一种复合管
技术领域
本发明属于材料领域,特别是一种能同时起到导电、输运物质的复合管。
背景技术
目前,管一般只能起到运输物质的作用,例如各种水管。有的情况下,希望管既能输运物质,又能输电。目前市场上没有类似产品。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明提供了一种含能输送液体、粉末、胶体、气体等物质,又能导电的管。
为方便说明,本发明将长径比(或者长度与横截面的平方根之商)大于10的物体都统称为线状物。
本发明的技术方案如下:
首先制备一根管,管中有孔,可以用来运输物质,例如橡胶管、PVC管等,且在该管中设置包含可导电的线状物。可导电的线状物中包含可导电材料。所述可导电材料的导电性能优于铝或者电阻率小于50(nΩ*m),所述可导电材料包含但不限于铜、铝。
例如,可以在管上缠绕可导电的线状物,所述可导电的线状物包括但不限于导线、电缆或电线。
在管上可以设置力学增强部分,由此得到复合管。所述力学增强部分所用的材料的屈服强度或伸长0.2%时的强度大于300MPa,所述力学增强部括但不限于钢丝、钢丝网。
一般来说,该复合管可以弯曲,或是柔性的。
可以采用胶粘剂或捆扎等方式将上述各部分弄成一个整体,也可以采用浇注或挤压等方式采用塑料填充或覆盖在上述复合管的表面,从而构成一个整体。
当然,也可以将可导电的线状物、力学增强部分布置在管中孔的里面。可导电的线状物也可以采用力学增强,例如,采用钢丝增强的电缆。
总的设计理念是让力学增强部件主要起到承受拉力的作用。在不脱离本发明的基本思想的情况下作的任何其他改变,都在本发明的保护范围内。
有益的效果:
采用本发明技术方案制作的复合管,不仅可以运输液体、粉末等物质,还能导电,且有较大的抗拉性能,可以应用到消防、救灾、娱乐等领域。

具体实施方式
下面通过结合实施例详细描述本发明的复合管。
在PVC管外均匀放置4根钢丝,钢丝放置的方向与水管平行,然后将导线缠绕在外层,再在它们的表面挤压一层PVC,固化,由此得到复合管。
以上所述仅是本发明实施方式的一些例子,应当指出:对于本技术领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种管,其特征在于:该管含有孔,且该管中含有导电材料,该管可以让电流通过;所述导电材料的导电性能优于铝或者电阻率小于50(nΩ*m)。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的管,其特征在于:该管可以输送液体、粉末、气体、气体。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的管,其特征在于:该管中含有可导电的线状物,所述可导电的线状物包括但不限于导线、电缆或电线。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的管,其特征在于:该管中含有力学增强部分,所述力学增强部分所用的材料的屈服强度或伸长0.2%时的强度大于300MPa。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的管,其特征在于:所述的导电材料包含但不限于铜、铝。
6.一种如权利要求1所述的管在消防领域的应用。
7.一种如权利要求3所述的管,其特征在于:所述的可导电的线状物环绕在管中孔的外面或里面。
8.一种如权利要求3所述的可导电的线状物,其特征在于:该可导电的线状物中含有力学增强部分,所述力学增强部分所用的材料的屈服强度或伸长0.2%时的强度大于300MPa,所述力学增强部分包括但不限于钢丝、钢丝网。
9.一种如权利要求4所述的管,其特征在于:所述的力学增强部分布置在管中孔的外面或里面。
10.一种如权利要求4所述的管,其特征在于:所述力学增强部分包括但不限于钢丝、钢丝网。
