本发明公开了一种重复使用的聚四氟乙烯玻纤布脱模布，主要由无碱玻纤布、聚四氟乙烯层和硅胶层组成，所述的无碱玻纤布上下两侧都涂有聚四氟乙烯层，涂覆有聚四氟乙烯层的无碱玻纤布的上侧设有硅胶层。本发明采用了在基布的表面涂有硅胶，基布为无碱平纹玻璃布，无碱平纹玻璃布上涂覆盖聚四氟乙烯层，无碱平纹玻璃布厚度为0.08mm，具有强度高，热稳定性好，使用后易清除，模具表面不留残胶等优点，还具备一面防粘、另一面胶粘功能，能够多次重复应用。

本发明属于复合材料技术领域，具体涉及一种重复使用的聚四氟乙烯玻纤布脱模布。
背景技术
目前国内的一种模压复合材料，需求一种防粘脱模布，材料一面具备粘结力，一面具备防粘功能，并多次重复使用，而且具备一定的强度，但是目前市场上防粘脱模布其质量性能不能更好的满足市场需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种重复使用的聚四氟乙烯玻纤布脱模布，已解决上述方案中存在的不足。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所采取的技术方案为：
一种重复使用的聚四氟乙烯玻纤布脱模布，主要由无碱玻纤布、聚四氟乙烯层和硅胶层组成，所述的无碱玻纤布上下两侧都涂有聚四氟乙烯层，涂覆有聚四氟乙烯层的无碱玻纤布的上侧设有硅胶层。
所述的无碱玻纤布、聚四氟乙烯层、硅胶层所占总重量百分比分别为：0.5～0.6、0.2～0.4、0.1～0.2。

如图1所示，一种重复使用的聚四氟乙烯玻纤布脱模布，主要由无碱玻纤布1、聚四氟乙烯层2和硅胶层3组成，所述的无碱玻纤布1上下两侧都涂有聚四氟乙烯层2，涂覆有聚四氟乙烯层2的无碱玻纤布1的上侧设有硅胶层3。所述的无碱玻纤布1、聚四氟乙烯层2、硅胶层3所占总重量百分比分别为：0.5～0.6、0.2～0.4、0.1～0.2。

1.一种重复使用的聚四氟乙烯玻纤布脱模布，主要由无碱玻纤布、聚四氟乙烯层和硅胶层组成，其特征在于：所述的无碱玻纤布上下两侧都涂有聚四氟乙烯层，涂覆有聚四氟乙烯层的无碱玻纤布的上侧设有硅胶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚四氟乙烯玻纤布脱模布，其特征在于：所述的无碱玻纤布、聚四氟乙烯层、硅胶层所占总重量百分比分别为：0.5～0.6、0.2～0.4、0.1～0.2。
