Abstract
本发明涉及一种沥青混合双搅拌叶装置，它包括搅拌筒体（1），在所述搅拌筒体（1）内设置有搅拌轴（2），其特征在于在所述搅拌轴（2）上安装有两个螺旋搅拌桨（3），所述两个螺旋搅拌桨（3）上、下交叉布置，并且两个螺旋搅拌桨（3）的螺旋方向均向上，在所述搅拌筒体（1）的外壳上螺旋状缠绕有导热通道（4），导热通道（4）通过管道与加热泵（5）连接。本发明将搅拌桨叶设置呈螺旋状，并且由两个结构相同的桨叶交叉组成，使得搅拌更加均匀，提高反应效率。

本发明涉及一种搅拌装置，尤其涉及一种沥青混合双搅拌叶装置。
背景技术
生产过程中，沥青物料在反应釜中的反应程度、各物料之间混合的均匀程度都是影响产品质量的关键因素。其中反应釜中的搅拌装置，特别是搅拌桨的布置是决定物料反应程度、混合均匀程度的关键因素。以往的搅拌桨采用单一的铆式桨叶，搅拌的区域范围较小，使得物料无法进行均匀混合、充分反应。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种沥青混合双搅拌叶装置，使得反应釜中的物料均匀混合，反应充分。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种沥青混合双搅拌叶装置，它包括搅拌筒体，在所述搅拌筒体内设置有搅拌轴，在所述搅拌轴上安装有两个螺旋搅拌桨，所述两个螺旋搅拌桨上、下交叉布置，并且两个螺旋搅拌桨的螺旋方向均向上，在所述搅拌筒体的外壳上螺旋状缠绕有导热通道，导热通道通过管道与加热泵连接。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明将搅拌桨叶设置呈螺旋状，并且由两个结构相同的桨叶交叉组成，使得搅拌更加均匀，提高反应效率。

参见图1，本发明涉及一种沥青混合双搅拌叶装置，它包括搅拌筒体1，在搅拌筒体1内设置有搅拌轴2，在搅拌轴2上安装有两个螺旋搅拌桨3，所述两个螺旋搅拌桨3上、下交叉布置，并且螺旋搅拌桨3的螺旋方向向上，这样在反应釜工作过程中可以使物料向上运动再落回搅拌桨继续搅拌，使得混合更加均匀、反应更加充分，同时在所述搅拌筒体1的外壳上螺旋状缠绕有导热通道4，导热通道4通过管道与加热泵5连接。
