Thus, the various sequences in the specification and drawings are for the purpose of describing certain embodiments only and are not intended to imply a required sequence unless otherwise indicated where such sequence must be followed.
The numbering of the components as such, e.g., "first", "second", etc., is used herein only to distinguish the objects as described, and does not have any sequential or technical meaning. The term "connected" and "coupled" when used in this application, unless otherwise indicated, includes both direct and indirect connections (couplings).
In the embodiment of the invention, a user can set various reminding events at the terminal, for example, a getting-up reminding event, a birthday reminding event, a to-do reminding event and the like, and the terminal can send a reminding signal to the user through the alarm clock ring when the reminding time of the reminding event set by the user arrives.
Taking a user as a first user, a terminal used by the first user as a first terminal, and a reminding event set on the first terminal by the user as a first reminding event as an example, when a second user exists in a vicinity of the first user, for example, a relative living together, a co-worker working together, and the like, when a reminding time of the first reminding event set on the first user arrives, the second user is sleeping or working, in order to avoid disturbing the second user by the first reminding event, the first user can set the first terminal to enable the disturbance-free reminding function provided by the application, before the reminding time of the first reminding event arrives, the first terminal can judge whether a second user exists around the first user by detecting whether the second terminal exists in the vicinity of the first terminal, and further obtain the reminding event on the second terminal in the case that the second terminal exists in the vicinity, and if the second terminal is not provided with a second reminding event close to the reminding moment of the first reminding event, judging that the second user does not want to be disturbed at the reminding moment of the first reminding event, and sending a reminding signal corresponding to the first reminding event to the first user by adopting a mute reminding mode. Further, in order to ensure that the first user can perceive the reminding signal under the condition that the first user cannot always pay attention to the first terminal in a sleep state and the like, the embodiment of the invention can remind the first user through a contact-sensible reminding mode such as vibration, pressing, electric shock and the like by using wearable equipment worn on the first user.
The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a reminding method for implementing a do-not-disturb function according to an embodiment of the present invention. The execution subject of the embodiment of the present invention may be the first terminal. As shown in fig. 1, the steps of the embodiment of the present invention include:
s101: the first terminal obtains a first reminding event set by the first terminal, wherein the first reminding event at least comprises a reminding event for outputting an audio signal to a loudspeaker of the first terminal according to the set reminding time.
The first terminal may be any terminal, and a first user using the first terminal may set one or more reminding events thereon and set a reminding time for each reminding event. In the embodiment of the present invention, the first terminal may respectively determine whether the plurality of first reminding events set thereon need to be set to the silent reminding mode.
S102: the first terminal detects whether a second terminal exists in a preset detection range.
The first terminal may detect whether a second terminal exists within a preset detection range through a communication module providing a wireless communication interface or a wired communication interface, where the preset detection range may be a communication area corresponding to the communication module. For example, the communication module may be a WIreless fidelity (Wi-Fi) module, a bluetooth module, a network cable module, and the like, and accordingly, the detection range corresponding to the WiFi communication module may be for all terminals except the first terminal in the local area network connected to the WiFi communication module, the detection range corresponding to the network cable module may be for all terminals except the first terminal in the local area network connected to the network cable module, and the detection range corresponding to the bluetooth communication module may be the maximum communication range of the bluetooth module, and may be, for example, a region centered on the first terminal and having the farthest communication distance of the bluetooth module as a radius.
S103: if the second terminal exists in the detection range, a judgment result for judging whether the second reminding event is arranged on the second terminal or not is obtained for the first reminding event which is the compared event, and the time interval between the reminding time of the second reminding event and the reminding time of the first reminding event after the reminding time of the first reminding event which is the compared event is less than the preset time length.
The scenario that the second terminal is not provided with the second reminding event may include at least the following scenarios. One scenario is: the second terminal is not provided with a reminding event. Another scenario is: and the second terminal is provided with a reminding event, but the reminding time is before the reminding time of the first reminding event. Yet another scenario is: and the second terminal is provided with a reminding event, but the reminding time is behind the reminding time of the first reminding event and exceeds the preset time length. The condition for determining the proximity of the reminding time may be, for example, that a time interval between the reminding time of the first reminding event and the reminding time of the second reminding event is less than a preset time, where the preset time may be, for example, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, and the like, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
In the embodiment of the present invention, there may be multiple ways to obtain the determination result of determining whether the second reminding event is set on the second terminal, and in an example, the first terminal may first obtain all reminding events set by the second terminal from the second terminal; and then judging whether a second reminding event with a reminding time close to that of the first reminding event exists in all reminding events set by the second terminal to obtain a judgment result. By adopting the method, the reminding event set by the user does not need to be sent to the adjacent second terminal, and the privacy of the first terminal is protected. In other embodiments of the present invention, the first terminal may also send the first reminding event set by itself to the second terminal, and the second terminal compares all the reminding events set by the second terminal to determine whether there is a second reminding event close to the reminding time, and then sends the determination result to the first terminal. By adopting the mode, the adjacent second terminal does not need to send the reminding event set by the second terminal to the first terminal, so that the privacy of the second terminal can be protected. The two methods can be used for obtaining the judgment result, and the embodiment of the invention does not limit which method is used for obtaining the judgment result.
It should be noted that, the first terminal may obtain all the reminder events set by the second terminal through the communication module for detecting whether the second terminal exists in the proximity area, or may obtain all the reminder events set by the second terminal through a communication module different from the communication module for detecting whether the second terminal exists in the proximity area, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention. For example, the first terminal may obtain all the reminder events set by the second terminal from the second terminal through the bluetooth module.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it should be further noted that, if a plurality of first reminding events are set on the first terminal, the determination result of whether a corresponding second reminding event exists in the plurality of first reminding events may be respectively obtained, that is, it is respectively determined for each first reminding event whether a second reminding event that the reminding time corresponding to the first reminding event is close to the reminding time is set on the second terminal.
S104: and if the judgment result is that the second terminal is not provided with the second reminding event, the first terminal cancels to output the audio signal corresponding to the first reminding event when the reminding moment of the first reminding event arrives, and sends a mute reminding instruction to the wearable equipment, wherein the mute reminding instruction is used for instructing the wearable equipment to send a reminding signal which is mute and can be perceived through contact.
The wearable device can be a device which can be worn on the body of a user and is directly contacted with the skin of the user, such as an intelligent bracelet, an intelligent watch, intelligent glasses and the like. A first user using the first terminal may wear the wearable device and, through contact perception, the first terminal indicates a silent and contact-perceptible reminder signal emitted by the wearable device.
For example, the silent and touch-perceptible reminder signal may be a press signal and/or a shock signal and/or a weak electric signal. The pressing signal and the vibration signal may be generated by a mechanical motion device disposed on the wearable device, and the mechanical motion device may be, for example, a mechanical arm driven by a motor, the mechanical arm moves relative to the body of the first user under the driving of the motor, and for example, the mechanical arm of the wearable device presses the arm of the first user, and as another example, the smart watch transmits the vibration signal to the first user through a watchband and is perceived by the first user. It should be noted that the silent alert signal that is perceptible by touch in the embodiments of the present invention does not only refer to an electrical signal transmitted by a wired cable or a communication signal transmitted by a wireless transmission method.
It should be further noted that, when the reminding time of the first reminding event arrives, the first terminal sends a mute reminding instruction to the wearable device, where the mute reminding instruction is used to instruct the wearable device to send a reminding signal that is muted and is perceivable by contact, and there may be a plurality of implementation manners, taking the muted reminding signal that is perceivable by contact as a vibration signal as an example, the first terminal may instruct the wearable device to vibrate only when the reminding time of the first reminding event arrives, or the first terminal may send the mute reminding instruction to the wearable device at a certain time of the reminding time of the first reminding event, for example, half an hour in advance, and the mute reminding instruction may be used to instruct the wearable device to send a vibration signal after half an hour to remind the user. The embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
According to the reminding method for realizing the no-disturbance function, the first reminding event set by the first terminal is obtained through the first terminal; when a second terminal in the close range is not provided with a second reminding event, reminding a user in a mode of sending a mute reminding instruction to the wearable device, wherein the time interval between the reminding time of the second reminding event and the reminding time of the first reminding event is less than the preset time length; the silence reminding indication is used for indicating that the wearable equipment sends out a silence reminding signal which can be perceived through contact, and when a reminding event which is close to the second terminal is not provided with time, the reminding time of the user close to the first reminding event can be judged to be possibly not desired to be disturbed, so that the wearable equipment of the user wearing the first terminal is indicated to adopt the silence reminding mode which is carried out on the first reminding event through the contact perceptible reminding signal, and the interference of the alarm clock to the user close to which the user is not desired to be disturbed can be avoided.
Example two:
referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a reminding method for implementing a do-not-disturb function according to an embodiment of the present invention. The steps of the embodiment of the invention may further comprise:
s201: the first terminal obtains a first reminding event set by the first terminal.
S202: the first terminal detects whether a second terminal exists in a preset detection range, if so, S203 is executed, and if not, S205 is executed.
S203: and judging whether a second reminding event is not set on the second terminal, wherein the time interval between the reminding time of the second reminding event and the reminding time of the first reminding event is less than the preset time length, if the judgment result is that the second terminal is not set with the second reminding event, executing S204, and if the judgment result is that the second reminding event is set on the second terminal, executing S205.
S204: when the reminding time of the first reminding event reaches, the first terminal sends a mute reminding instruction to the wearable device, wherein the mute reminding instruction is used for indicating the wearable device to send out a reminding signal which is muted and can be perceived through contact.
S205: and the first terminal sends out a non-silent reminding signal and/or a silent reminding signal when the reminding time of the first reminding event is reached.
The reminding method for realizing the disturbance-free function provided by the embodiment of the invention can remind the first user in a non-silent reminding mode when the nearby users do not exist around the first user, namely the disturbance problem of the nearby users does not need to be considered, or the nearby users are provided with reminding events with time close to each other, namely the nearby users also need to be reminded at the adjacent time, namely the nearby users are not afraid of being disturbed.
Other technical solution details and technical effects of the embodiment of the present invention may refer to the related description in the embodiment of the reminding method for implementing the disturbance-free function shown in fig. 1.
Example three:
referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a reminding method for implementing a do not disturb function according to another embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment of the invention relates to a first terminal, a second terminal and wearable equipment for communicating with the first terminal, and the steps of the embodiment of the invention can also comprise:
s301: the first terminal obtains a first reminding event set by the first terminal.
S302: the first terminal detects whether a second terminal exists in the Bluetooth communication periphery through the Bluetooth communication module.
S303: and the first terminal sends a reminding event acquisition request to the second terminal when detecting that the second terminal exists.
The reminding event obtaining request is used for requesting to obtain a reminding event that is set on the second terminal and is close to the reminding time of the first reminding event, for example, the reminding event obtaining request may carry the reminding time and the close time range of the first reminding event, and the close time range may be, for example, 20 minutes before and after. In other embodiments of the present invention, the reminding event obtaining request may also be configured to request to obtain a reminding event of a preset time period set on the second terminal, where the preset time period should include a reminding time of the first reminding event, and the first terminal may further determine whether the second reminding event is set on the second terminal according to the obtained reminding event of the preset time period set on the second terminal.
S304: and the second terminal inquires whether a second reminding event exists in the reminding events set by the second terminal.
And the time interval between the reminding time of the second reminding event and the reminding time of the first reminding event is smaller than the adjacent time range. The number of second reminder events may be one or more.
S305: and the second terminal sends a reminding event acquisition response which does not carry the second reminding event to the first terminal.
S306: and the first terminal sets the reminding mode corresponding to the first reminding event as a disturbance-free reminding mode.
The non-disturbing reminding mode is used for indicating the first terminal to send a mute reminding instruction to the wearable device when the reminding moment of the first reminding event arrives, and the mute reminding instruction is used for indicating the wearable device to send a reminding signal which is mute and can be perceived through contact.
S307: when the reminding time of the first reminding event arrives, the first terminal sends a mute reminding instruction to the wearable device.
S308: the wearable device emits a shock signal.
Other technical solution details and technical effects of the embodiment of the present invention may refer to the related description in any one of the embodiments of the reminding method for implementing the disturbance-free function shown in fig. 1 to 2.
Example four:
the following illustrates an example of a reminding method for implementing the disturbance-free function according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In daily life, can discover many times, the alarm clock that wife and husband set up when sleeping and awakening in the next day can cause unnecessary disturbance, for example wife needs to go to work the next day, but husband does not need to go to work the next day, if wife has set up the alarm clock, then two people can all be awakened by the alarm clock that wife set up in the next day, this makes the alarm clock unable by reasonable use.
For the above scenario, a wife is used as the user a, and a husband is used as the user B for explanation, and the reminding method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by an alarm clock Application (APP) set on a first terminal used by the user a and a second terminal used by the user B.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of the reminding method for implementing the disturbance-free function in the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, an alarm clock APP is provided on the first terminal, and when the user a uses the alarm clock APP on the first terminal to set a reminding event, for example, a wake-up alarm clock, the alarm clock APP can call a bluetooth communication module or a WiFi communication module on the first terminal to obtain the reminding event set by the user B in the alarm clock APP on the second terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the alarm clock APP on the first terminal can obtain the reminding event set in the alarm clock APP on the second terminal at regular time, for example, the reminding event in the alarm clock APP on the second terminal is obtained every 1 hour within 2 hours before the reminding time of the wake-up alarm clock arrives.
The steps of the embodiment of the invention can comprise:
s401: a user sets a getting-up alarm clock with a reminding time of 8 points on an alarm clock APP of a first terminal.
S402: the alarm clock APP of the first terminal detects that a second terminal exists within the Bluetooth communication range.
S403: the alarm clock APP of the first terminal sends a reminding event acquisition request to the alarm clock APP of the second terminal.
The reminding event obtaining request can request to obtain a reminding event list with the reminding time from 7 point 45 to 8 point 15 in a reminding event list on an alarm clock APP of the second terminal.
S404: and the alarm clock APP of the second terminal sends a get-up alarm clock with the reminding time of 9 points to the alarm clock APP of the first terminal.
If the reminding event obtaining request specifies the time period of the reminding event to be obtained, the alarm clock APP of the second terminal can only send the reminding event belonging to the specified time period to the alarm clock APP of the first terminal.
S405, the alarm clock APP of the first terminal judges that the second terminal is not provided with a getting-up alarm clock close to the reminding time, and the reminding mode of the first reminding event is set to be an intelligent bracelet reminding mode.
S406: the alarm clock APP at the first terminal sends a vibration indication to the intelligent bracelet at 8 points.
S407: the vibrations of intelligence bracelet.
