本发明提供一种防浮肿输液器,包括输液针、输液管;所述输液管中串接有滴管,且输液管上设有调速器;所述输液针与输液管之间还串接有监测器;所述监测器包括一个圆形腔体,所述圆形腔体的底面及侧面为硬质面,正面则由弹性膜构成,所述弹性膜的弹性系数小于人体皮肉组织;所述输液管内的药液横向流经所述圆形腔体后流至所述输液针。该输液器可以方便地查看是否输液阻力过大,从而判断皮肉组织是否具有浮肿倾向,以便于及时发现和调整输液针的不当位置状态。

防浮肿输液器
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,特别地,涉及一种输液器。
背景技术
输液器是一种基础医疗器械,主要包括输液针、输液管,以及串接于输液管上的流速调节器、滴管;在输液过程中,如输液针的注射位置不佳,或由于患者手臂的不当移动,将导致输液器的药液输出受阻,使药液较难畅通地流入血管;在此情况下,输液针附近的皮肉组织将发生肿胀现象;然而,由于输液针通常被胶带、衣物等遮盖,且在输液过程中,由于皮肉组织受到输液针、胶带的影响,严重程度较低的浮肿现象,通常较难感知;这导致在输液过程中,患者的局部皮肉可能长时间处于肿胀状态,这对于将对皮肉组织带来一定的危害,并且影响输液质量。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种防浮肿输液器,该输液器可以方便地查看是否输液阻力过大,从而判断皮肉组织是否具有浮肿倾向,以便于及时发现和调整输液针的不当位置状态。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该防浮肿输液器包括输液针、输液管;所述输液管中串接有滴管,且输液管上设有调速器;所述输液针与输液管之间还串接有监测器;所述监测器包括一个圆形腔体,所述圆形腔体的底面及侧面为硬质面,正面则由弹性膜构成,所述弹性膜的弹性系数小于人体皮肉组织;所述输液管内的药液横向流经所述圆形腔体后流至所述输液针。
作为优选,所述圆形腔体包括一个开口朝上的圆盖状的硬质底盒,以及一个设于该硬质底盒内的,由弹性膜构成的圆形囊,所述圆形囊的底面、侧面与所述硬质底盒的底面、侧面完全贴合,所述输液管内的药液横向流经所述圆形囊;从而避免了圆形腔体的正面因向上膨胀而导致脱离或渗漏的问题。
作为优选,所述圆形腔体正面的弹性膜为透明膜,所述圆形腔体的内底面上制有一道色环;所述圆形腔体上方还覆盖一个透明罩盖,该透明罩盖与所述弹性膜之间具有间隔,且所述透明罩盖上制有径向延伸的刻度线。
本发明的有益效果在于:该防浮肿输液器在输液过程中,如输液针的输液阻力较小,药液畅通地流入血管,则所述调速器至输液针之间的液体压力较小,所述圆形腔体正面的弹性膜基本不发生膨胀;而当输液针的位置状态不佳,导致输液阻力明显增大时,药液在输液针附近积压,导致所述圆形腔体内的液体压力明显增大,且由于所述弹性膜的弹性系数小于皮肉组织,故在皮肉组织浮肿之前,所述弹性膜首先向上膨胀凸起,由此,通过观察所述监测器正面的弹性膜的状态,即可判断皮肉组织是否具有浮肿倾向,以便于及时发现和调整输液针的不当位置状态。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
如图1所示,本防浮肿输液器包括输液针1、输液管2;所述输液管2中串接有滴管3,且输液管2上设有调速器4;所述输液针1与输液管2之间还串接有监测器5。
所述监测器5的实施例一如图2所示,其包括一个圆形腔体50,所述圆形腔体50,该圆形腔体50包括一个开口朝上的圆盖状的硬质底盒51,以及一个设于该硬质底盒51内的,由弹性膜构成的圆形囊52,所述圆形囊52的底面、侧面与所述硬质底盒51的底面、侧面完全贴合,所述输液管2内的药液横向流经所述圆形囊52;所述弹性膜的弹性系数小于人体皮肉组织,即较之于皮肉组织,所述弹性膜更易于膨胀。
所述输液管2内的药液横向流经所述圆形腔体50后流至所述输液针1。
上述防浮肿输液器在输液过程中,如输液针1的输液阻力较小,药液畅通地流入血管,则所述调速器4至输液针1之间的液体压力较小,所述圆形腔体50正面的弹性膜基本不发生膨胀,如图2中左半部分所示;而当输液针1的位置状态不佳,导致输液阻力明显增大时,药液在输液针1附近积压,导致所述圆形腔体50内的液体压力明显增大,且由于所述弹性膜的弹性系数小于皮肉组织,故在皮肉组织浮肿之前,所述弹性膜首先向上膨胀凸起,如图2中右半部分所示;由此,由于监测器5是不受胶布或衣物覆盖的,通过观察所述监测器5正面的弹性膜的状态,即可判断皮肉组织是否具有浮肿倾向,以便于及时发现和调整输液针1的不当位置状态。
对于所述监测器5,其实施例二如图3、图4所示,与实施例一不同的是,所述圆形腔体50正面的弹性膜为透明膜,所述圆形腔体50的内底面上制有一道色环53;所述圆形腔体50上方还覆盖一个透明罩盖54,该透明罩盖54与所述弹性膜之间具有间隔,且所述透明罩盖54上制有径向延伸的刻度线。按照该实施例二,当所述弹性膜向上膨胀凸起时,所述圆形囊便构成一个凸透镜,从而使从所述监测器5的正面看,其内底面的色环53直径将增大,增大量由所述透明罩盖54的刻度线示出,从而更方便,且更准确地观察圆形囊的当前压力。

1.一种防浮肿输液器,包括输液针(1)、输液管(2);所述输液管(2)中串接有滴管(3),且输液管上设有调速器(4);其特征在于:所述输液针(1)与输液管(2)之间还串接有监测器(5);所述监测器(5)包括一个圆形腔体(50),所述圆形腔体的底面及侧面为硬质面,正面则由弹性膜构成,所述弹性膜的弹性系数小于人体皮肉组织;所述输液管(2)内的药液横向流经所述圆形腔体(50)后流至所述输液针(1);其特征在于:所述圆形腔体(50)正面的弹性膜为透明膜,所述圆形腔体(50)的内底面上制有一道色环(53);所述圆形腔体(50)上方还覆盖一个透明罩盖(54),该透明罩盖(54)与所述弹性膜之间具有间隔,且所述透明罩盖(54)上制有径向延伸的刻度线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防浮肿输液器,其特征在于:所述圆形腔体(50)包括一个开口朝上的圆盖状的硬质底盒(51),以及一个设于该硬质底盒(51)内的,由弹性膜构成的圆形囊(52),所述圆形囊(52)的底面、侧面与所述硬质底盒(51)的底面、侧面完全贴合,所述输液管(2)内的药液横向流经所述圆形囊(52)。
