And can be adjusted as needed by those skilled in the art to suit particular applications.
It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms of direction or positional relationship indicated by the terms "upper", "lower", "inner", "outer", etc. are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, which are merely for convenience of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted" and "connected" are to be interpreted broadly, e.g., as being fixed or detachable or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Referring first to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic bottom view of a base plate of a conventional circular ceiling type air conditioner, and fig. 2 is a sectional view taken along line a-a of fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the circular ceiling type air conditioner includes a base plate 1, a motor 6, and a boom stand assembly for suspending the air conditioner to a ceiling. The boom stand assembly includes three boom stands 2 and three booms 5 connected to the boom stands 2, and the boom stands 2 are fixedly connected to the floor panel 1 of the air conditioner at equal intervals in a circumferential direction in a manner surrounding the motor 6 or are formed integrally with the floor panel 1. The motor 6 is rotatably connected to the base plate 1 at a position of a center of a circle. Each of the boom supports 2 is provided with a support mounting hole 20, and each of the support mounting holes 20 has an opening 30 for facilitating the movement of the boom 5 into and out of the support mounting hole 20. As shown in fig. 1, the opening 30 of the holder mounting hole 20 is oriented clockwise, and the rotation direction 4 of the motor 6 is oriented counterclockwise, which are opposite to each other. With continued reference to fig. 2, the lower washer 9 and the lower nut 8 are disposed under the suspension rod 5, the upper washer 10 and the upper nut 11 are disposed on the suspension rod 5, and the suspension rod 5 and the suspension rod support 2 are tightly connected together under the combined action of the upper nut 11, the upper washer 10, the lower washer 9 and the lower nut 8. However, in the case where the opening 30 is oriented clockwise and the motor 6 is oriented counterclockwise with reference to fig. 1, the boom support 2 is subjected to inertia in the direction of rotation 4 of the motor 6, i.e., counterclockwise, and tends to move in the counterclockwise direction 4. In this case, when the washers 9 and 10 and the nuts 8 and 11 are loosened due to a long-term use, the counterclockwise movement of the boom support 2 may cause the boom 5 to be separated from the boom support 2 from the opening 30, which may cause a safety hazard.
Referring next to fig. 3 and 4, fig. 3 is a schematic bottom view of a base plate of a circular ceiling type air conditioner suspension bar of the present invention, and fig. 4 is a sectional view taken at B-B of fig. 3. As shown in fig. 3, the circular ceiling type air conditioner includes a base plate 1, a motor 6, and a boom stand assembly for suspending the air conditioner to a ceiling.
