属一种用于手术止血的医疗器械,由电接头、电极手柄及工作电极组成,其电极手柄至工作电极之间的连接杆采用可相互轴向转动的内套管和外套管组成,内套管和外套管之间设有绝缘层,内套管和外套管的一端分别与工作电极连接并形成一定的夹角,内套管和外套管相互轴向转动时工作电极呈张开或闭合动作。套管转轴式双极电凝可通过导线插头或适配器分别与手术室高频电刀、双极电凝、射频或低温等离子射频外科系统的主机连接,结构简单耐用止血效果好。其内套管与外套管还可分别连接有滴水管和吸引管,具有滴水防粘连和吸引功能。套管转轴式双极电凝采用医用级无毒耐高温材料制造,可重复消毒使用或一次性使用。

套管转轴式双极电凝
技术领域
本发明属一种用于外科手术中协助止血的医疗器械。
背景技术
双极电凝是外科手术常用的止血方法,优点是安全可靠,适合多种外科手术应用。但也存在一些缺点,如电凝的工作电极容易结焦痂粘附。常规电凝镊较大,难以进入细小深在的手术野操作。电凝钳结构较复杂,其电凝端和手柄端的活动关节均极易损坏。目前已商品化投入临床应用的各种双极电凝镊或电凝钳体积或直径均较大,缺少能进入细小深在手术野操作的型号规格。为解决电极容易结焦痂粘附的问题,有些产品设计为带有滴水功能的双极电凝,或在使用过程不断冲水。发明专利申请“一种滴水控制式双极电凝镊”(申请号:200620088624)公开了一种滴水控制式双极电凝镊,包括双瓣镊体和镊柄,其特征在于,所述电凝镊还包括设置在镊柄上的液体控制键和与镊柄相连接的液体控制装置,液体控制键和液体控制装置之间为电连接。使用时,在通常情况下液体控制机构是关闭的,这时电凝镊可当作普通镊子使用,且没有液体流出影响手术视野。当需要对组织进行电凝止血时,可按触控制键,此时液体控制装置启动,液体通过控制装置和导管流向电凝镊,从而实现滴水双极电凝镊的功能。中国发明专利“推拨式滴水可控不沾双极电凝镊”(申请号201210531547.5),主要是改进控制滴水的方式。其特征是设有:镊尾座垫及其上的嵌管槽、嵌杆槽、嵌块槽、限位槽;镊尾座盖;限位槽的侧面边缘的压盖;嵌杆槽中的推拨杆及其上的限位凸柱,其一端头部侧面设计成的凹弧形状表面,另一端的端部上面隆起;嵌块槽中设有挤压拨块,所述挤压拨块后端设计成圆弧状表面,前端设计成尖楔形状的顶部。结构简单,使用便捷可靠,降低了制造成本。申请号201210531548.X旋转式滴水可控不沾双极电凝镊。中国发明专利“一种不粘连双极电凝镊”(申请号201310353449.1),公开了一种不粘连双极电凝镊,包括左右镊杆,以及固定在镊杆头部的镊尖,镊杆内侧设置有导线凹槽,导线凹槽内设置有导电丝,导电丝为中空铜管,导电丝的一端与镊尖固定连接,另一端连接有用于连接电凝器主机的导线,并设置有与医用输水设备连接的滴水管接口。导电丝即可以用来导电,又可作为滴水管使用,结构简单,成本较低。中国专利申请“双极电凝钳”(申请号:201310050385)包括钳子、壳体、套管、钳子推进装置、电路系统,套管与壳体连接,钳子包括钳头、钳杆,钳子穿过套管的管孔,钳头的前端部分伸出套管的管口外,钳杆与钳子推进装置连接;当钳子推进装置处于推进状态,钳杆向外伸出,钳头完全伸出套管的管口外,钳头张开,当钳子推进装置处于退回状态,钳杆向内缩回,钳头的后端部分缩回套管而使得钳头闭合;钳杆与电路系统电连接,电路系统外接电源。可轻松实现抓紧血管等组织,进行分离、电凝、切割等操作。以上设计的主要缺点均为体积或直径大,难以进入细小深在手术野操作。此外,在应用双极电凝止血过程,为了看清出血点,需要同时使用吸管吸除创面血液或其它液体。为解决这一问题,也有双极电凝产品设计为带有吸管的结构。例如“吸引型双极电凝镊”(申请号201420589179.4);“带吸引的双极电凝镊”(申请号201520132264.2,“一种新型的双极电凝钳”(申请号201520702218.1)等。无论是带滴水,带吸管或两者皆有的双极电凝装置,均要增大电极的体积和直径。如此就更加不利于进入细小深在的手术野操作,例如某些神经外科手术,鼻颅底内镜手术,耳显微手术及某些精细的腔镜外科手术等。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于设计一种用于外科手术中协助止血的医疗器械。本发明是这样实现的:一种由电接头、电极手柄及工作电极组成的套管转轴式双极电凝,电极手柄至工作电极之间的连接杆采用可相互轴向转动的内套管和外套管组成,内套管和外套管之间设有绝缘层,内套管和外套管的一端分别与工作电极连接,另一端通过手柄与电接头连接。所述内套管和外套管与分别连接的工作电极形成一定的夹角,内套管和外套管相互轴向转动时工作电极呈张开或闭合动作。所述内套管与其所连接的电极为一金属细管弯曲而成,外套绝缘管,其工作电极端部分裸露,管口呈斜面,另一端与吸引管或滴水管连接,同时与电接头电连接。所述外套管上焊接一金属细管,一端弯曲管口呈斜面,与内套管的工作电极对应形成双极电凝的两个工作电极,另一端与吸引管或滴水管连接,同时与电接头电连接。所述电极手柄上发有控制所述内套管和外套管相互轴向转动的装置。所述电极手柄和控制内套管和外套管相互轴向转动的装置可设计为把手板机状或钳把状或笔杆状,其表面及连接杆外层设有电绝缘层。所述外套管远端连接弯曲金属片,与内套管的工作电极对应形成双极电凝的两个工作电极,两个电极可设计为双针状、尖叶状或剪刀状,另一端与电接头电连接。所述工作电极、电极手柄及连接杆均采用医用级无毒耐高温材料制造,可重复消毒使用或一次性使用。所述的电接头可通过导线插头或适配器分别与手术室高频电刀、双极电凝、射频或低温等离子射频外科系统的主机连接。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。
参阅图1、图2及图3所示,一种由电接头、电极手柄及工作电极组成的套管转轴式双极电凝,其特征在于:电极手柄至工作电极之间的连接杆采用可相互轴向转动的内套管3和外套管4组成,内套管3和外套管4之间设有绝缘层5,内套管3和外套管4的一端分别与工作电极1、2连接,另一端通过手柄8与电接头11连接。内套管3和外套管4与分别连接的工作电极1、2形成一定的夹角,内套管3和外套管4相互轴向转动时工作电极1、2呈张开或闭合动作。所述内套管3与其所连接的电极为一金属细管弯曲而成,外套绝缘管,其工作电极端部分裸露,管口呈斜面,另一端与吸引管9或滴水管10连接,同时与电接头11电连接。所述外套管3上焊接一金属细管6,一端弯曲管口呈斜面,与内套管3的工作电极1对应形成双极电凝的两个工作电极,另一端与吸引管9或滴水管10连接,同时与电接头11电连接。所述电极手柄上设有控制所述内套管和外套管相互轴向转动的装置。所述电极手柄和控制内套管和外套管相互轴向转动的装置可设计为把手板机状8或钳把状或笔杆状,其表面及连接杆外层设有电绝缘层。所述外套管4远端连接弯曲金属片,与内套管3的工作电极1对应形成双极电凝的两个工作电极,两个电极可设计为双针状、尖叶状或剪刀状,另一端与电接头11电连接。所述工作电极、电极手柄及连接杆均采用医用级无毒耐高温材料制造,可重复消毒使用或一次性使用。所述的电接头11可通过导线插头或适配器分别与手术室高频电刀、双极电凝、射频或低温等离子射频外科系统的主机连接。
使用时先将通用或专用的双极电凝连接线与套管转轴式双极电凝连接,另一端与手术室高频电刀、双极电凝、射频或低温等离子射频外科系统的主机连接,同时连接好滴水管路及吸引管路。调节滴水速度和吸引负压,启动电源,在盐水纱块上试验,看双极电凝的工作电极有否产热冒烟。调节好电输出功率,显微双极电凝功率应较常规双极电凝减少一半。
综上所述,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形部应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种由电接头、电极手柄及工作电极组成的套管转轴式双极电凝,其特征在于:电极手柄至工作电极之间的连接杆采用可相互轴向转动的内套管和外套管组成,内套管和外套管之间设有绝缘层,内套管和外套管的一端分别与工作电极连接,另一端通过手柄与电接头连接。
2.按权利要求1所述的套管转轴式双极电凝,其特征在于:所述内套管和外套管与分别连接的工作电极形成一定的夹角,内套管和外套管相互轴向转动时工作电极呈张开或闭合动作。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的套管转轴式双极电凝,其特征在于:所述内套管与其所连接的电极为一金属细管弯曲而成,外套绝缘管,其工作电极端部分裸露,管口呈斜面,另一端与吸引管或滴水管连接,同时与电接头电连接。
4.按权利要求1、2或3所述的套管转轴式双极电凝,其特征在于:所述外套管上焊接一金属细管,一端弯曲管口呈斜面,与内套管的工作电极对应形成双极电凝的两个工作电极,另一端与吸引管或滴水管连接,同时与电接头电连接。
5.按权利要求1、2、3或4所述的套管转轴式双极电凝,其特征在于:所述电极手柄上设有控制所述内套管和外套管相互轴向转动的装置。
6.按权利要求1或5所述的套管转轴式双极电凝,其特征在于:所述电极手柄和控制内套管和外套管相互轴向转动的装置可设计为把手板机状或钳把状或笔杆状,其表面及连接杆外层设有电绝缘层。
7.按权利要求1、2或3所述的套管转轴式双极电凝,其特征在于:所述外套管远端连接弯曲金属片,与内套管的工作电极对应形成双极电凝的两个工作电极,两个电极可设计为双针状、尖叶状或剪刀状,另一端与电接头电连接。
8.按权利要求1、2、5、6或7所述的套管转轴式双极电凝,其特征在于:所述工作电极、电极手柄及连接杆均采用医用级无毒耐高温材料制造,可重复消毒使用或一次性使用。
9.按权利要求1或8所述的套管转轴式双极电凝,其特征在于:所述的电接头可通过导线插头或适配器分别与手术室高频电刀、双极电凝、射频或低温等离子射频外科系统的主机连接。
