于排气管11的中间部分,喷射尿素溶液的部分位于排气管11的内侧,与储存有尿素溶液的罐相连接的部分位于排气管11的外侧。
还原催化剂(SCR)13设于排气管11的内侧,在排出废气的方向,设于喷射器12的后方,从而在与喷射器12喷射的尿素溶液混合的废气中起着去除氮氧化物的作用。
尿素溶液混合器14与排气管11的内周面相结合,当废气流经排气管11内并向外部排出时,使从喷射器12喷射的尿素溶液与废气均匀地混合。
如上所述的以往的尿素溶液喷射模块具有如下问题,即,使尿素溶液均匀地混合于废气的尿素溶液混合器14以阻碍废气通过的排气管11的形态设置,因而在排出废气时在排气管11产生背压。
并且,在因异物等原因而废气的流动不佳的情况下,需要更换尿素溶液混合器14,但是由于尿素溶液混合器14固定于排气管11的内周面而更换操作存在困难。

因此,本发明为了解决如上所述的问题而提出,目的在于提供尿素溶液喷射装置,上述尿素溶液喷射装置变更从喷射器喷射的尿素溶液能够与废气均匀地混合的混合器的位置来使从喷射器喷射的尿素溶液借助混合器均匀地喷洒,从而均匀地混合于沿着排气管排出的废气中,由此能够减少排出废气时产生的背压。

并且,优选地,上述设置单元包括:第一结合部,形成于上述尿素溶液混合器的外周面,用于贯通设置结合于上述喷射器的下部的尿素溶液混合器;支撑突出部,突出形成于上述排气管的外周面,来与上述排气管的内侧相连通;第二结合部,形成于上述支撑突出部的内周面,与上述尿素溶液混合器的第一结合部相结合。
并且,优选地,上述第一结合部和上述第二结合部由相互螺纹结合的螺纹构成。
并且,优选地,上述设置单元还包括混合器挡止部,在支撑突出部将上述尿素溶液混合器以螺纹结合方式设置于排气管时,使尿素溶液混合器的下端卡止,以防止尿素溶液混合器的下端部插入规定深度以上。
并且,优选地,上述混合器挡止部在上述尿素溶液混合器的下端部被插入的上述支撑突出部的内周朝向其中心突出而成,沿着上述支撑突出部的内周面的周围形成为环状的突起。
并且,优选地,设置单元包括:支撑突出部,从上述排气管的外周面突出而成,与排气管的内侧相连通;夹具,在尿素溶液混合器的下端部向支撑突出部的内周面插入后,对支撑突出部的外周面进行加压。
本发明具有如下效果,即,将使向排气管内流动的废气喷射的尿素溶液以分散的方式喷洒来使尿素溶液均匀地混合于废气的尿素溶液混合器与喷射器相结合,从而能够使废气流动顺畅并且减少背压。

参照附图对本发明的具体实施例进行说明。在这一过程中,附图所示的线的厚度或结构要素的大小等可以为了说明的明确性和方便而以夸张的方式示出。并且,后述的术语是考虑到本发明的功能而定义的,可根据使用人员、运用人员的意图或惯例而有所不同。因此,对这种术语的定义应基于本说明书整体的内容来定义。
图2为示出设有根据本发明的第一实施例的尿素溶液喷射装置的排气结构的剖视图,图3为示出在图2的尿素溶液喷射装置中设于喷射器的尿素溶液混合器从排气管分离的状态的剖视图。图4为示出图2的尿素溶液喷射装置的尿素溶液混合器从喷射器分离的状态的立体图,图5为示出图2的尿素溶液喷射装置的尿素溶液混合器的混合部件的俯视图。
如附图所述,根据本发明的第一实施例的混合一体型尿素溶液喷射装置的结合结构包括:排气管110,用于向外部排出在引擎的燃烧室燃料燃烧后产生的废气;喷射器120,以贯通排气管110的方式设置,向排气管110内流动的废气喷射尿素溶液;催化剂130,设于废气流动的方向的喷射器120的后方,用于分解与从喷射器120喷射的尿素溶液混合的废气;尿素溶液混合器140,设于喷射尿素溶液的喷射器120的端部,贯通排气管110并向排气管110内突出;设置单元150,用于将尿素溶液混合器140设于喷射器120端部和排气管110。
首先,排气管110用于向外部排出在引擎的燃烧室燃烧燃料时产生的废气,设于从引擎的排气歧管至车辆的后方。
喷射器120用于从单独设置于外部的尿素溶液罐(未图示)接收尿素溶液并向排气管110内流动的废气喷射尿素溶液,贯通排气管110并从排气管110的外侧向排气管110的内侧突出而成。
喷射器120包括:喷射器主体,在一端部形成有与尿素溶液罐一侧相连接的尿素溶液连接器,在另一端部形成有用于喷射尿素溶液的喷射部;以及外壳,覆盖喷射器主体的外周面并从喷射器主体的外周面隔开而成。
尿素溶液混合器140与喷射器120相结合,用于当在喷射器120的喷射部向排气管的内侧流动的废气喷射尿素溶液时,使尿素溶液喷洒,包括连接部件141及混合部件142。
连接部件141用于使喷射尿素溶液的喷射器120的下端与后续的混合部件142相结合,呈上下部贯通的圆筒形。即,连接部件141通过开口的上部插入结合于喷射器120的外壳的下端外周面。
其中,当连接部件141与喷射器120的外壳的下端外周面相结合时,在连接部件141的一端部内周面形成螺纹,在外壳的外周面形成螺纹,从而以螺纹结合方式形成。连接部件141将其一端部的开口向喷射器120外壳下端外周面插入后,将连接部件141的一端部上端和喷射器120的外壳外周面以焊接方式固定。
混合部件142用于向排气管110内流动的废气喷洒从喷射器120喷射的尿素溶液,呈圆形,与连接部件141的开口的下部相结合。
混合部件142包括:环部件142a,呈圆形状,以便插入固定于连接部件141的下部开口边缘,在中心部形成有贯通孔;尿素溶液分散部件142b,多个翅片部件以扇形覆盖贯通孔来形成使尿素溶液喷洒的多个分散孔142c。
其中,尿素溶液分散部件142b与多个翅片部件以其一端部为中心相连接,另一端部以规定角度的间隔隔开,呈伞架的圆形,具有在翅片部件与翅片部件之间形成三角形状的分散孔142c的结构。
即,分散孔142c呈三角形状,贯通孔的中心部成为分散孔142c的顶部,与贯通孔的内周面相对应的部分构成分散孔142c的底边。
并且,图6示出混合部件142的多样的形态。
图6示出的混合部件142包括:环部件142a,与连接部件141的一端开口相结合;尿素溶液分散部件142b’,一端部相结合,另一端部如伞架以规定角度的间隔隔开,形成以与环部件142a的一端开口相结合的曲线形状的多个翅片部件。即,尿素溶液分散部件142b’形成为曲线形状,优选地形成为初月形状,能够在喷洒尿素溶液时更有效地分散并喷洒。
一方面,图5及图7所示的尿素溶液分散部件142b、142b’示出呈平板形状的多个翅片部件的多个实施例,但为了进一步提高尿素溶液的分散效果,多个翅片部件也可呈剖面具有规定的翼型(airfoil)的叶片形状,显然这种情况也属于本发明。
如图7所示,尿素溶液混合器140还包括尿素溶液引导部件143,上述尿素溶液引导部件143形成于连接部件141的内侧,在内周面形成有螺旋部143a,以便当将尿素溶液从喷射尿素溶液的喷射器120的喷射部分引导至混合部件142的尿素溶液分散部件142b’时,使喷射的尿素溶液以漩涡形态喷射来分散。
尿素溶液引导部件143的大致呈两端部开口的锥形状,其内径从喷射器120的喷射部分侧越向混合部件142侧逐渐变大。
尿素溶液引导部件143的螺旋部143a可以呈槽或突起形态,从而当尿素向外部喷射时以漩涡形态分散来喷射。
即,在通过尿素溶液引导部件143喷射的尿素溶液产生涡流成分,通过尿素溶液分散部件142b来提高尿素溶液分散效果,具有能够代替以往的阻碍排气管的混合器的结构的效果。
设置单元150用于将与喷射器120的下部相结合的尿素溶液混合器140贯通设置于排气管110,包括第一结合部151、支撑突出部152、第二结合部153。
第一结合部151由形成于尿素溶液混合器140的下端外周面的螺纹构成。
支撑突出部152以高于排气管110的外周面的方式突出形成,呈管状而使尿素溶液混合器140的下端部插入。支撑突出部152具有坚固地支撑贯通设置于排气管110的尿素溶液混合器140的作用。
支撑突出部152垂直形成或以规定的斜率倾斜形成于排气管110的外周面。支撑突出部152可将下端部焊接固定于排气管110的外周面。
第二结合部153形成于支撑突出部152的内周面并以与插入于支撑突出部152的内周面的尿素溶液混合器140的外周面螺纹结合的螺纹来形成。
设置单元150还包括混合器挡止部154,在支撑突出部152,将尿素溶液混合器140以螺纹结合设置于排气管110时,混合器挡止部154防止尿素溶液混合器140的下端部以规定深度以上插入。
混合器挡止部154向支撑突出部152的内周面突出而成,在低于第二结合部153的螺纹的下侧朝向支撑突出部152的中心突出形成。
其中,混合器挡止部154,可在支撑突出部152的内周面沿着支撑突出部152的内周面形成至少2个突起或可在支撑突出部152的内周面突出形成环状的突起。
一方面,在混合器挡止部154和尿素溶液混合器140下端部之间形成有作为阻尼部件155的橡胶部件,在尿素溶液混合器140设置于排气管110的支撑突出部152后,降低因尿素溶液混合器140与混合器挡止部154碰撞而产生的噪声。
其中,上述阻尼部件155形成于尿素溶液混合器140的底面或混合器挡止部154。更优选地,为了在阻尼部件155磨损的情况下的更换,形成于能够从排气管110易于分离的尿素溶液混合器140的底面。
并且,设置单元150包括:支撑突出部152,从排气管110的外周面突出形成,与排气管110的内侧相连通;夹具(未图示),用于在尿素溶液混合器140的下端部向支撑突出部152的内周面插入后,对支撑突出部152的外周面进行加压。
在支撑突出部152的内侧插入尿素溶液混合器140的端部后,夹具包围支撑突出部152的外围来紧紧地夹住。夹具可在市面上易于购买并使用,在此省略对此的详细说明。
并且,设置单元150可将与排气管110的内侧相连通的支撑突出部152突出形成于排气管110的外围后,将尿素溶液混合器140的下端部向支撑突出部152的外周面插入后,焊接并固定。
简要说明如上所述的根据本发明的一实施例的尿素溶液喷射装置的作用。
首先,形成用于在排气管110固定支撑突出部152的孔,以便在成型排气管110时与用于结合尿素溶液混合器140的支撑突出部152相连通。
形成与上述尿素溶液混合器140相结合的管状的支撑突出部152,形成作为用于在支撑突出部152的内周面螺纹结合尿素溶液混合器140的第二结合部153的螺纹。
之后,向形成于排气管110的孔插入支撑突出部152后,以焊接方式固定,使排气管110的内侧与支撑突出部152的内侧相连通。
并且,尿素溶液混合器140与喷射器120中喷射尿素溶液的部分的下端相结合。即,尿素溶液混合器140通过螺纹结合或通过焊接固定在喷射器120的下端外周面。
像这样,将处于与喷射器120下端相结合的状态的尿素溶液混合器140通过螺纹结合或通过焊接固定在设于排气管110的支撑突出部152的内周面。
如上所述,根据本发明的一实施例的尿素溶液喷射装置,使向排气管110内流动的废气喷射的尿素溶液以分散的方式喷洒来使尿素溶液均匀地混合于废气的尿素溶液混合器140与喷射器120相结合,从而能够使废气的流动顺畅并且减少背压。
如上所述,参照附图所示的实施例来对本发明进行了说明,这仅是示例性的,本技术所属领域普通的技术人员能够理解可存在多种变形及等同的其他实施例。因此,本发明的实际技术保护范围应根据以下发明要求保护范围来决定。
Claims (8)
1.一种尿素溶液喷射装置,其特征在于,包括:
排气管,用于向外部排出在燃烧室产生的废气;
喷射器,以贯通上述排气管的方式设置,向在上述排气管内流动的废气喷射尿素溶液;
催化剂,在上述废气流动的方向,设于上述喷射器的后方,用于分解与上述尿素溶液混合的废气;
尿素溶液混合器,设于上述喷射器的端部,贯通设置于上述排气管,用于喷洒从上述喷射器喷射的尿素溶液;以及
设置单元,用于将尿素溶液混合器贯通设置于上述排气管,
其中,上述尿素溶液混合器包括:连接部件,两端部形成为开口的管状,一端部插入结合于上述喷射器的下端外周面;混合部件,结合于上述连接部件的另一端部,用于喷洒从上述喷射器喷射的尿素溶液;以及尿素溶液引导部件,上述尿素溶液引导部件结合于连接部件的内侧并形成于喷射器的尿素溶液喷射部分至混合部件的环部件,将从喷射器喷射的尿素溶液引导至尿素溶液分散部件,
其中,在尿素溶液引导部件的内周面形成有槽或突起形状的螺旋部,使从喷射器喷射的尿素溶液以漩涡形态被引导。
2.根据权利要求1所述的尿素溶液喷射装置,其特征在于,上述混合部件包括:
环部件,插入固定于上述连接部件的另一端部的开口边缘,在中心形成有贯通孔;
尿素溶液分散部件,包括多个翅片部件,各翅片部件以扇形配置,各个一端部在贯通孔的中心相连接,各个另一端部以规定角度的间隔隔开来与贯通孔的边缘相结合,从而形成使尿素溶液喷洒的多个分散孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的尿素溶液喷射装置,其特征在于,尿素溶液分散部件的多个翅片部件形成为曲线形状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的尿素溶液喷射装置,其特征在于,上述设置单元包括:
第一结合部,形成于上述尿素溶液混合器的外周面,用于贯通设置结合于上述喷射器的下部的尿素溶液混合器;
支撑突出部,突出形成于排气管的外周面,来与上述排气管的内侧相连通;
第二结合部,形成于上述支撑突出部的内周面,与上述尿素溶液混合器的第一结合部相结合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的尿素溶液喷射装置,其特征在于,上述第一结合部和上述第二结合部由相互螺纹结合的螺纹构成。
6.根据权利要求4所述的尿素溶液喷射装置,其特征在于,上述设置单元还包括混合器挡止部,在支撑突出部将上述尿素溶液混合器以螺纹结合方式设置于排气管时,使尿素溶液混合器的下端卡止,以防止尿素溶液混合器的下端部插入规定深度以上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的尿素溶液喷射装置,其特征在于,上述混合器挡止部在上述尿素溶液混合器的下端部被插入的上述支撑突出部的内周朝向其中心突出而成,沿着上述支撑突出部的内周面的周围形成为环状的突起。
8.根据权利要求1所述的尿素溶液喷射装置,其特征在于,包括:
支撑突出部,从上述排气管的外周面突出形成,与排气管的内侧相连通;
夹具,在尿素溶液混合器的下端部向支撑突出部的内周面插入后,对支撑突出部的外周面进行加压。
