本发明公开了一种新型丝毛绸织面料,包括绸织面料本体,绸织面料本体的表面设置有表层,表层的表面设置有若干表面纤维,表面纤维的底端设置有表面纤维底层,表层的底端设置有蚕丝羊毛毡层,蚕丝羊毛毡层的表面设置有第一胶粘层,蚕丝羊毛毡层的底端设置有第二胶粘层,第二胶粘层的底端设置有防静电层,防静电层的表面设置有若干经向防静电纤维。通过设置由亚麻纱制成的防静电层,亚麻纱具有天然的纺锤形结构和独特的果胶质斜边孔,具有良好的低静电特性,最大限度的减少面料产生的静电。本发明设计合理、结构简单、安全可靠、使用方便、实用性高,具有很好的推广使用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及丝毛绸织面料技术领域,更具体的,涉及一种新型丝毛绸织面料。
背景技术
丝毛有毛织物坚牢耐磨、质、保暖、有弹性、抗皱、不易褪色的特性,也有丝织物特性柔软滑爽、高雅华丽、色泽鲜艳、光彩夺目,纹路略有丝毛衔接的茧疙瘩,抽线等等,同时丝毛也具有吸湿、耐热,不耐光、耐水、耐碱的特性。现有的丝毛绸织面料产生静电,静电的库仑力容易造成面料松散以及吸污,现有的技术很难解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服的现有的丝毛绸织面料产生静电,静电的库仑力容易造成面料松散以及吸污的问题,提供一种新型丝毛绸织面料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明提供了一种新型丝毛绸织面料,包括绸织面料本体,所述绸织面料本体的表面设置有表层,所述表层的表面设置有若干表面纤维,所述表面纤维的底端设置有表面纤维底层,所述表层的底端设置有蚕丝羊毛毡层,所述蚕丝羊毛毡层的表面设置有第一胶粘层,所述蚕丝羊毛毡层的底端设置有第二胶粘层,所述第二胶粘层的底端设置有防静电层,所述防静电层的表面设置有若干经向防静电纤维,若干所述经向防静电纤维的表面设置有第一纬向防静电纤维和第二纬向防静电纤维,所述防静电层的底端设置有防静电底层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述表层和所述表面纤维通过绗缝连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述表面纤维镶嵌在所述表层和所述蚕丝羊毛毡层的内部。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述第一胶粘层和所述第二胶粘层均由复合胶制成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防静电层由所述经向防静电纤维、所述第一纬向防静电纤维以及所述第二纬向防静电纤维通过纺织机梳理而成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述第一纬向防静电纤维和所述第二纬向防静电纤维由亚麻纱制成。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:通过设置由亚麻纱制成的防静电层,亚麻纱具有天然的纺锤形结构和独特的果胶质斜边孔,具有良好的低静电特性,最大限度的减少面料产生的静电。本发明设计合理、结构简单、安全可靠、使用方便、实用性高,具有很好的推广使用价值。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
如图1-3所示,本发明提供了一种新型丝毛绸织面料,包括绸织面料本体1,绸织面料本体1的表面设置有表层3,表层3的表面设置有若干表面纤维2,表面纤维2的底端设置有表面纤维底层5,表层3的底端设置有蚕丝羊毛毡层4,蚕丝羊毛毡层4的表面设置有第一胶粘层11,蚕丝羊毛毡层4的底端设置有第二胶粘层12,第二胶粘层12的底端设置有防静电层7,防静电层7的表面设置有若干经向防静电纤维8,若干经向防静电纤维8的表面设置有第一纬向防静电纤维9和第二纬向防静电纤维10,防静电层7的底端设置有防静电底层6。
表层3和表面纤维2通过绗缝连接,便于将表面纤维2和表层3固定连接起来。
表面纤维2镶嵌在表层3和蚕丝羊毛毡层4的内部,增加了绸织面料本体1的柔软性。
第一胶粘层11和第二胶粘层12均由复合胶制成,增加了第一胶粘层11和第二胶粘层12的固定能力。
防静电层7由经向防静电纤维8、第一纬向防静电纤维以及第二纬向防静电纤维10通过纺织机梳理而成,增加了防静电层7形成的速度。
第一纬向防静电纤维9和第二纬向防静电纤维10由亚麻纱制成,亚麻纱具有天然的纺锤形结构和独特的果胶质斜边孔,减少静电的产生。
具体的工作时,首先,选取桑蚕短丝和羊毛各一半,投入梳棉机的内部,打开梳棉机的电源,梳棉机梳理过后,进行开松,制成蚕丝羊毛毡层4,蚕丝羊毛毡层4通过第一胶粘层11和表层3固定在一起,纺织机通过纺织经向防静电纤维8、第一纬向防静电纤维以及第二纬向防静电纤维10形成防静电层7,蚕丝羊毛毡层4通过第二胶粘层12和防静电层7固定在一起,防静电层7通过亚麻纱具有天然的纺锤形结构和独特的果胶质斜边孔,具有良好的低静电特性,使绸织面料本体1尽可能少的产生静电。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:通过设置由亚麻纱制成的防静电层,亚麻纱具有天然的纺锤形结构和独特的果胶质斜边孔,具有良好的低静电特性,最大限度的减少面料产生的静电。本发明设计合理、结构简单、安全可靠、使用方便、实用性高,具有很好的推广使用价值。

1.一种新型丝毛绸织面料,包括绸织面料本体(1),其特征在于,所述绸织面料本体(1)的表面设置有表层(3),所述表层(3)的表面设置有若干表面纤维(2),所述表面纤维(2)的底端设置有表面纤维底层(5),所述表层(3)的底端设置有蚕丝羊毛毡层(4),所述蚕丝羊毛毡层(4)的表面设置有第一胶粘层(11),所述蚕丝羊毛毡层(4)的底端设置有第二胶粘层(12),所述第二胶粘层(12)的底端设置有防静电层(7),所述防静电层(7)的表面设置有若干经向防静电纤维(8),若干所述经向防静电纤维(8)的表面设置有第一纬向防静电纤维(9)和第二纬向防静电纤维(10),所述防静电层(7)的底端设置有防静电底层(6)。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型丝毛绸织面料,其特征在于,所述第一胶粘层(11)和所述第二胶粘层(12)均由复合胶制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型丝毛绸织面料,其特征在于,所述防静电层(7)由所述经向防静电纤维(8)、所述第一纬向防静电纤维以及所述第二纬向防静电纤维(10)通过纺织机梳理而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型丝毛绸织面料,其特征在于,所述第一纬向防静电纤维(9)和所述第二纬向防静电纤维(10)由亚麻纱制成。
