Abstract

一种适用于运输梨的瓦楞纸箱，包括瓦楞纸箱、可拉伸珍珠棉、第一EPE以及第二EPE。具体为：所述瓦楞纸箱由后侧板、前侧板、右端板、左端板、襟片、底板、盖板、制造商接头、插舌构成，其材料均为一种防水吸附型瓦楞纸板构成，所述插舌在瓦楞纸箱闭合时与前侧板进行贴合。瓦楞纸箱内设有可拉伸珍珠棉、第一EPE与第二EPE，第一EPE厚度较第二EPE厚且均设有6个槽口。所述第一EPE设于瓦楞纸箱底部，所述第二EPE设于箱内顶部以及可拉伸珍珠棉之间，所运输梨被置于可拉伸珍珠棉内且在瓦楞纸箱中堆码。此种瓦楞纸箱结构设计合理，材料环保，运输可靠性高，运输过程中防水吸附型瓦楞纸箱配合有效堆码可对梨自身产生的乙烯进行及时的处理，避免运输过程中梨的腐败变质，且开盖方便，易于装卸搬运及使用。

一种适用于运输梨的瓦楞纸箱
技术领域
本发明涉及运输包装技术领域，特别涉及到一种适用于运输梨的瓦楞纸箱设计及其制作方法。
背景技术
我国是世界上多种水果的发源地，水果栽培技术更是历史悠久，且种类资源丰富。梨作为人们最喜爱的水果之一，每年市场需求量极大，每当梨果采摘季节，大量的鲜梨集中下树，给贮藏、运输、销售市场带来了压力。由于梨本身会向外产生乙烯气体，而乙烯是一种调节生长、发育和衰老的植物激素，不及时将所产生乙烯气体消除会导致梨果在贮藏、运输、销售过程中很难保证长时间新鲜如初，常造成腐烂、失水皱缩、软化等现象，致使其商品价值严重下降，给果农、中间商及销售者造成较大损失。运输包装作为连接生产和销售的重要纽带，急需提供一种安全、经济的保鲜措施，减少由于、失水皱缩、软化、腐烂造成的损失，从而保持梨果优良品质，延长贮运时间以及确保梨果品质。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点，本发明的目的在于提供一种适用于运输梨的瓦楞纸箱，主要用于梨的运输包装，其设计合理，加工方法简单易行，可靠性高，材料环保且可重复使用。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采取如下的技术方案：
一种适用于运输梨的瓦楞纸箱包括瓦楞纸箱10，可拉伸珍珠棉20，第一EPE17和第二EPE18。所述瓦楞纸箱10由后侧板1、前侧板2、右端板3、左端板4、襟片5、底板6、盖板7、制造商接头8、插舌9构成，其材料均为一种防潮吸附型瓦楞纸板构成，所述盖板7上设有插舌9，所述插舌9在瓦楞纸箱闭合时与前侧板2进行贴合，方便了瓦楞纸箱10成型。
所述瓦楞纸箱10设有12个气孔11，可以及时的将所运输梨21自身产生的乙烯排出。瓦楞纸箱内设有可拉伸珍珠棉10、第一EPE11以及第二EPE12。所述第一EPE11与第二EPE12均设有6个槽口，可配合瓦楞纸箱10设有的气孔对箱内与外界气体进行交换。
通过采用上述技术方案，一种适用于运输梨的瓦楞纸箱10内设有可拉伸珍珠棉10，可拉伸珍珠棉10内可放置20个梨21，所运输梨21可在箱内堆码，堆码层数为2层。
相对于现有技术，本发明设计出一种适用于运输梨的瓦楞纸箱10，具有如下优点：材料环保无害，结构设计符合要求，安全性能高，瓦楞纸箱能有效的吸收或排出梨产生的乙烯以及运输过程中的水汽，保证梨在运输过程中的质量。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
参照图1，一种适用于运输梨的瓦楞纸箱，包括后侧板1，前侧板2，右端板3，左端板4，襟片5，底板6，盖板7，制造商接头8，插舌9。所述盖板7带有插舌9，所述插舌9可与前侧板2内侧贴合。所述气孔11分布在瓦楞纸箱10相邻两板处，共计12个，所述制造商接头8接合方式采用箱内粘合剂黏合。
参照图2与图3，所述瓦楞纸箱10盖板7上气孔11与前侧板2上方气孔重合，所述瓦楞纸箱10板面均为防潮吸附型瓦楞纸板，所述瓦楞纸板外面纸12与瓦楞芯纸14之间填充有防潮剂15，所述内面纸13与瓦楞芯纸14之间填充有乙烯吸附剂，防潮吸附性瓦楞纸板不仅可以避免运输途中的水汽危害，而且可以有效乙烯气体吸收或者排出箱内。
参照图4、图5a与图5b，所述瓦楞纸箱10内设有可拉伸珍珠棉20、第一EPE17与第二EPE18，所述可拉伸珍珠棉20内放置有被运输梨21，所述第一EPE17放置于瓦楞纸箱10内下方，所述第二EPE18放置与瓦楞纸箱10内上方以及可拉伸珍珠棉20之间，第一EPE17与第二EPE18上设有6个槽口，所设位置与瓦楞纸箱10气孔11重合，且第二EPE18比第一EPE17薄，所述瓦楞纸箱10内所放置梨21堆码，单层放置水果规格为5×4，且堆码层数为两层，两层共计40个梨。
参照图6，所述瓦楞纸箱10在运输中可堆码，堆码后的瓦楞纸箱10可形成通风气体场，配合瓦楞芯纸14与内面纸13间的乙烯吸附剂16，可及时将所产生乙烯排出箱内或吸收，避免对所运输梨21被催熟。

1.一种适用于运输梨的瓦楞纸箱，包括后侧板（1），前侧板（2），右端板（3），左端板（4），襟片（5），底板（6），盖板（7），制造商接头（8），插舌（9），其特征在于：所述瓦楞纸箱盖板（7）带有插舌（9），所述制造商接头（8）接合方式采用箱内粘合剂黏合，所述气孔（11）分布在瓦楞纸箱（10）相邻两板处，数量共计12个。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于运输梨的瓦楞纸箱，其特征在于：所述瓦楞纸箱（10）材料均由防潮可吸收乙烯型瓦楞纸板构成，所述盖板（7）上气孔（11）与前侧板（2）上方气孔重合。
3.根据权利要求1至2所述的一种适用于运输梨的瓦楞纸箱，其特征在于：所述瓦楞纸板外面纸（12）与瓦楞芯纸（14）之间填充有防潮剂（15），所述内面纸（13）与瓦楞芯纸（14）之间填充有乙烯吸附剂。
4.根据权利要求1至3所述的一种适用于运输梨的瓦楞纸箱，其特征在于：所述瓦楞纸箱（10）内设有可拉伸珍珠棉（20）、第一EPE（17）与第二EPE（18），第一EPE（17）置于箱内底部，第二EPE（18）置于箱内顶部以及可拉伸珍珠棉（20）之间，所运输梨（21）放置于可拉伸珍珠棉（20）内且梨（21）在箱内可堆码，每层规格为5×4，堆码层数为两层，每箱可运输梨的数量为40个。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种适用于运输梨的瓦楞纸箱，其特征在于：所述第一EPE（17）厚度比第二EPE（18）厚，第一EPE（17）与第二EPE（18）均设有6个槽口，且槽口与瓦楞纸箱（10）气孔重合。
6.根据权利要求1至5所述的一种适用于运输梨的瓦楞纸箱，其特征在于：所述瓦楞纸箱（10）在运输过程中可堆码，堆码后的瓦楞纸箱（10）可形成通风气体场。
