As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the environment-friendly cutlery box provided by the invention comprises a box body 1 made of paper materials and a cover body 2 matched with the box body 1 in shape, wherein a plurality of folded edges 3 are formed by outwards folding the outer edge of the box body 1, the cover body 2 is covered on the box body 1 to seal the upper opening of the box body 1, and the folded edges 3 are further folded under the compression of the inner side wall of the cover body 2 and clamp the inner side wall of the cover body 2 by the outwards self-tension of the paper folded edges 3.

In a preferred embodiment, a plurality of positions on the outer side wall of the cover 2 are recessed inwards and a plurality of protrusions 22 are formed on the inner side wall of the cover 2 in a protruding mode, and the protrusions 22 clamp the folded edges 3, so that the connecting structure of the cover 2 and the box 1 is more stable. In addition, the fold 3 shown in fig. 3 is in a state that the fold 3 is folded outwards by 90 degrees with respect to the edge of the case 1 when the cover 2 is not attached, while the fold 3 shown in fig. 4 is in a state that the fold 3 is folded outwards again by 60 degrees with respect to the edge of the case 1 when the cover 2 is attached, but this folding angle is determined according to the outer dimension of the case 1 and the dimension of the side wall of the edge of the cover 2, and the specific angle may be changed according to the actual application, and the above-mentioned outward folding refers to the direction with respect to the inside of the case 1, i.e., the direction that defines the inside facing the case 1 is inwards, and the direction that deviates from the inside of the case 1 is outwards, as shown in fig. 3 and 4.

In addition, in the present embodiment, the cover 2 is made of transparent material, specifically PP or PE material, but paper may be used, but the cost is relatively high, and the invention is not limited thereto.
As a further preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the lower edge of the cover 2 is further formed with a ring of flanges 24 extending outwards, so that the cover 2 is more convenient and more beautiful to open. In addition, the case body 1 and the cover body 2 are all integrated, and the inner sides of the case body 1 and the cover body 2 are respectively formed with a cavity for accommodating food, and the structure is basically the same as the existing shape, so that the description is omitted. The cavity in the box body 1 is small at the bottom and large at the top, and the cavity in the cover body 2 is small at the top and large at the bottom.
