Abstract

The invention discloses a catalyst module fixing device and a fixing method, in particular to a catalyst module fixing device and a fixing method used in a flue gas denitration reactor. The fixing device for the catalyst module comprises a bending connecting piece (3) and a fixing piece (4), wherein the upper part and the lower part of the catalyst module (2) are connected with the inner wall of the denitration reactor (1) through the bending connecting piece (3). One end of the bending connecting piece (3) is connected with the inner wall of the denitration reactor (1), the other end of the bending connecting piece (3) is attached to the outer surface of the catalyst module (2), and the middle part of the bending connecting piece (3) is connected with the denitration reactor (1) through the fixing piece (4). The invention has simple operation, is especially suitable for small-sized denitration reactors, realizes the sealing between the catalyst module (2) and the inner wall of the reactor under the condition that workers cannot enter the reactor to weld, and improves the stability and safety of the denitration reactor.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a catalyst module fixing device and a fixing method, in particular to a catalyst module fixing device and a fixing method for a flue gas denitration reactor.
Background
The sealing of the catalyst module in the traditional SCR flue gas denitration reactor is as follows: the top and the bottom of the catalyst module are sealed by steel plate strips and welded with the inner wall of the reactor and the catalyst module respectively, so that the short circuit of flue gas is prevented. (see figure 1 for details) but this method suffers from the following disadvantages: the catalyst module needs to be replaced after being used for a certain period (theoretically about 24000 hours), and the steel plates welded on the catalyst module are removed firstly, so that the operation is complex; in addition, the detached steel plate cannot be used for the second time, so that the material is wasted; if the design service life of the denitration reactor is 15 years, the catalyst module needs to be replaced for a plurality of times in the design service life, and the repeated welding installation and cutting disassembly can have adverse effects on the reactor body; in addition, in the process of installing and dismantling the steel plate, fire is required, and certain potential safety hazards exist. In addition, in the improvement and upgrading of the traditional denitration reactor, the size of some denitration reactors is smaller, and after the denitration reactors are filled into the catalyst modules, workers cannot enter the inside of the reactor again to carry out sealing welding operation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a catalyst module fixing device and a fixing method for a flue gas denitration reactor. The invention has simple operation, is especially suitable for small-sized denitration reactors, realizes the sealing between the catalyst module and the inner wall of the reactor under the condition that workers cannot enter the reactor to weld, and improves the stability and safety of the denitration reactor.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a catalyst module fixing device for use in a flue gas denitration reactor, wherein the catalyst module is arranged inside the denitration reactor. The catalyst module fixing device comprises a bending connecting piece and a fixing piece, and the upper part and the lower part of the catalyst module are connected with the inner wall of the denitration reactor through the bending connecting piece. One end of the bending connecting piece is connected with the inner wall of the denitration reactor, the other end of the bending connecting piece is attached to the outer surface of the catalyst module, and the middle part of the bending connecting piece is connected with the denitration reactor through a fixing piece.
The bending connecting piece comprises a first bending part, a second bending part, a third bending part and a fourth bending part, wherein the first bending part is vertically connected with the second bending part, the second bending part is vertically connected with the third bending part, and the third bending part is vertically connected with the fourth bending part. The inner side of the first bending part is attached to the outer surface of the catalyst module, and the outer surface of the fourth bending part is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the denitration reactor.
The denitration reactor is provided with a threaded hole, and the fixing piece is connected with the middle part of the bending connecting piece through the threaded hole.
The fixing piece comprises a bolt and a nut which are movably connected, wherein the bolt is fixed on the outer surface of the denitration reactor, and the bolt and the nut are coaxially arranged with a threaded hole on the denitration reactor.
The length of the second bending part is the same as the width of the catalyst module, so that the catalyst module is convenient to attach and fix with the bending connecting piece better.
The heat insulation material is filled between the catalyst module and the bending connecting piece, so that the sealing effect is further improved, and meanwhile, the pressure of the fixing piece is transmitted to the bending connecting piece, and the fastening between the bending connecting piece and the catalyst module is ensured.
The length of the first bending part is 5-50 mm, the length of the second bending part is 150-1000 mm, the length of the third bending part is 5-30 mm, and the length of the fourth bending part is 5-100 mm.
The material of the bending connecting piece is stainless steel 304, and the material can resist high temperature and is low in price, and can adapt to the internal temperature of the denitration reactor.
The method for fixing the catalyst module in the flue gas denitration reactor adopts the device for fixing the catalyst module in the flue gas denitration reactor, and comprises the following steps of:
the method comprises the steps that bending connecting pieces are arranged on the inner wall of the upper part and the inner wall of the lower part of the denitration reactor, and a fourth bending part of the bending connecting pieces is welded with the inner wall of the denitration reactor and used for fixing the upper part and the lower part of a catalyst module;
placing the catalyst module in the denitration reactor, and enabling the edge part of the catalyst module to be attached to the inner side surface of the first bending part of the bending connecting piece;
a heat insulation material is filled between the catalyst module and the bending connecting piece;
the bolt passes through the nut and the threaded hole on the denitration reactor, and the end part of the bolt is contacted with the middle part of the bending connecting piece;
welding the nut with a denitration reactor;
through the operation tool locking bolt, the bending connecting piece is driven to compress tightly the catalyst module when the bolt moves, so that the catalyst module does not move any more.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) The invention has simple structure, is especially suitable for small denitration reactors, and realizes the sealing between the catalyst module and the inner wall of the reactor under the condition that staff cannot enter the reactor to carry out sealing welding;
(2) One end of the special bending connecting piece is welded with the inner wall of the denitration reactor, the other end of the special bending connecting piece is not welded with the catalyst module, a nut is welded on the outer wall of the denitration reactor, then a threaded hole is formed in the reactor, the tightness is ensured in a bolt fastening mode, and the short circuit of smoke is prevented;
(3) When the later catalyst module is replaced, the fixing piece is loosened, the operation is simple and convenient, the waste of steel is avoided, and the stability and the safety of the denitration reactor are improved.

Example 1 of the present invention: as shown in fig. 2-5, a catalyst module fixing device for use in a flue gas denitration reactor is provided, wherein a catalyst module 2 is disposed inside a denitration reactor 1. The catalyst module fixing device comprises a bending connecting piece 3 and a fixing piece 4, and the upper part and the lower part of the catalyst module 2 are connected with the inner wall of the denitration reactor 1 through the bending connecting piece 3. One end of the bending connecting piece 3 is connected with the inner wall of the denitration reactor 1, the other end of the bending connecting piece 3 is attached to the outer surface of the catalyst module 2, and the middle part of the bending connecting piece 3 is connected with the denitration reactor 1 through a fixing piece 4. The bending connector 3 includes a first bending portion 301, a second bending portion 302, a third bending portion 303, and a fourth bending portion 304, wherein the first bending portion 301 is vertically connected to the second bending portion 302, the second bending portion 302 is vertically connected to the third bending portion 303, and the third bending portion 303 is vertically connected to the fourth bending portion 304. The inner side of the first bending part 301 is attached to the outer surface of the catalyst module 2, and the outer surface of the fourth bending part 304 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the denitration reactor 1. The material of the bending connecting piece 3 is stainless steel 304, and the material can resist high temperature and has low price, and can adapt to the internal temperature of the denitration reactor 1. The length of the first bending portion 301 is 5 to 50mm, the length of the second bending portion 302 is 150 to 1000 mm, the length of the third bending portion 303 is 5 to 30 mm, and the length of the fourth bending portion 304 is 5 to 100 mm.
Threaded holes are formed in the denitration reactor 1, and the fixing piece 4 is connected with the middle part of the bending connecting piece 3 through the threaded holes. Specifically, the fixing member 4 includes a bolt 401 and a nut 402 that are movably connected, wherein the bolt 401 is fixed on the outer surface of the denitration reactor 1, and the bolt 401 and the nut 402 are coaxially arranged with the threaded hole on the denitration reactor 1. The length of the second bending part 302 is the same as the width of the catalyst module 2, so that the catalyst module 2 is convenient to be attached and fixed with the bending connecting piece 3 better. Further, the heat insulation material is filled between the catalyst module 2 and the bending connecting piece 3, so that the sealing effect is further improved, and meanwhile, the pressure of the fixing piece 4 is transmitted to the bending connecting piece 3, so that the fastening between the bending connecting piece 3 and the catalyst module 2 is ensured.
Example 2: as shown in fig. 2-5, a catalyst module fixing device is used in a flue gas denitration reactor, and the catalyst module 2 is arranged inside the denitration reactor 1. The catalyst module fixing device comprises a bending connecting piece 3 and a fixing piece 4, and the upper part and the lower part of the catalyst module 2 are connected with the inner wall of the denitration reactor 1 through the bending connecting piece 3. One end of the bending connecting piece 3 is connected with the inner wall of the denitration reactor 1, the other end of the bending connecting piece 3 is attached to the outer surface of the catalyst module 2, and the middle part of the bending connecting piece 3 is connected with the denitration reactor 1 through a fixing piece 4.

the upper inner wall and the lower inner wall of the denitration reactor 1 are respectively provided with a bending connecting piece 3, wherein a fourth bending part 304 of the bending connecting piece 3 is welded with the inner wall of the denitration reactor 1 and is used for fixing the upper part and the lower part of the catalyst module 2;
placing the catalyst module 2 in the denitration reactor 1, and attaching the edge part of the catalyst module 2 to the inner side surface of the first bending part 301 of the bending connecting piece 3;
a heat insulation material is filled between the catalyst module 2 and the bending connecting piece 3;
a bolt 401 passes through a nut 402 and a threaded hole on the denitration reactor 1, and the end part of the bolt contacts with the middle part of the bending connecting piece 3;
welding the nut 402 with the denitration reactor 1;
by operating the tool locking bolt 401, the bolt 401 moves and drives the bending connector 3 to press the catalyst module 2, so that the catalyst module is not moved any more.
