本发明属于包装箱技术领域,具体的说是一种新型的包装箱板及使用该包装箱板组装而成的包装箱,所述的包装箱板包括以下重量份的物质:热塑性塑料80‑95份,铁粉10‑15份、分散剂0.1‑1份、玻璃纤维5‑12份、聚乙烯纤维8‑16份、贝壳粉2‑7份、高岭土3‑8份、滑石粉1‑5份;所述的玻璃纤维和聚乙烯纤维经酸性物质改性处理;本发明中所述的包装箱板,不仅含有多种填料增加包装箱板材的硬度,同时含有的玻璃纤维和聚乙烯纤维提高了塑料板材的韧性,相比于传统的塑料板材具有高强度的特点,可满足包装箱板多次循环使用的要求。

一种新型的包装箱板、包装箱
技术领域
本发明属于包装箱技术领域,具体的说是一种新型的包装箱板及使用该包装箱板组装而成的包装箱。
背景技术
产品的包装非常重要,不仅仅是为了便于运输,对于产品的保护也至关重要。例如,工厂生产的产品需要经过运输,通过各种流通环节达到用户手中,如果产品未经包装,则不容易搬运吊装等,同时还可能对产品出现损伤。
现有的包装技术中,大量的采用木架和纸箱的包装方式,前者是通过采用木材和铁钉,箍扎出木箱;后者是通过泡沫和厚纸箱套装产品,这两种方式都存在缺陷:1、前者木架箱体采用了大量的木材,而且拆卸的时候都是机械式的破坏性拆卸,木料基本上不能回收二次使用或回收使用的次数较少,成本非常高,而且不具有环保意义,浪费环境资源,此外,还需要采用钉子定装,这不仅耗时,而且极易造成人员的伤害;2、后者采用纸箱的方式,也基本上是一次性的,回收的纸箱会因为撕毁破损等,不能直接二次使用,而且纸箱的包装不适用于大件的产品包装,因为纸箱需要先成型后再将产品置入其中,因此限制了大型产品对纸箱的使用。为了适应环保、高效、低成本的需求,需要研发一种能循环使用的新型包装箱用板,而满足循环使用的关键在于包装箱板的强度问题,只有具有高强度的特点,才能在多次循环使用时不至于损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于克服现有技术中的问题,提供一种可多次利用的新型包装箱板。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:一种新型的包装箱板,包括以下重量份的物质:热塑性塑料80-95份,铁粉10-15份、分散剂0.1-1份、玻璃纤维5-12份、聚乙烯纤维8-16份、贝壳粉2-7份、高岭土3-8份、滑石粉1-5份;所述的玻璃纤维和聚乙烯纤维经酸性物质改性处理。
填充的玻璃纤维和聚乙烯纤维可以有效提高热塑性塑料的韧性,提高其抗冲击强度,对所述的玻璃纤维和聚乙烯纤维进行改性处理,增强纤维表面的粗糙度,增大纤维的表面积,从而增强了热塑性树脂与纤维的机械啮合力,提高了热塑性树脂和纤维之间的复合强度;所述的包装箱板中含有如贝壳粉、高岭土、滑石粉这样的填料,提高了塑料板材的整体强度;所述的铁粉可以提高塑料板材的耐热性。
根据本发明,本发明中所述的酸性物质的作用在于对玻璃纤维和聚乙烯纤维进行改性,除去纤维表面的界面层,提高纤维的粗糙度。本发明对于酸性物质的种类没有特殊的要求,可以为所属领域技术人员所常知,例如所述酸源可以为无机酸和/或有机酸,所述无机酸可以为盐酸、硝酸、硫酸、硼酸、高氯酸、硫氰酸、亚硫酸、磷酸、亚磷酸、次氯酸等中的至少一种;所述有机酸可以为甲酸、乙酸、苯甲酸、苯磺酸等中的至少一种。
根据本发明,所述的包装箱板包括以下重量份的物质:热塑性塑料85-90份,铁粉12-15份、分散剂0.2-0.6份、玻璃纤维8-10份、聚乙烯纤维10-15份、贝壳粉2-5份、高岭土4-6份、滑石粉2-5份。
根据本发明,本发明中所述的包装箱板的主体材料为热塑性的塑料,可以为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯及ABS中的一种或至少两种的组合物。
根据本发明,本发明中所述的分散剂为六偏磷酸钠。
本发明还提供了一种包装箱,所述的包装箱采用上述的包装箱板拼接而成。
根据本发明,所述的包装箱的底板与侧壁板相邻处设有角型块,所述的角型块包括彼此垂直的第一、第二连接板,所述的第一、第二连接板上分别设有螺纹孔供螺栓连接到底板和侧壁板上;包装箱的盖板边缘设有连接孔供螺栓穿连固定到侧壁板的上端。
角型块不仅将相邻的包装箱板连接在一起构成包装箱体,还提供给相邻包装箱一定的支撑力,提高了包装箱体的强度,角型块的第一、第二连接板分别抵靠在相邻的包装箱板板面上,通过旋拧螺栓实现包装箱体的密封。
根据本发明,所述的第一、第二连接板的板长与对应的底板的长度相吻合,也就是说,所述的角型块的抵靠在相邻的包装箱板的接缝处,提供连接及支撑的作用。
本发明的技术效果如下:
1、本发明中所述的包装箱板,不仅含有多种填料增加包装箱板材的硬度,同时含有的玻璃纤维和聚乙烯纤维提高了塑料板材的韧性,相比于传统的塑料板材具有高强度的特点,可满足包装箱板多次循环使用的要求;
2、本发明提供的包装箱,采用上述塑料板材拼接而成,即环保也可以多次重复利用,避免对环境资源的浪费。

由以上数据可以看出,本发明提供的包装箱板具有高强度的特点,可以在多次使用后不轻易损坏,满足多次利用的要求,且本发明提供的包装箱采用多块包装箱板拼接而成,仅由螺栓旋拧拼接,无需开榫等繁琐操作,螺栓可以实现包装箱的方便拆装,若出现单块包装箱板损坏,可以拆卸进行更换即可。
