Abstract
The invention provides a guiding electricity taking mechanism and movable furniture. The guiding power taking mechanism comprises a power supply assembly and a moving assembly, the power supply assembly comprises a guiding box and a power supply piece, the power supply piece is arranged in the guiding box, and one end of the power supply piece is electrically connected with power supply equipment; the moving component is arranged in the guide box and can move along the guide box, and the other end of the power supply piece is connected with the moving component and can move along with the moving component. Preferably, in order to further secure the stability of the connection of the baffle 4 with the guide box 11, a magnetic adsorption structure may be further provided on the baffle 4, for example, a magnet (not shown in the figure) is provided on the baffle 4, and an iron sheet (not shown in the figure) is provided on the guide box 11; or an iron piece is arranged on the baffle plate 4, and a magnet is arranged on the guide box 11. In other embodiments, the baffle 4 may be connected to the guide box 11 by a connection such as a bolt.
Optionally, the moving assembly 2 includes a guide wheel 21 and a supporting frame 22, and the other ends of the guide wheel 21 and the power supply member 12 are both disposed on the supporting frame 22.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3 in combination, in this embodiment, the moving assembly 2 mainly includes a guide wheel 21 and a supporting frame 22, where the guide wheel 21 mainly plays a role in guiding, and to a certain extent, the guide wheel 21 may also play a role in limiting displacement of the moving assembly 2 in the width direction in the guiding box 11. Preferably, the diameter of the guide wheel 21 should be set to be equal to or slightly smaller than the inner width of the guide box 11, so that the guide wheel 21 can play a role in guiding and also in limiting.
The support frame 22 mainly serves to mount the guide wheel 21 and is connected to an external member to be guided. For example, the guide wheel 21 may be connected to the support frame 22 by a connecting member such as a bolt, and an external member that needs to perform guiding movement is directly and fixedly connected to the support frame 22. In the present embodiment, the supporting frame 22 also plays a role of supporting the power supply 12, so that the power supply 12 can be stably connected with external electric equipment.
In the preferred embodiment, the guide wheels and support 22 are made of an insulating material so that no human contact with the electric shock is avoided.
Preferably, the support frame 22 is provided with an adjusting groove 221, and at least two guide wheels 21 are arranged in the adjusting groove 221 through fasteners.
Referring to fig. 3, the adjustment groove 221 is provided to facilitate adjustment of the position of the guide pulley 21 on the support frame 22. Further, the adjusting groove 221 may be a cross groove formed on the supporting frame 22, so that the position of the guide wheel can be adjusted from multiple directions.
Preferably, the guide wheels 21 are at least two and are respectively arranged at the front part and the rear part of the support frame 22.
Referring to fig. 2, at least two guide wheels may be disposed at positions on the support frame 22 near two ends, respectively, so that when a motion track of an external device deviates to a certain extent, the guide wheels disposed at two ends of the support frame 22 may play a certain role in stopping, so that the electric device will not pull the moving assembly 2 and the power supply assembly 1 out of the guide box 11, thereby avoiding occurrence of unexpected power failure phenomenon and effectively ensuring normal use of the guide power taking mechanism.
Optionally, the power supply member 12 includes an electric wire, and the support 22 is further provided with a plurality of threading holes 222 through which the power supply wires can pass.
Referring to fig. 3, the support 22 is provided with the threading hole 222, so that the electric wire can be conveniently led out from the threading hole 222 to be connected to the electric equipment, and the cable is effectively prevented from being exposed, so that the guide electricity taking mechanism is more attractive in appearance as a whole.
