Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following embodiments and accompanying drawings. The exemplary embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are provided to explain the present invention, but not to limit the present invention.
In consideration of the fact that a water pump with fixed flow is often used in the existing control method for the water flow of the air conditioning unit, the specific flow of the water pump cannot be adjusted generally, and in order to prevent the unit from entering abnormal protection due to insufficient flow, the water pump with the maximum flow is often turned on when the unit runs so as to provide the maximum required water flow for the unit, so that the water flow supplied in a hands-free mode is insufficient, but the problem of resource waste is caused by the treatment. In summary, when the existing control method for the water flow of the air conditioning unit is implemented specifically, the technical problem that the water flow of the air conditioning unit cannot be adjusted accurately and effectively often exists. Aiming at the root cause of the technical problem, a water pump with controllable water flow can be introduced to carry out specific water flow regulation, simultaneously, the water flow of inlet and outlet in the air conditioning unit and relevant operation parameters are detected in real time, and the water flow of the air conditioning unit is specifically regulated by controlling the water flow of the water pump in real time according to the data. Therefore, the technical problem that the water flow of the air conditioning unit cannot be accurately and effectively adjusted in the existing control method of the water flow of the air conditioning unit is solved, and the technical effect that the water flow can be adjusted in real time according to the specific operation condition of the air conditioning unit is achieved.
Based on the thought, the embodiment of the application provides a control method for water flow of an air conditioning unit. Specifically, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for controlling water flow of an air conditioning unit according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method may specifically comprise the following steps.
Step S101: and acquiring inlet and outlet water temperature difference data and unit operation data in the air conditioning unit.
In this embodiment, the unit operation data may specifically be parameter data of the air conditioning unit when the air conditioning unit normally operates according to a specified frequency or a requirement, and specifically may include: condensation load data, cooling capacity data, heating capacity data, etc. of the air conditioning unit. Of course, it should be noted that the above-mentioned several listed unit operation data are only for better explaining the present embodiment, and in specific implementation, other parameter data may be selected as the unit operation data according to specific situations.
In this embodiment, in specific implementation, the main control module of the air conditioning unit may be used to detect and obtain the inlet and outlet water temperature difference data and the unit operation data in the air conditioning unit in real time, and further analyze the water flow condition of the air conditioning unit at the current time in real time according to the parameter data, so that the water flow can be adjusted correspondingly more accurately in the following process.
Step S102: and determining a first flow and a second flow according to the inlet and outlet water temperature difference data and the unit operation data.
In this embodiment, after obtaining the water inlet and outlet temperature difference data and the unit operation data of the air conditioning unit, in order to analyze the water flow condition in the air conditioning unit and determine the corresponding water flow regulation strategy according to the specific water flow condition, in the specific implementation, the main control module of the air conditioning unit may send the water temperature difference data and the unit operation data to the water conservancy module, the water conservancy module may analyze the water flow condition of the air conditioning unit according to the water temperature difference data and the unit operation data, and determine the corresponding water flow regulation strategy according to the water flow requirement and the operation capability of the water pump under the current working condition of the air conditioning unit, i.e. determine the optimal water flow that can be matched with the unit: a first flow rate and a second flow rate. And then corresponding water flow control can be carried out according to the first flow and the second flow.
Step S103: and controlling the first water pump to operate according to the first flow rate, and controlling the second water pump to operate according to the second flow rate.
In this embodiment, the first water pump and the second water pump may be flow-controllable water pumps. When the water conservancy module is specifically implemented, the first water pump and the second water pump are connected with the water conservancy module. So, the water conservancy module can be according to discharge regulation and control strategy, through the discharge of the first water pump of independent regulation, or the discharge of independent regulation second water pump, or the discharge of the first water pump of simultaneous regulation and control and the discharge of second water pump reach the purpose of carrying out real-time regulation and control to air conditioner unit discharge.
In the present embodiment, the first water pump may be a usage-side water pump, and the second water pump may be a heat source-side water pump. The water pump on the use side is generally started to operate when the air conditioning unit operates, and the water pump on the heat source side is generally started to operate according to loads, such as the operating condition of a compressor.
In this embodiment, in order to meet the water flow demand of the air conditioning unit, and also avoid resource waste caused by excessive provided water flow, for example, waste of electric energy, during specific implementation, the first water pump may be controlled by the water conservancy module to operate according to the first flow, that is, the flow regulation of the first water pump is controlled at the first flow. Meanwhile, the second water cup can be controlled to operate according to the second flow through the water conservancy module, and the flow of the second water pump is adjusted and controlled at the second flow. Therefore, the operation requirement of the air conditioning unit can be met in real time, the required water flow can be reasonably provided, the overall energy consumption of the unit is reduced, and the waste of resources caused by the fact that the maximum water flow is provided all the time is avoided.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that in order to effectively and accurately control the first water pump and the second water pump to operate according to a specific water flow policy, in the specific implementation, the main control module and the water conservancy module in the air conditioning unit may be used to perform corresponding combined control on the first water pump and the second water pump.
In the embodiment of the application, the water inlet and outlet temperature difference data and the unit operation data in the air conditioning unit are detected and acquired in real time, the first flow and the second flow are correspondingly adjusted in real time according to the data, and then the water flow in the unit can be accurately and effectively controlled through the water pump with adjustable flow, so that the specific operation requirement of the air conditioning unit is met in real time.
In an embodiment, the first water pump is a use-side water pump, the second water pump is a heat source-side water pump, and in order to correspondingly adjust the water flow rate of the air conditioning unit according to the specific operating condition of the air conditioning unit, in the specific implementation, when the air conditioning unit is started, the method may further include the following steps.
S1-1: and detecting whether the air conditioning unit is started.
S1-2: and starting the first water pump according to a preset first opening degree under the condition that the air conditioning unit is started.
In this embodiment, during concrete implementation, can detect through host system whether air conditioning unit starts, is confirming under the condition that air conditioning unit started, host system can send the first aperture of predetermineeing for the water conservancy module, and the water conservancy module can be according to the first aperture control first water pump start-up operation of the aforesaid predetermineeing.
In this embodiment, the preset first opening may be an initial water flow rate that the first water pump needs to provide when the air conditioning unit is normally started. Of course, in specific implementation, a specific value may be set as the preset first opening according to specific situations and specific construction requirements.
In an embodiment, when the method is implemented to consider a starting situation of a load after the air conditioning unit is started, and when the air conditioning unit starts to start the load after the air conditioning unit is started, the method may further include the following steps.
S2-1: and detecting whether the load is started.
S2-2: and starting the second water pump according to a preset second opening degree under the condition that the load is started.
In this embodiment, during concrete implementation, can detect through host system whether air conditioning unit's load starts, is confirming under the condition that the load starts, host system can send the second aperture of predetermineeing for the water conservancy module, and the water conservancy module can be according to the operation of the second water pump start-up of above-mentioned predetermined second aperture control.
In this embodiment, the preset second opening degree may be similar to the preset second opening degree, specifically, the preset second opening degree may be an initial water flow rate that the second water pump needs to provide when the load in the air conditioning unit is normally started. Of course, in specific implementation, a specific value may be set as the preset first opening according to specific situations and specific construction requirements.
In the present embodiment, the load may be a compressor, an electronic expansion valve, a four-way valve, or the like of the air conditioning unit. It should be understood that, the above-mentioned loads are only listed for better illustration of the embodiments of the present application, and in the specific implementation, other devices may be introduced as the above-mentioned loads for specific consideration.
In one embodiment, the method for controlling the water flow of the air conditioning unit provided by the embodiment of the application can be used for acquiring and controlling the water flow in real time according to the inlet and outlet water temperature difference data of the air conditioning unit, the unit operation data and the like, and can also be used for correspondingly controlling and adjusting the load and the water pump according to the condition of the water flow in the air conditioning unit. When the method is implemented, the following steps can be included.
S3-1: and acquiring water flow data.
S3-2: and adjusting the load, the first water pump and the second water pump according to the water flow data.
In this embodiment, the water conservancy module can real-time detection and acquire the interior discharge data of air conditioning unit and send above-mentioned discharge data for host system to host system carries out specific control and regulation to load, first water pump, second water pump in the air conditioning unit according to specific discharge data, joint water conservancy module, in order to guarantee that air conditioning unit can be with better ground state steady operation.
In an embodiment, the adjusting the load, the first water pump, and the second water pump according to the water flow data may specifically include the following.
S3-2-1: and determining whether the water flow data meets a preset condition.
S3-2-2: and under the condition that the water flow data meet the preset conditions, adjusting the load according to the water temperature.
S3-2-3: and under the condition that the water flow data does not meet the preset conditions, respectively adjusting the first water pump and the second water pump.
In this embodiment, the preset condition may be specifically used to determine an evaluation criterion for determining whether the water flow rate matches the current operating condition of the air conditioning unit. The preset condition is met, the water flow and the working state of the air conditioning unit can be judged to be in a matched state, and the load can be further adjusted. If the preset condition is not met, the condition that the water flow is matched with the working state of the air conditioning unit can be judged, and the water flow or the load needs to be adjusted in a related mode, so that the load of the air conditioning unit can be further adjusted after the water flow meets the preset condition. Therefore, abnormal protection of the air conditioning unit or reduction of energy consumption caused by small water flow can be well avoided, and the whole air conditioning unit can stably and efficiently normally operate.
In one embodiment, in a case where the water flow data does not satisfy the preset condition, the first water pump and the second water pump may be specifically adjusted in the following manner, respectively.
When the water flow data does not meet the preset condition and the water flow data is smaller than a threshold flow, the first water pump is adjusted by reducing the first flow, and/or the second water pump is adjusted by reducing the second flow;
and under the condition that the water flow data does not meet the preset condition and the water flow data is larger than the threshold flow, adjusting the first water pump by increasing the first flow, and/or adjusting the second water pump by increasing the second flow.
In this embodiment, the threshold flow rate may be a flow rate value determined according to a specific operating state of the air conditioning unit. When the water flow data is smaller than the threshold flow, it can be judged that the water flow provided by the air conditioning unit is less, the requirement of normal work of the air conditioning unit cannot be met, and the risk of abnormal protection of the unit caused by too small water flow exists. At this time, the water flow of the first water pump and the second water pump can be increased when part of the load is turned off or reduced until the water flow data of the air conditioning unit reaches the threshold flow, and then the load is further adjusted. When the water flow data is larger than the threshold flow, it can be judged that the water flow provided by the air conditioning unit is more, and the water flow exceeds the requirement of normal work of the air conditioning unit, so that the problems of wasting the whole energy consumption and wasting resources of the air conditioning unit exist. In this case, the water flow rates of the first water pump and the second water pump may be appropriately reduced so that the water flow rate data of the air conditioning unit is reduced to the threshold flow rate.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that the threshold flow rate may be specifically determined according to a specific operation mode of the air conditioning unit, a specific situation of a load in the air conditioning unit, and an energy consumption requirement of the whole air conditioning unit. Of course, in specific implementation, the threshold flow rate may also be determined according to other relevant conditions. The present application is not limited thereto.
From the above description, it can be seen that, compared with the existing method, the method for controlling water flow of the air conditioning unit provided in the embodiment of the present application detects and obtains the water inlet and outlet temperature difference data and the unit operation data in the air conditioning unit in real time, and then adjusts the first flow and the second flow in real time according to the data, so as to accurately and effectively control the water flow in the unit through the water pump with adjustable flow, so as to meet the specific operation requirement of the air conditioning unit in real time. Therefore, the technical problem that the water flow of the air conditioning unit cannot be accurately and effectively adjusted in the existing control method of the water flow of the air conditioning unit is solved, and the technical effect that the water flow can be adjusted in real time according to the specific operation condition of the air conditioning unit is achieved; the load, the first water pump and the second water pump are correspondingly adjusted through acquiring water flow data in the air conditioning unit in real time and according to the water flow data in the air conditioning unit, so that the technical effect of ensuring the overall stable operation of the air conditioning unit is achieved; and the main control module and the water conservancy module are combined to carry out combined control to efficiently control the water flow of the air conditioner unit.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a control system for air conditioning unit water flow, which is similar to the control method for air conditioning unit water flow, and is described in the following embodiments. The principle of the control system for the water flow of the air conditioning unit for solving the problems is similar to the control method for the water flow of the air conditioning unit, so the implementation of the control system for the water flow of the air conditioning unit can refer to the implementation of the control method for the water flow of the air conditioning unit, and repeated parts are not repeated. It should be noted that, as used in this specification, the term "unit" or "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a device of a control system for water flow of an air conditioning unit according to an embodiment of the invention. Please refer to fig. 2. Of course, the above-mentioned several kinds of unit operation data are only used to better explain the embodiment of the present application, and in specific implementation, other related data may also be used as the above-mentioned unit operation data according to specific situations.
In one embodiment, the first water pump 203 may be a usage-side water pump, and the second water pump 204 may be a heat-source-side water pump. In order to adjust the flow rate of the water pump, the first water pump 203 and the second water pump 204 may be adjustable water pumps with controllable flow rates, that is, water pumps with non-fixed flow rates.
In an embodiment, the main control module 201 and the water conservancy module 202 may adjust the water flow rate according to the water inlet and outlet temperature difference data and the unit operation data in the air conditioning unit, and may also adjust the load of the air conditioning unit according to the water flow rate data of the air conditioning unit. The specific procedure can be performed as follows.

In this embodiment, the load may specifically include at least one of: compressor, electronic expansion valve, four way valve. Of course, in specific implementation, other equipment devices may be selected as the load according to specific situations. The present application is not limited thereto.
In one embodiment, the main control module 201 and the water conservancy module 202 may be combined to determine whether the water flow data satisfies a preset condition; under the condition that the water flow data meet the preset conditions, the load is adjusted according to the water temperature; and under the condition that the water flow data does not meet the preset conditions, respectively adjusting the first water pump and the second water pump.
In an embodiment, when the water flow data does not satisfy the preset condition, the main control module 201 and the water conservancy module 202 may specifically adjust the first water pump and the second water pump respectively in the following manner.
When the water flow data does not meet the preset condition and the water flow data is smaller than a threshold flow, the first water pump is adjusted by reducing the first flow, and/or the second water pump is adjusted by reducing the second flow;
and under the condition that the water flow data does not meet the preset condition and the water flow data is larger than the threshold flow, adjusting the first water pump by increasing the first flow, and/or adjusting the second water pump by increasing the second flow.
From the above description, it can be seen that, compared with the existing system, the control system for the water flow of the air conditioning unit provided in the embodiment of the present application detects and obtains the water inlet and outlet temperature difference data and the unit operation data in the air conditioning unit in real time by jointly using the main control module and the water conservancy module, and then correspondingly determines the first flow and the second flow in real time according to the data, so that the water flow in the unit can be accurately and effectively controlled by the water pump with adjustable flow, and the specific operation requirements of the air conditioning unit can be met in real time. Therefore, the technical problem that the water flow of the air conditioning unit cannot be accurately and effectively adjusted in the existing control method of the water flow of the air conditioning unit is solved, and the technical effect that the water flow can be adjusted in real time according to the specific operation condition of the air conditioning unit is achieved; the load, the first water pump and the second water pump are correspondingly adjusted through the water conservancy module in real time according to water flow data in the air conditioning unit, and the technical effect of ensuring the overall stable operation of the air conditioning unit is achieved; and the main control module and the water conservancy module are combined to carry out combined control to efficiently control the water flow of the air conditioner unit.
In a specific scene example, the control system for the water flow of the air conditioning unit provided by the application is used for specifically adjusting the water flow of the air conditioning unit in the starting, running and closing processes. Specifically, the following may be implemented by referring to the structure diagram of the control system for the water flow rate of the air conditioning unit in the embodiment of the present invention applied in the scenario example shown in fig. 3 and the schematic diagram of the control system for the water flow rate of the air conditioning unit in the scenario example shown in fig. 4, where the control system for the water flow rate of the air conditioning unit in the embodiment of the present invention is applied in the scenario example.
S1: the air conditioning unit is started, the main control module sends the initial opening K1 (namely the first preset opening) of the water pump 1 (namely the first water pump in the embodiment of the application) to the water conservancy module, and the water conservancy module starts the water pump 1 according to the initial opening K1. When a compressor in the air conditioning unit needs to be started, the main control module sends an initial opening K2 (namely a preset second opening) of the water pump 2 (namely a second water pump in the embodiment of the application) to the water conservancy module, the water conservancy module starts the water pump 2 with the initial opening K2, and after the water pump is started, the water conservancy module feeds back the openings of the water pump 1 and the water pump 2 to the main control module.
S2: after the compressor is started, the main control module sends the temperature difference of water inlet and outlet, the condensation load, the refrigerating/heating capacity and the like (namely unit operation data) of the unit to the water conservancy module, the water conservancy module calculates the optimal water flow (namely the first flow and the second flow) according to the data, the opening degree of the water pump 1 and the water pump 2 is adjusted according to the optimal flow, and the current water flow data is fed back to the main control module in real time.
S3: the main control module can judge whether the water flow of the air conditioning unit meets the regulation requirements of the loads such as the compressor and the like after receiving the water flow data fed back by the water conservancy module. If the temperature is met, adjusting the frequency of the compressor, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve and other loads according to conditions such as water temperature and the like so as to keep the unit to stably run according to the specified working requirement; if the provided water flow is small, the water flow is fed back to the water conservancy module in time to be adjusted, meanwhile, the load is properly controlled, and corresponding load adjustment is carried out after the water flow meets the requirement, so that abnormal protection of the unit due to small water flow is prevented; if discharge is bigger than normal, then feed back to the water conservancy module, close little the regulation, reduce the flow through control water pump 1 and water pump 2 to reduce the whole energy consumption of unit.
S4: when the use is finished, the turning off of the air conditioning unit may specifically include the following. After all compressors in the unit are closed, the main control module sends the minimum water flow demand to the water conservancy module, and the water conservancy module adjusts the minimum operation with the aperture of water pump 2, has both reduced the energy consumption, can avoid again frequently opening and closing of water pump, causes life to shorten.
