The frizing 2 makes the oil skimmer 1 on the oil skimmer to be crowded away through scraping the oil skimmer, consequently, be equipped with an oil scraping face on the frizing 2, the oil scraping face support lean on in 1 surface in the oil skimmer. The motor 4 is arranged outside the shell 6, and the driving roller 3 is arranged in the shell 6.
A motor base (not shown) is arranged on the outer side of the shell 6 in a protruding mode, and the motor 4 is arranged on the motor base. An opening is formed in the side wall of the shell 6, which is provided with the motor base, and an output shaft of the motor 4 is inserted into the shell 6 through the opening to be connected with the driving roller 3. And a bearing seat is arranged on the inner side of the shell 6 opposite to the motor seat, and the other end of the driving roller 3 is arranged on the bearing seat. The motor 4 drives the driving roller 3 to rotate when running.
The driven roller is arranged below the driving roller 3 and outside the shell 6, in one embodiment, the driven roller can be installed and fixed through a driven roller installation structure fixed with the shell 6, for example, two supports are fixed and extend downwards on the shell 6, the supports are respectively provided with a bearing seat, and two ends of the driven roller are installed on the bearing seats. In another embodiment, a driven roller mounting structure may be provided in the housing containing the emulsion, for example, a mounting shaft may extend from a side wall of the housing, the mounting shaft may be provided with a bearing, and a shaft hole may be provided in the middle of the driven roller, and the driven roller may be sleeved on the mounting shaft. The oil collecting guide groove 5 is used for guiding out floating oil but cannot store the floating oil, a guide groove opening is formed in the shell 6, the oil collecting guide groove 5 penetrates out of the outer side of the shell 6 from the guide groove opening, and the oil collecting guide groove 5 is arranged in a mode of inclining downwards from the inside of the shell 6 to the outer end of the shell 6, so that the floating oil can freely flow downwards in the oil collecting guide groove 5. In one embodiment, 2 oil scraping plates 2 are provided, wherein one oil scraping plate 2 abuts against the oil skimming belt 1 on one side of the ring shape, and the other oil scraping plate 2 abuts against the oil skimming belt 1 on the other side of the ring shape. An oil collecting guide groove 5 is arranged at the lower side of each oil scraping plate 2.

5. The oil skimmer of claim 4 wherein an oil collection channel is provided on the underside of each scraper plate.
6. The oil skimmer of claim 1, wherein a motor base is protruded from the outer side of the casing, and the motor is mounted on the motor base.

The oil skimmer of claim 5, wherein the side wall of the emulsion tank is provided with an oil collecting box, the upper end of the oil collecting box is open, and the outer end of the oil collecting guide groove extends out of the housing and above the oil collecting box, so that the oil in the oil collecting guide groove can flow into the oil collecting box.
8. The oil skimmer of claim 1, wherein said oil skimmer belt is made of PU material.
