Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to specific embodiments of the present invention and corresponding drawings. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, a knock-out hole structure comprises a substrate 1, a cover plate 2 and connecting ribs 3, wherein a through hole 11 is formed in the substrate 1, the cover plate 2 and the substrate 1 are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the through hole 11, the connecting ribs 3 extend along the axial direction of the through hole 11, and two ends of the connecting ribs are respectively connected with the cover plate 2 and the substrate 1, so that the cover plate 2 can shield the through hole 11, and the shape of the cover plate 2 can be matched with that of the through hole 11.
By adopting the technical scheme, when in actual installation, the connecting ribs 3 can be broken off to realize the purpose of removing the cover plate 2 and opening the through wire holes 11, at the moment, broken stubbles of the connecting ribs 3 extending along the axial direction of the through wire holes 11 can be left on the substrate 1, and because the linear components such as the drain pipes or the cables axially penetrate through the through wire holes 11 along the through wire holes 11, the broken stubbles of the connecting ribs 3 are in a parallel state with the linear components, so that the damage to the surfaces of the linear components such as the drain pipes or the cables caused by the broken stubbles of the connecting ribs 3 can be prevented, and the installation quality is further ensured. Wherein the shape of the cover plate 2 matches the shape of the via hole 11.
Specifically, the number of the connecting ribs 3 may be two or more, and may be arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the through-wire via 11. For example, the through-hole 11 is a circular hole, and more than two connecting ribs 3 may be uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the through-hole 11. This can improve the strength of the connection between the cover plate 2 and the substrate 1, and the cover plate 2 is separated before the mounting work is performed.
Further, a recessed portion 31 is provided on the connecting rib 3 at a position close to the substrate 1, and the recessed portion 31 and the surface of the substrate 1 form a cutting groove extending in the circumferential direction of the via hole 11. In the work, the connecting ribs 3 can be cut off along the cutting grooves by cutting tools such as scissors, so that the breaking difficulty of the connecting ribs 3 can be reduced, and meanwhile, the broken stubbles of the connecting ribs 3 remained on the substrate 1 can be shortened, and the risk of damage to the surfaces of the linear components such as the drain pipe or the cable is further reduced.
Specifically, the base plate 1, the connecting ribs 3 and the cover plate 2 are all made of plastic, such as HIPS or ABS. Further, the base plate 1, the connecting ribs 3 and the cover plate 2 can be integrally formed by injection molding.
As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the through-hole 11 includes two straight edges and an arc edge, the two straight edges are respectively located at two ends of the arc edge, so that the through-hole 11 has a U shape with an opening; at least one connecting rib 3 is arranged on each straight edge, and at least one connecting rib 3 is arranged on each circular arc edge.
In order to achieve the object of the present invention, a still further aspect of the present invention provides an air conditioner including a housing provided with the knock-out hole structure described in the above embodiments.
The embodiment of the invention has the advantages of reasonable design and simple structure, and can prevent the broken stubbles of the connecting ribs from damaging the linear components such as the drain pipe or the cable, thereby ensuring the installation quality.
The above description is only an example of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, but various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
