Therefore, the screw cap assembly with the structure is firm in assembly and high in stability.
The screw cap assembly of this embodiment adopts the combined action of the two first elastic protruding parts 124 of the first fitting part and the second elastic protruding part 126 of the second fitting part by protruding the first fitting part and the second fitting part towards the mounting groove at the cover plate 121, so that the screw cap maintains the covering state, the stability of the screw cap assembly is enhanced, and the screw cap is prevented from falling off. And because the setting position of the first elastic convex part 124 and the setting position of the mounting groove are in elastic contact, the setting position of the second elastic convex part 126 and the bottom wall 111 of the mounting groove are in elastic contact, so that the screw cover can be firmly covered on the mounting groove only by using small force, and likewise, when the screw cover needs to be opened, the screw cover can be removed by enabling the first elastic convex part 124 to leave the setting position of the mounting groove and enabling the second elastic convex part 126 to leave the setting position of the bottom wall 111 of the mounting groove, thereby facilitating the disassembly of the screw cover.
Further, the screw cap assembly of the present embodiment further enhances the stability of the screw cap assembly by employing a specially designed first mating plate in combination with the specially designed two mounting walls 112 of the mounting groove, avoiding accidental removal of the screw cap.

Claims (7)

1. A screw cap assembly comprising:
the mounting seat is provided with a mounting groove, the mounting groove is provided with a bottom wall, two mounting walls which are respectively extended upwards from two opposite side edges of the bottom wall, and a side wall which is connected between the two mounting walls and is extended upwards from one end edge of the bottom wall, and a screw abdication hole for a screw to pass through is formed on the side wall;
the screw cover comprises a cover plate covering the notch of the mounting groove, and a first matching part and a second matching part which are convexly arranged from the cover plate towards the mounting groove, wherein the first matching part is provided with two opposite outer side surfaces, the two outer side surfaces are respectively provided with a first elastic convex part, and the second matching part is provided with a second elastic convex part convexly arranged towards the bottom wall;
the two outer side faces correspond to the two mounting walls and are oppositely arranged, the two first elastic protruding portions are positioned at set positions of the mounting grooves, the second matching portions correspond to the bottom wall, and the second elastic protruding portions are correspondingly positioned at set positions of the bottom wall, so that the cover plate is assembled on the mounting grooves;
the upper end surfaces of the two mounting walls of the mounting groove are inclined planes, the inclined planes extend downwards obliquely from the side wall of the mounting groove to the other direction corresponding to the side wall, the shape of the cover plate is matched with the shape of the mounting groove, and the cover plate can cover the notch of the mounting groove completely;
the first matching part comprises two first matching plates which are oppositely arranged, and the outer side surfaces of the two first matching plates are the two outer side surfaces;
the second matching part is positioned between the two first matching plates, and the two first elastic convex parts and the second elastic convex part are both arranged close to the first end of the cover plate;
the second matching part comprises a second matching plate with elasticity, the first end of the second matching plate is arranged close to the second end of the cover plate opposite to the first end of the cover plate and is connected with one surface of the cover plate facing the mounting groove, the second matching plate extends from the first end of the second matching plate to the direction away from the cover plate and facing the mounting groove, and the second elastic protruding part is formed on one surface of the second matching plate opposite to the first end of the second matching plate facing the mounting groove;
the bottom wall is provided with a second clamping hole, and the second clamping hole extends from the first end of the bottom wall of the mounting groove to the direction of a second end corresponding to the first end of the bottom wall of the mounting groove;
when the screw cover covers the notch of the mounting groove, the second elastic protruding portion is abutted to the inner surface of the second clamping hole, which is close to the second end of the bottom wall of the mounting groove, and is arranged at a distance from the inner surface of the second clamping hole, which is close to the first end of the bottom wall of the mounting groove.
2. The screw cap assembly of claim 1 wherein
Both of the first mating plates include:
the fixing plate is arranged on one surface of the cover plate, facing the mounting groove, extends from a second end, close to the cover plate, opposite to the first end of the cover plate, and protrudes towards the mounting groove;
the fixed end of connecting plate with the fixed plate is close to the end connection of the first end of apron, the free end of connecting plate to the direction of the first end of apron extends, the lateral surface of the free end of connecting plate is equipped with first elastic protruding portion, just the lateral surface of fixed plate protrusion in the lateral surface setting of connecting plate.
3. The screw cap assembly of claim 2 wherein
Two oppositely arranged bosses protruding towards the space in the groove of the mounting groove are formed on the inner surfaces of the two mounting walls close to the side walls, and each boss extends to the joint of the mounting wall and the side wall;
the end face of any boss facing the other boss is provided with a first clamping hole penetrating through the boss, and the first clamping hole extends to the side wall of the mounting groove;
when the screw cover covers the notch of the mounting groove, the two first elastic convex parts are abutted with the inner surfaces of the corresponding first clamping holes, which are far away from the side wall of the mounting groove, and are arranged at intervals with the inner surfaces of the first clamping holes, which are close to the side wall; and the two connecting plates are respectively abutted with the surfaces of the corresponding bosses, and the two fixing plates are respectively abutted with the inner surfaces of the corresponding mounting walls.
4. The screw cap assembly of claim 2 wherein
The opposite sides of the two fixing plates are provided with reinforcing strips.
5. The screw cap assembly of claim 1 wherein
The second end of the cover plate opposite to the first end of the cover plate is provided with an extension part which extends obliquely towards the direction of the mounting groove, and when the screw cover covers the notch of the mounting groove, the lower end face of the extension part is abutted with the mounting seat.
6. The screw cap assembly of claim 5 wherein
The lower end face of the extension part is provided with a notch so as to facilitate manual disassembly of the cover plate.
7. An air conditioning indoor unit comprising a housing and the screw cap assembly of any of claims 1 to 6 disposed on the housing.
