Technical Field
The invention relates to a drilling device, in particular to a drilling machine with multiple drill bits.
Background
A drilling machine refers to a machine and a device that leave a cylindrical hole or hole in an object by means of rotary cutting or rotary extrusion using a tool harder and sharper than the object, and plays an important role in industrial production, such as in the field of die processing, in which a punching operation is performed on a die.

Aiming at the technical problems, the invention aims to solve the problems that different drill bits are required to be replaced to drill different apertures, the process of replacing the drill bits is complicated, and the working efficiency is seriously influenced in the drilling machine in the prior art, so that the drill bits with different diameters can be provided, the drill bits can be replaced quickly as required, and the drilling machine with multiple drill bits and different aperture sizes can be drilled.

Preferably, the clamp comprises: the hydraulic pump is fixed on the workbench, a piston rod on the hydraulic pump is connected with the clamping plate, and the piston rod can drive the clamping plate to move along the direction away from or close to the drilling groove.
Preferably, a connecting rod is further arranged between the piston rod and the clamping plate.
Preferably, the connecting rod includes horizontal pole and montant, the piston rod with the middle part of horizontal pole links to each other, the horizontal pole through a plurality of the montant with the grip block links to each other, just the montant with horizontal pole mutually perpendicular.
Preferably, a non-slip pad is arranged on one side of the clamping plate facing the drilling slot.
Preferably, the lower surface of the table is provided with a plurality of self-locking wheels.
Preferably, the drilling machine with multiple drill bits further comprises a control box fixed on the side surface of the workbench.
According to the technical scheme, when the drilling machine with the multiple drill bits is used, a workpiece is fixed on the workbench through the clamping piece, and then the drill bits are used for drilling the workpiece. The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the directional words "upper, lower, inner, outer" and the like included in the terms merely represent the orientation of the terms in a conventional use state or are colloquially understood by those skilled in the art, and should not be construed as limiting the terms.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a multi-bit drilling machine, including: the drilling machine comprises a workbench 1, a slide bar 2, a drilling mechanism and a clamping piece 6; the sliding rod 2 is vertically fixed on the upper surface of the workbench 1, the drilling mechanism is arranged on the sliding rod 2, and at least two clamping pieces 6 matched with each other are arranged on the upper surface of the workbench 1; wherein the drilling mechanism comprises: a drilling box 3, a drill fixing piece 4 and a drill 5; the drilling box 3 is slidably arranged on the sliding rod 2, the drill fixing piece 4 is connected with an output shaft of a motor in the drilling box 3, the lower surface of the drill fixing piece 4 is recessed inwards to form a plurality of drill grooves 9, the bottom of each drill groove 9 is provided with a telescopic column 7, the lower end of each telescopic column 7 is connected with the drill bit 5, and the drill bit 5 can be retracted into or extended out of the drill grooves 9.
According to the technical scheme, when the drilling machine with the multiple drill bits is used, the workpiece 11 is fixed on the workbench 1 through the clamping piece 6, and then the drill bits are used for drilling the workpiece, the lower surface of the drill bit fixing piece 4 is recessed inwards to form the multiple drill bit grooves 9, the bottom of each drill bit groove 9 is provided with the telescopic column 7, the lower end of each telescopic column 7 is connected with the drill bit 5, and the drill bits 5 can be retracted into or extended out of the drill bit grooves 9, so that the drill bits 5 with different specifications can be selected by adjusting the telescopic columns 7 without replacing the drill bits 5. The drilling machine with the multiple drill bits provided by the invention solves the problems that different drill bits are required to be replaced to drill different apertures, the process of replacing the drill bits is complicated, and the working efficiency is seriously influenced in the prior art.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface of the worktable 1 is recessed downward to form a drilling slot 10, at least two clamping members 6 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the drilling slot 10, in operation, a workpiece 11 is placed on the upper surface of the worktable 1 and fixed by the clamping members 6, and the position of the workpiece 11 to be drilled is located right above the drilling slot 10, so as to facilitate the drilling of the workpiece.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the holder 6 comprises: hydraulic pump 61 and grip block 63, hydraulic pump 61 is fixed on the workstation 1, the last piston rod 62 of hydraulic pump 61 with grip block 63 links to each other, piston rod 62 can drive grip block 63 is along keeping away from or being close to the direction of drilling groove 10 removes, hydraulic pump 61 is the drive structure, can drive grip block 63 moves, utilizes two grip block 63's interact can be effectively fixed work piece 11 on the workstation 1.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a connecting rod is further disposed between the piston rod 62 and the clamping plate 63, and the connecting rod has a partial pressure function, so that the clamping force of the clamping plate 63 is more uniform, and the workpiece 11 is clamped more stably.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the connecting rod comprises a cross rod 13 and a vertical rod 12, the piston rod 62 is connected to the middle of the cross rod 13, the cross rod 13 is connected to the clamping plate 63 through a plurality of vertical rods 12, and the vertical rods 12 are perpendicular to the cross rod 13, which can effectively and uniformly divide the acting force of the piston rod 62 onto the clamping plate 63, thereby improving the fixing ability of the clamping plate 63.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a non-slip pad 64 is disposed on a side of the clamping plate 63 facing the drilling slot 10, and the non-slip pad 64 can increase a friction force between the clamping plate 63 and the workpiece 11, so that the workpiece 11 is fixed more stably, which facilitates the drilling.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of self-locking wheels 14 are disposed on a lower surface of the working table 1, and the self-locking wheels 14 facilitate movement of the working table 1, and lock the self-locking wheels 14 during drilling, so as to prevent the working table 1 from shaking to affect drilling accuracy.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the drilling machine with the protective cover further comprises a control box 8, the control box 8 is fixed on the side surface of the working table 1, and the operation of the drill bit 5 can be effectively controlled through the control box 8.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.

the drilling mechanism includes: a drilling box (3), a drill fixing piece (4) and a drill (5); drilling case (3) slidable ground sets up on slide bar (2), drill bit mounting (4) with the output shaft of motor links to each other in drilling case (3), the lower surface part of drill bit mounting (4) is inside sunken to form a plurality of drill bit grooves (9), every the bottom in drill bit groove (9) all is provided with flexible post (7), every the lower extreme of flexible post (7) all is connected with drill bit (5), drill bit (5) can the retraction or stretch out drill bit groove (9).
2. A drilling machine with multiple drill bits according to claim 1, characterized in that the upper surface of the table (1) is recessed downwards to form a drill hole (10), at least two of the holders (6) being located on opposite sides of the drill hole (10).

A drilling machine with multiple bits according to claim 2, characterized in that the holder (6) comprises: hydraulic pump (61) and grip block (63), hydraulic pump (61) are fixed on workstation (1), piston rod (62) on hydraulic pump (61) with grip block (63) link to each other, piston rod (62) can drive grip block (63) are along keeping away from or being close to the direction removal of drilling groove (10).
4. A drilling machine with multiple drill bits according to claim 3, characterized in that a connecting rod is further arranged between the piston rod (62) and the clamping plate (63).

Drilling machine with multiple drill bits according to claim 4, characterized in that the connecting rod comprises a cross-rod (13) and a vertical rod (12), the piston rod (62) is connected to the middle of the cross-rod (13), the cross-rod (13) is connected to the clamping plate (63) via a number of the vertical rods (12), and the vertical rods (12) and the cross-rod (13) are perpendicular to each other.
6. Drilling machine with multiple drill bits according to claim 5, characterized in that the clamping plate (63) is provided with a skid pad (64) on the side facing the drilling slot (10).
7. Drilling machine with multiple drill bits according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower surface of the working table (1) is provided with a plurality of self-locking wheels (14).
8. A drilling machine with multiple drill bits according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a control box (8), said control box (8) being fixed at the side of the table (1).
