As shown in fig. 8, during the rotation of the valve stem driving turntable, the reset wedge angle 42 of the valve stem driving turntable pushes the elastic hooking ring to separate from the separating hook 63 of the upper cover of the box body of the driving device, and the elastic hooking ring is re-hooked into the driving hook of the valve stem driving turntable. The valve rod drives the turntable to continue rotating in the opening direction, and as the bottom surface of the sealing cover is contacted with the end surface of the valve ball, the sealing valve rod and the valve rod of the valve ball do not rotate relatively any more, the valve rod of the valve ball and the sealing valve rod synchronously rotate in the opening direction, the valve ball rotates in the opening direction, and the elastic hanging ring also rotates along with the valve rod of the valve ball. The stem 31 of the ball valve stem is rotated to contact the open position stopper 52 and the ball is rotated to the open position, completing the opening operation of the forced seal ball valve, as shown in fig. 4.
The forced sealing ball valve opening and closing driving device adopts a valve rod driving turntable, and is matched with an elastic hanging ring and a driving hook which are arranged on the valve rod of the valve ball, a separating hook, a separating wedge angle and a resetting wedge angle, so that the valve rod driving turntable drives the valve ball and the sealing cover to operate according to the operation process of the forced sealing ball valve, and the opening and closing operation of the forced sealing ball valve can be effectively realized only by rotating a worm. Convenient operation and high reliability, and is particularly suitable for the application of large-caliber and high-pressure valves.
Embodiment two:
referring to fig. 9, a forced sealing ball valve opening and closing driving device is an improvement of the elastic hanging ring in the first embodiment.
In this embodiment, the valve ball valve rod is equipped with the stem 31, and the stem is equipped with the through-hole, and the structure of elasticity articulates the ring includes: the hanging ring 70, the hanging rod 71 and the elastic expansion bracket, wherein the elastic expansion bracket comprises a first expansion bracket 73, a second expansion bracket 74 and a pressure spring 72.
One hanging rod penetrates through the through hole of the rotating handle, one end of the hanging rod is provided with a boss 77, and the hanging rod is hung on the rotating handle through the boss. The other end of the hanging rod is hinged with one ends of two first telescopic frames, and the two first telescopic frames are arranged on two symmetrical sides of the hanging rod. The other end of the first expansion bracket is provided with a first spring stop 75.
The link is articulated with the one end of two second expansion brackets, and two second expansion brackets set up the both ends at the link. The other end of the second expansion bracket is provided with a second spring stop 76. The two compression springs are sleeved outside a first expansion bracket and a second expansion bracket, and the two ends of each compression spring respectively push against the first spring retainer and the second spring retainer.
When the driving hook of the valve rod driving turntable pulls the hanging ring, the elastic expansion frame generates elastic expansion, and the function of elastic hanging ring is realized.

Claims (7)

1. The forced sealing ball valve is arranged in the forced sealing ball valve, the forced sealing ball valve comprises a valve ball, the valve ball is provided with a sealing cover and a spiral driving wheel, when the valve ball rotates to a closed position, the spiral driving wheel rotates to jack up and retract the sealing cover through threads, and the spiral driving wheel is driven to rotate by the sealing driving wheel; the forced sealing ball valve opening and closing driving device is characterized by comprising a sealing valve rod, a valve ball valve rod, a valve rod driving turntable and a valve rod stroke stop block, wherein the sealing valve rod drives the sealing driving wheel to rotate, and the valve rod driving turntable drives the sealing valve rod to rotate; the valve ball and the valve rod drive the valve ball to rotate, and the valve rod travel stop block controls the rotation travel of the valve ball and the valve rod; the valve ball valve rod and the sealing valve rod rotate simultaneously in the rotating stroke of the valve ball valve rod, and the valve ball valve rod stops rotating after the valve ball valve rod rotates to a valve ball closing position; the valve rod driving turntable continuously drives the sealing valve rod to rotate and drives the spiral driving wheel to jack up and retract the sealing cover;
the forced sealing ball valve opening and closing driving device is provided with a driving device box body, and the valve rod driving turntable is arranged in the driving device box body; the valve rod of the valve ball is provided with an elastic hanging ring, the elastic hanging ring rotates along with the valve rod of the valve ball, the elastic hanging ring is an elastic hanging ring which generates elastic displacement in the rotating circumferential direction of the valve rod of the valve ball, the driving device box body is provided with a disengaging wedge angle and a disengaging hook, the positions of the disengaging wedge angle and the disengaging hook correspond to the positions of the elastic hanging ring, and the valve rod driving turntable is provided with a driving hook for pulling the elastic hanging ring; when the valve rod of the valve ball rotates to the closing position of the valve ball, the disengaging wedge angle pushes the elastic hanging ring to disengage from the driving hook and hang into the disengaging hook;
the driving device box body is provided with an upper cover, and the disengaging wedge angle and the disengaging hook are arranged on the upper cover;
the valve rod driving turntable is provided with a reset wedge angle, the position of the reset wedge angle corresponds to the elastic hanging ring, and when the valve rod driving turntable rotates towards the opening direction, the reset wedge angle pushes the elastic hanging ring to be separated from the separation hook and hung into the driving hook of the valve rod driving turntable.

The forced sealing ball valve opening and closing driving device according to claim 1, wherein the valve rod of the valve ball is provided with a rotating handle, the rotating handle is provided with a through hole, the elastic hanging ring comprises a hanging ring, a hanging rod and a pressure spring, the hanging rod penetrates through the through hole of the rotating handle, one end of the hanging rod is hinged with the hanging ring, and one pressure spring is respectively arranged between the other end of the hanging rod and the rotating handle.
