Abstract
The invention discloses a differential transformer type steering wheel angle sensor based on single-stage planetary gear transmission, which comprises an electronic control unit, wherein the output end of the electronic control unit is connected with a differential transformer, the output end of the differential transformer is connected with a single-stage planetary gear mechanism through a gear rack mechanism, and the single-stage planetary gear mechanism is connected with a steering shaft; the first control terminal and the second control terminal of the electronic control unit are respectively connected to two ends of an exciting coil of the differential transformer; the third control terminal of the electronic control unit is connected with the first detection coil of the differential transformer, and the fourth control terminal of the electronic control unit is connected with the second detection coil of the differential transformer. The invention has simple integral structure, reliable signal and low failure rate.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a differential transformer type steering wheel angle sensor based on single-stage planetary gear transmission.
Background
The steering wheel angle sensor is a main sensor of an automobile ESP system, an electric control suspension system and an electronic steering system. In order to facilitate steering of a driver, the steering angle of a steering wheel and the deflection angle of steering wheels are generally set to have a large transmission ratio, and the left and right limit steering angle of the steering wheel is generally about 4 circles, which puts high demands on the structure of the steering wheel angle sensor and the connecting wire harness. The existing steering wheel angle sensor is complex in structure, unstable in signal and poor in reliability.

The invention adopts the following technical scheme to realize the aim: the differential transformer type steering wheel angle sensor based on single-stage planetary gear transmission comprises an electronic control unit, wherein the output end of the electronic control unit is connected with a differential transformer, the output end of the differential transformer is connected with a single-stage planetary gear mechanism through a gear rack mechanism, and the single-stage planetary gear mechanism is connected with a steering shaft; the first control terminal and the second control terminal of the electronic control unit are respectively connected to two ends of an exciting coil of the differential transformer; the third control terminal of the electronic control unit is connected with the first detection coil of the differential transformer, and the fourth control terminal of the electronic control unit is connected with the second detection coil of the differential transformer; one end of an iron core of the differential transformer is connected with a straight-tooth cylindrical rack through a non-ferromagnetic connecting rod, and the straight-tooth cylindrical rack is connected with the rack; the single-stage planetary gear mechanism comprises a gear ring, a planet carrier is arranged in the gear ring, a sun gear is arranged in the planet carrier, and a planetary gear is arranged between the sun gear and the gear ring; the sun gear is connected with the steering shaft, and the planet carrier is connected with the rack.

As shown in fig. 1, the differential transformer type steering wheel angle sensor based on single-stage planetary gear transmission mainly comprises an electronic control unit, wherein the output end of the electronic control unit is connected with a differential transformer, the output end of the differential transformer is connected with a single-stage planetary gear mechanism through a rack-and-pinion mechanism, and the single-stage planetary gear mechanism is connected with a steering shaft 1; wherein, the first and second control terminals of the electronic control unit are respectively connected with two ends of the exciting coil 9.1 of the differential transformer 9; a third control terminal of the electronic control unit is connected with the first detection coil 9.3 of the differential transformer 9, and a fourth control terminal of the electronic control unit is connected with the second detection coil 9.4 of the differential transformer 9; one end of an iron core 9.2 of the differential transformer 9 is connected with a straight-tooth cylindrical rack 6 through a non-ferromagnetic connecting rod 8, the straight-tooth cylindrical rack 6 is connected with a rack 7, and the rack 7 is connected with the single-stage planetary gear mechanism; the single-stage planetary gear mechanism comprises a gear ring 4, a planet carrier 5 is arranged in the gear ring 4, a sun gear 2 is arranged in the planet carrier 5, and a planetary gear 3 is arranged between the sun gear 2 and the gear ring 4; wherein the sun gear 2 is connected to the steering shaft 1, and the planet carrier 5 is connected to the rack 7.
The gear ring of the single-stage planetary gear mechanism is fixed, a proper number of teeth is designed according to actual needs, and the single-stage planetary gear mechanism reduces and outputs the rotation angle of the steering wheel according to requirements. The rack and pinion mechanism converts the rotational motion into a linear motion. The electronic control unit provides alternating current for an exciting coil of the differential transformer through a first terminal and a second terminal, when the steering wheel forwards, the iron core is positioned at the middle position between the first detection coil and the second detection coil, and the differential transformer transmits 0V signal voltage through a third terminal and a fourth terminal of the electronic control unit; when the steering wheel turns, the signal voltage generated by the differential transformer is directly related to the turning direction and the angle, and the electronic control unit can accurately know the turning direction and the angle of the steering wheel.

one end of an iron core of the differential transformer is connected with a straight-tooth cylindrical rack through a non-ferromagnetic connecting rod, the straight-tooth cylindrical rack is connected with a rack, and the rack is connected with the single-stage planetary gear mechanism;
