技术领域
本发明涉及保健鞋垫技术领域，尤其是一种抑菌防臭型运动鞋垫。
背景技术
现有技术中，对于运动鞋垫都是追求其舒适性及透气性，但是由于运动鞋往往穿着后参加运动，脚部发热较多，造成鞋子内部细菌容易滋生，从而出现脚臭等现象。虽然现有的运动鞋垫也追求透气性，但是由于运动鞋其透气性能相对于脚部的发热而言还是不够的，所以设计主动抑菌防臭的鞋垫是相当有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种结构简单，通过中药层进行抑菌的抑菌防臭型运动鞋垫。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的一种抑菌防臭型运动鞋垫，它由底层至顶层总共由9层材料复合而成，由下至上依次为：碳纤维材料层、聚酯发泡层、棉布层、无纺布层、抑菌中药层、无纺布层、棉布层、聚酯发泡层、碳纤维材料层；各层之间通过胶水粘接而成形成一体结构。
所述的抑菌中药层由野菊花、白头翁、青蒿、川乌、雪莲花、麝香、小麦、麻黄根、白芨、黄氏和碳酸钙粉末构成，其中每1000g碳酸钙粉末中包含野菊花35g、白头翁13g、青蒿5g、川乌8g、雪莲花2g、麝香1g、小麦24g、麻黄根10g、白芨6g、黄氏4g。
通过多层材料的合理设计，能确保鞋垫使用的牢固性和使用寿命，同时使抑菌中药层能完好的停留在鞋垫中层，避免影响脚感。而且通过合理的中药组分的设计及用量的设计，能确保其具有极强的抑菌防臭效果，对脚底具有一定的保健功效。
本发明所得到的一种抑菌防臭型运动鞋垫，通过合理的成绩结构及中药组分的设计，能实现鞋垫具有抑菌防臭功效，同时具有保健效果。
