Description

Football shoe sole, football shoe spike arrangement method and football shoe
Technical Field
The application relates to sports goods, in particular to a football shoe sole, a football shoe spike arrangement method and a football shoe.
Background
In football, anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injury of the knee joint is one of the most common non-contact injuries, nearly 70 percent of ACL injury occurs at the moment of landing or lateral cutting sports, and traction of the sole of a football shoe is an important factor influencing the performance of athletes.
In the sport of soccer, since the sole is a part that is in direct contact with the playing field, soccer shoes are one of the most important sports equipment for soccer players.
Football shoes are of various types, and can be suitable for artificial grasslands, hard fields, floors, soft fields and the like, and the football shoes of corresponding types are selected according to different fields. The football shoes are selected according to any field, wherein, the function requirements of the football shoes are indispensable. For example: if the traction force of the football shoe is too low, the sole is easy to slip, and the force of the sportsman is influenced; however, if the traction force of the soccer shoe is too large, the movement of the player is hindered, thereby reducing the flexibility.
The design of the shoe bottom spikes of the existing football shoes is used in a way that the front sole design rotates around the sole. In general, a shoe stud is arranged at the center of the front sole, other shoe studs are rotatably arranged at the edge of the sole by taking the center shoe stud as the center, when the shoe stud is a triangular shoe stud, the shoe stud arranged at the edge can enhance the effects of stability and skid resistance, the shoe stud arranged at the center can have the grip and traction on a hard grass land, so that a player can quickly start, and the football shoe with the shoe stud is suitable for players with explosive force such as the front and the like; when the shoe spike is a circular shoe spike, the circular shoe spike at the central position of the front sole is easier to stably control the ball, and is suitable for middle players.
The sole configuration with rotation around the center and with the studs directly in the conventional soccer shoe like the above can reduce the locking mechanism between the sole and the ground, but the play of the sport level and the safety are affected due to the shape limitation of the studs, for example: the explosive force of the round nails can be reduced, the center spikes of the front sole are shorter, the contact time with the ground is shorter, and the requirement of increasing the contact time with the ground cannot be met; when the sportsman vigorously takes out and shoots, spike embedding soil, unable better removal forms locking mechanism, increases lower limbs knee joint pressure, causes knee joint Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) damage etc. easily.
Therefore, how to provide a football shoe which can improve the safety without influencing the normal performance and avoiding sports injury due to the function limitation of the football shoe when a football player plays sports becomes a technical problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application. This application is capable of implementation in many different ways than those herein set forth and of similar import by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of this application and is therefore not limited to the specific implementations disclosed below.
The application provides a football shoes sole, provides powerful traction force for the football person in the motion is run, increases the explosive force. The sole of the soccer shoe provided by the present application will be described below from three embodiments.
In all three implementations of the present application, the left leg is used as an auxiliary support leg, the left foot is used as an auxiliary support leg, and the right foot is used as a door shooting side.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view illustrating a first embodiment of a sole of a soccer shoe according to the present application.
The application provides a football shoes sole includes: the shoe comprises a sole body 10 and spikes arranged on the sole body 10;
wherein, according to the pressure distribution of the sole, the sole body 10 is divided into a main torsion support area 11 and a slave torsion support area 12;
the stud includes: the main torsional support spike 111 and from the torsional support spike 121, main torsional support spike 111 sets up in main torsional support zone 11 within range, from the torsional support spike 121 set up in from the torsional support zone 12 within range, just from the torsional support spike 121 with main torsional support spike 111 is the center, arranges in the predetermined direction of rotation that supports the foot and sets up a plurality ofly, and arranges the position that sets up and satisfy when passing the ball from the torsional support spike 121 can form the biggest contact surface with the football.
It should be noted that the contact surface refers to the position where the football shoe contacts the ball, and there are usually two ways, one is the inner side of the foot to control the ball, and the other is the outer side of the foot to control the ball, in both cases, the contact surface is located at the inner side and/or the outer side of the football shoe.
The pressure distribution on the sole can be analyzed by the pressure borne by the supporting leg during shooting. The left leg is taken as the supporting leg, the left foot is taken as the supporting leg, the supporting leg can be known to support the gravity center at the part which is arranged on the outer side of the center of the front sole of the left foot in the shooting process, and the stress of the outer side of the front sole and the big toe area is larger.
The change of the sole pressure distribution during shooting and the center of gravity displacement during shooting can be known from the process that the sole contacts the ground to leave the ground, and the center of gravity is from the transition of the left heel to the fifth metatarsal region of the front sole to the big toe. The analysis process can be implemented by using the existing analysis software, and will not be described in detail herein.
Because the athlete can shoot at the instep with great force, the body needs to be inclined in the opposite direction while exerting force, namely: when the user shoots the door with a large force, the body inclines towards the direction opposite to the pedaling and extending force due to the ground reaction force; thus, the lateral forefoot and large toe areas become the primary points of force.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, the range of the main torsion support region 11 is set to be within the range of the third to fifth metatarsal, and the other regions are the slave torsion support regions 12, that is, the slave torsion support regions 12 assist the rotation of the main torsion region.
The studs of a football shoe are arranged according to the distribution of sole pressure, namely: primary torsional support studs 111 are disposed within the primary torsional support zone 11 and secondary torsional studs are disposed within the secondary torsional support zone 12.
In the preferred embodiment of the range of the primary torsional support area 11 contemplated by the present application, the circular spike 111-1 is disposed on the fifth metatarsal bone as the primary torsional support spike 111, so as to improve the contact time between the soccer shoe and the ground, reduce the locking between the spike and the ground, and release the knee joint torsional moment.
In this embodiment, the circular spike 111-1 is a cylindrical spike, which has a better turning force, so that after the circular spike 111-1 enters the ground under pressure, the locking between the spike and the ground can be reduced, that is: the circular spike 111-1 can rotate after entering the ground, thereby releasing the knee joint moment when shooting.
In this embodiment, the circular shoe nail 111-1 is disposed at a position corresponding to the fifth metatarsal bone, and only one circular shoe nail is disposed.
In order to further release the moment of the knee joint and reduce the injury of the knees of athletes, the diameter of the cross section of the circular spike 111-1 close to the bottom of the sole is larger than that of the cross section of the circular spike 111-1 at the top; that is, the circular spike 111-1 is tapered from a side near the bottom of the sole to the top of the circular spike 111-1, so that the circular spike 111-1 can easily enter the ground, the contact time between the circular spike 111-1 and the ground is increased, and the circular spike 111-1 and the ground are twisted to reduce the moment of the knee.
The plurality of the auxiliary twisted supporting shoe nails 121 are rotatably arranged in a predetermined rotation direction of the supporting foot with the circular shoe nail 111-1 as a center, wherein the predetermined rotation direction is a direction in which the left foot rotates along with the rotation of the right foot, and is generally a direction in which the left foot rotates to the outside when the right foot performs a heavy shot or when the right foot performs a long pass. The position of the slave torsional stud array satisfies the maximum contact area that the slave torsional support stud 121 can make with the soccer ball when the ball is held, namely: the secondary torsional stud may be disposed on an arc of a circle centered on the primary torsional support stud 111 on the sole.
In this embodiment, the secondary back-up spike 121 is a knife-type spike 121-1, and the knife-type spike 121-1 is also referred to as a cut spike. In this embodiment, the longitudinal direction of the blade-shaped shoe spike 121-1 corresponds to a tangent line on an arc formed around the main twisted support shoe spike 111.
The knife-edge stud 121-1 provides sufficient support for the foot to better engage the ground. Since the blade-type stud 121-1 has a blade-like shape, it also has excellent grip ability; under the condition that the field is slippery, the knife-shaped spikes 121-1 can ensure the stability of the football shoe and have strong explosive force.
In the embodiment, the knife-type shoe nails 121-1 are arranged around the circular shoe nail 111-1, the arrangement order is based on the requirement that the largest contact surface can be generated between the shoe nail and a ball when the ball is touched, and the number of the arranged knife-type shoe nails is six; namely: the sole is arranged in a front sole area of the sole body and does not comprise a heel position area. The specific positions of the six knife-shaped spikes 121-1 are that five knife-shaped spikes are arranged around the circular spike 111-1 at the edge position of the front sole area, a first knife nail is arranged close to the circular spike 111-1, and a second knife nail, a third knife nail, a fourth knife nail and a fifth knife nail are sequentially arranged in a clockwise order; the sixth cutter nail is positioned in the center of the front sole, namely: the sixth stud is located in the central region where the circular stud 111-1 and the knife type stud 121-1 form a stud combination, and mainly functions as an activation, enhancing an explosive force of the activation, and supplementing a supporting force.
The arrangement direction of the five cutter nails is based on that the left leg is an auxiliary supporting leg, and the right leg is a main attack side (shooting or passing). Conversely, when the left foot is the main tapping side and the right foot is the supporting foot, the arrangement direction of the five knife nails is that the first knife nail is close to the circular spike 111-1, and the first knife nail, the third knife nail, the fourth knife nail and the fifth knife nail are sequentially arranged in an anticlockwise order; the sixth staple is still located in the central region of the sole.
The sixth blade nail located in the central region of the forefoot may also be located on the arc formed by centering on the circular stud 111-1.
It is understood that the arrangement of the knife-type stud 121-1 may also refer to the size and/or shape of the upper of the sole. In this embodiment, the shape of the knife-type shoe spike 121-1 in the length direction is similar to the shape of a water drop, and when the knife-type shoe spike is arranged on the sole, the narrow end side is close to the round shoe spike 111-1 and the wide end side is far away from the round shoe spike 111-1 according to the counterclockwise direction or the clockwise direction.
In this implementation, the sword type spike 121-1 just is located the avris that is close to the half sole centre of a palm in length direction and can also have with the main edge that twists reverse the circular arc matched with that supports spike 111 and constitute as the center crooked radian 121-1-1, better supplementary main edge that twists reverse support spike 111 the rotation of predetermineeing the direction of rotation, that is to say, good ground gripping type not only can be realized to sword type spike 121-1 after inserting ground, sword type spike 121-1 can also rotate in the soil along with the rotation of foot to avoid injury such as sportsman's knee, ankle.
In order to provide better traction for the slave torsional support spike 121 in this embodiment, the contact surface of the blade spike 121-1 forms a decreasing slope in the forefoot to heel direction. The contact surface refers to the contact position of the football shoe and a ball body, and two modes are provided, wherein one mode is that the ball is transmitted and controlled by the inner side of the foot, and the other mode is that the ball is transmitted and controlled by the outer side of the foot; thus, in this implementation, the degressive slope arrangement may be provided only at the studs on the edge of the football shoe sole, i.e.: the football shoe sole is arranged at the outer side and/or the inner side, the spike positioned at the middle part can be not arranged, and the spike positioned at the middle part can also be provided with the gradually-reduced slope in the same way. In other words, the thickness of the contact surface of the blade-shaped stud 121-1 in the forefoot-to-heel direction gradually decreases.
In order to ensure that the football shoe has strong traction force to assist in increasing explosive force of athletes, according to the activity state of feet in sports, the sole body 10 corresponding to the sole part of the feet is divided into a main bending position 13 and an auxiliary bending position 14 along the length direction of the feet, the main bending position 13 and the auxiliary bending position 14 are respectively positioned at two ends of metatarsal bones, one side of the metatarsal bones, which is close to phalanges, is the main bending position 13, and the other end of the metatarsal bones is the auxiliary bending position 14;
the primary torsional support stud 111 in the primary torsional support zone 11 is located at the fifth metatarsal position between the primary flex site 13 and the secondary flex site 14, that is, the primary torsional support stud 111 (circular stud 111-1) in the primary torsional support zone 11 is disposed on the fifth metatarsal position between the primary flex site 13 and the secondary flex site 14; the circular shoe spike 111-1 is prevented from being located on the primary bending position 13 or the secondary bending position 14.
The secondary torsional supporting shoe nail 121 is located in the upper region of the primary bending position 13, the region between the primary bending position 13 and the secondary bending position 14, and the lower region of the secondary bending position 14; that is, the secondary twisted supporting shoe spike 121 (knife-type shoe spike 121-1) is disposed at other positions of the sole centered on the circular shoe spike 111-1, and the knife-type shoe spike 121-1 is disposed at a position excluding the primary bending position 13 and the secondary bending position 14, that is: the auxiliary torsion supporting shoe spike 121 (the knife-shaped shoe spike 121-1) is not arranged on the main bending position 13 and the auxiliary bending position 14, so that stronger explosive force and traction force are ensured when an athlete runs, the bending requirement of feet during human body movement can be met, and the safety is improved.
Based on the above, in the lower part of the sole, namely: the spikes arranged on the part of the heel of the shoe can be the circular spikes 111-1 and/or the knife-type spikes 121-1 and/or the triangular spikes 121-2, that is, the heel of the shoe can be the circular spikes 111-1 alone or the knife-type spikes 121-1 alone or the triangular spikes 121-2 alone; or a mixture of the circular spike 111-1 and the knife-type spike 121-1 or a mixture of the circular spike 111-1 and the triangular spike 121-2 or a mixture of the knife-type spike 121-1 and the triangular spike 121-2 or a mixture of the circular spike 111-1, the knife-type spike 121-1 and the triangular spike 121-2.
In the embodiment, the heel part is a mixture of the knife-type spikes 121-1 and the circular spikes 111-1, specifically, two circular spikes 111-1 are arranged on the lower side of the heel part, and the lower side is one end close to the sole edge; the two circular spikes 111-1 are arranged in parallel along the width direction of the sole, and two knife-type spikes 121-1 are arranged in parallel along the width direction of the spikes above the circular spikes 111-1, that is, the arrangement order is from the direction of the forefoot to the direction of the heel, that is: in the length direction of the sole, two parallel knife-shaped spikes 121-1 are arranged at the heel part of the shoe along the width direction of the sole, and then two parallel circular spikes 111-1 are arranged, wherein the knife-shaped spikes 121-1 can also be in a drop shape in the length direction, the narrow end is close to the forefoot sole, and the wide end is close to the circular spikes 111-1.
The blade-type stud 121-1 provided on the heel may have a shape matching the curvature of the heel edge. The rounded spike 111-1 and/or the knife-type spike 121-1 are disposed along an edge of the heel.
