When the liquid taking amount of the suction bag 1 needs to be regulated, the knob 4 drives the screw 3 to rotate and form axial movement by rotating the knob 4, and the screw 3 drives the annular positioning ring to deform into an ellipse, so that the pressing stroke between the annular positioning ring and the pressing surface 102 of the suction bag 1 is regulated, and the regulation of the liquid taking amount of the suction bag 1 is realized.
