The memory 104 may be used to store software programs and modules of application software, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the determination method of tracking in the embodiment of the present invention, and the processor 102 executes various functional applications and data processing by executing the software programs and modules stored in the memory 104, so as to implement the above-mentioned method. The memory 104 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some instances, the memory 104 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 102, which may be connected to the mobile terminal 10 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The transmission device 106 is used for receiving or transmitting data via a network. Specific examples of the network described above may include a wireless network provided by a communication provider of the mobile terminal 10. In one example, the transmission device 106 includes a Network adapter (NIC) that can be connected to other Network devices through a base station to communicate with the internet. In one example, the transmission device 106 can be a Radio Frequency (RF) module, which is used to communicate with the internet in a wireless manner.
In this embodiment, a method for determining tracking running on the mobile terminal is provided, and fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for determining tracking according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the flowchart includes the following steps:

step S204, judging whether the communication instruction does not accord with a preset communication rule;
and step S206, when the judgment result is yes, the terminal is determined to be tracked.
Through the steps, when the terminal communicates with the base station for the air interface service, monitoring a communication instruction of the air interface service; judging whether the communication instruction does not accord with a preset communication rule; when the judgment result is yes, the terminal is determined to be tracked, and whether the communication instruction is falsified by a third party can be found by judging whether the communication instruction conforms to the preset communication rule, so that the problem that the terminal cannot be determined to be tracked by the third party detection device through the radio transmitted by the terminal in the related technology can be solved, and the effect of protecting the privacy of the user is achieved.

When the service type is used for representing that the air interface service needs to be displayed on the interface of the terminal, S14 is designated, whether a communication instruction which does not conform to the preset communication rule in the plurality of communication instructions of the air interface service exceeds a second preset threshold is judged, if so, whether the air interface service is not displayed on the interface of the terminal is continuously judged, and if so, it is determined that the communication instruction does not conform to the preset communication rule.
In this embodiment, when performing an air interface service such as a phone call, a short message, a multimedia message, and the like, and when a Baseband Processor (BP) processes the air interface service, it is first determined whether a communication instruction content conforms to a normal communication protocol, if not, it may be determined that an abnormal condition is likely to be tracked, and if a rule is satisfied, it is determined whether the air interface service processed by an Application Processor (AP) is displayed, and if not, it may be considered to be tracked. The fact that the AP layer is not displayed due to normal communication errors is not excluded, but such communication is random and does not occur continuously, so that statistical rules like the first category can be selectively introduced, and when frequent occurrence occurs within a period of time, it is determined that the mobile phone is being tracked.
Optionally, the service type may be, but is not limited to: the method comprises the steps of short message, telephone, paging, authentication, multimedia message, internet surfing and the like, wherein the authentication and the paging do not need to be displayed on an interface, and the short message and the telephone need to be displayed on the interface of the terminal.
Optionally, the determining whether the communication instruction does not comply with the preset communication rule includes:
s21, extracting a first header field of the communication instruction;
and S22, comparing whether the first header field is the same as the second header field defined by the preset communication rule, and determining that the communication instruction does not accord with the preset communication rule when the first header field is different from the second header field. Optionally, the format, length, carried information, etc. of the header field may be compared, and of course, other fields of the communication signaling may be compared besides the header field.
Optionally, after determining to be tracked, a reminder message indicating that the terminal is tracked may be sent.
Further, after sending the reminding information for indicating that the terminal is tracked, the method further includes: receiving an instruction which is sent by a user and used for indicating whether the terminal is allowed to be tracked or not;
when the instruction indicates that the terminal is not allowed to be tracked, performing at least one of the following operations on the terminal: setting the terminal to a flight mode; closing the terminal; stopping transmitting the radio signal; and terminating the air interface service. Optionally, multiple options may also be directly included in the instruction, for example, setting the terminal to the flight mode; closing the terminal; stopping transmitting the radio signal; terminating air interface services, etc.
Optionally, when the instruction indicates that the terminal is allowed to be tracked, the air interface service is continuously executed.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (such as a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

Example 3
This embodiment is an alternative embodiment of the present invention, and is used to explain the present application in detail:
by the embodiment, the judgment statistics (short message, telephone, multimedia message, authentication and the like) of the air interface service of the mobile phone and the identification information of the base station are utilized to judge whether the mobile phone is tracked at present and prompt the user whether to allow the tracking. If the tracking is allowed, only prompting the user not to perform further processing; if the tracking is not allowed, after the user is prompted, the system enters an airplane mode or is powered off and shut down or does not respond in a signaling flow, and the aim is to cut off the contact with a base station and avoid the transmission of radio information by a mobile phone.
When the base station actively communicates with the mobile phone, for example, services such as authentication, telephone, short message and multimedia message, whether the communication signaling conforms to the protocol specification is analyzed, and the communication frequency of a period of time is counted.
When the communication signaling is found to be out of specification and frequently appears over a period of time, the consequence of such out of specification is that the communication has occurred but the handset upper layer application will not display any information, creating an out of specification radio exposure, revealing location privacy, thereby concluding that the handset is currently being tracked.
When the mobile phone is judged to be tracked, prompting a user, and if the mobile phone is allowed to be tracked, only prompting the user not to perform further processing; if the tracking is not allowed, after the user is prompted, the flight mode is entered, or the power is cut off and the machine is shut down, or the response of the signaling flow is not carried out, and the mobile phone is not required to transmit the radio information.
The mobile phone device of the embodiment includes: AP, BP, a signaling monitoring unit, a judging unit and a control unit.
In this embodiment, when the base station communicates with the mobile phone, the AP and BP signaling monitoring unit records the information and then enters the determining unit. When the judging unit finds that the communication instruction which is not in the standard always appears, the mobile phone is judged to be tracked, then the control unit reminds the user, and the user can send control information to the control unit firstly.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram of components of an anti-tracking mobile phone device according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, including:
and the air interface signaling monitoring unit is used for monitoring the communication events of the AP and BP, and counting the occurrence times and time. For example, when the baseband processor BP layer occurs, it will track whether it reaches the AP layer of the application processor and display it, and count it.
A judging unit for judging whether the non-compliance judgment standard is: communication occurs only at the BP layer and not at the AP layer, and frequently occurs over a period of time. The user is prompted to make a decision when an out-of-compliance event occurs.
A control unit, which only prompts the user not to further process if the tracking is allowed; if the tracking is not allowed, after the user is prompted, the system enters an airplane mode or is powered off and shut down or does not respond in a signaling flow, and the aim is to cut off the contact with a base station and avoid the transmission of radio information by a mobile phone.
Including information on the radio exposure type, whether the BP layer is compliant, whether the AP layer is present, the number of times and the time.
Fig. 7 is a functional triggering flowchart according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, when an event occurs, recording and determining whether compliance is met in the statistical table in table 1, if so, not applying interception, and if not, implementing control according to an instruction of a user.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0001021423840000111

The second type of communication needs to be displayed on an interface, such as a telephone, a short message, a multimedia message and the like, when BP communication occurs, whether the content of a communication instruction conforms to a normal communication protocol is judged firstly, if not, it can be judged that an abnormal condition is possibly tracked, if the content conforms to a rule, whether the AP layer is displayed is judged, and if not, the AP layer is considered to be tracked. The fact that the AP layer is not displayed due to normal communication errors is not excluded, but such communication is random and does not occur continuously, so that statistical rules like the first category can be selectively introduced, and when frequent occurrence occurs within a period of time, it is determined that the mobile phone is being tracked.
In the aspect of judging whether the instruction is in accordance with the specification, the header field rules of the standard protocol need to be stored for comparison, and the aspect can be realized only according to the standard document.
Fig. 9 is a flowchart of an out-of-spec process, as shown in fig. 9,
when the system judges that the communication is the communication which is not in accordance with the standard, the system can remind the user on the interface, and the user can select to enter a flight mode, shut down, not respond to the signaling or not process the signaling.
The non-response on the signaling means that the communication command is not sent from the layer of the air interface protocol stack and does not go down any more.
Wherein, the flight mode refers to directly entering the flight mode. And powering off the computer. The non-processing means that the non-standard instruction is not intercepted and normal communication can be realized.
When the limiting strategy is in effect, the normal use of the application outside the limiting strategy cannot be influenced.
