本发明涉及一种吊顶式医用空气消毒器,属于消毒器具领域。设有消毒箱壳体,其特征在于,消毒箱壳体中部的下方安装有照明灯,消毒箱壳体左侧安装有进气格栅,消毒箱壳体的右侧安装有出气格栅,进气格栅的上方安装有滤芯,滤芯位于风机的进风口处,风机的出风口与左风道的进气口相连接,消毒箱壳体内部经灯管固定架安装有紫外灯管,左风道为S形结构,左风道的出风口与紫外灯管左侧的消毒箱壳体内腔壁密封连接,出气格栅与右风道的出风口连接,右风道为S形结构,右风道的进风口与紫外灯管右侧的消毒箱壳体内腔壁密封连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及消毒器具领域,详细地讲是一种吊顶式医用空气消毒器。
背景技术
众所周知,对环境的消毒是医院、幼儿园、食品厂等场所经营必不可少的条件之一,现有的消毒方式一般采用紫外线照射、臭氧杀菌方式,而紫外线照射方式因为紫外线在空气中的衰减非常严重,并且存在光线无法照射到的位置,消毒效果较差。臭氧杀菌方式简单有效,但是必须要在无人的条件下进行,并且残留的臭氧对人体有一定的毒害作用。
同时上面的办法仍有最大的问题没有解决:没有办法持续保证环境的消毒效果,当有人员进入,有传染源进入后环境就被污染了,环境中的其他人就会被感染,这种交叉感染的问题日益严重。
近几年来陆续出现了壁挂式或吊顶式空气消毒器来解决环境二次污染的问题,但仍然存在以下问题:壁挂式的空气消毒器只能固定安装在房间的某一面墙上,要建立整个房间的空气循环就需要大的风量,这样就会造成噪音增大,大的循环风量也容易激起房间表面的灰尘,产生更严重的二次污染。常规吊顶式空气消毒器因为照明灯具的位置影响,在安装时要在照明灯具的旁边,不能占据房间的中间位置,这样也导致空气循环不好,并且存在风口设计不合理,进风口出风口存在短气流的问题、紫外线泄露、臭氧超标的问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种吊顶式医用空气消毒器,结构简单,消毒效果好,紫外线不外泄,避免进风口与出风口之间建立短路风道。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种吊顶式医用空气消毒器,设有消毒箱壳体,其特征在于,消毒箱壳体中部的下方安装有照明灯,消毒箱壳体左侧安装有进气格栅,消毒箱壳体的右侧安装有出气格栅,进气格栅的上方安装有滤芯,滤芯位于风机的进风口处,风机的出风口与左风道的进气口相连接,消毒箱壳体内部经灯管固定架安装有紫外灯管,左风道为S形结构,左风道的出风口与紫外灯管左侧的消毒箱壳体内腔壁密封连接,出气格栅与右风道的出风口连接,右风道为S形结构,右风道的进风口与紫外灯管右侧的消毒箱壳体内腔壁密封连接。
本发明的有益效果是,结构简单,消毒效果好,紫外线不外泄,避免进风口与出风口之间建立短路风道。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2中,本发明设有消毒箱壳体5,消毒箱壳体5中部的下方安装有照明灯8,消毒箱壳体5左侧安装有进气格栅10,消毒箱壳体5的右侧安装有出气格栅6,进气格栅10的上方安装有滤芯9,滤芯9位于静音风机1的进风口处,静音风机1的出风口与左风道2的进气口相连接,消毒箱壳体5内部经灯管固定架7安装有紫外灯管3,左风道2为S形结构,左风道2的出风口与紫外灯管3左侧的消毒箱壳体5内腔壁密封连接,出气格栅6与右风道4的出风口连接,右风道4为S形结构,右风道4的进风口与紫外灯管3右侧的消毒箱壳体5内腔壁密封连接。
本发明消毒器工作时,空气经过静音风机1的吸引作用,从进气格栅10的格栅条进入,经过滤芯9去除空气中的大颗粒灰尘,到达静音风机1后,经过静音风机1的作用到达左风道2中,再通过左风道2的出气口到达紫外灯管3位置,因左风道2为S形曲折结构,可以阻止紫外灯管3的紫外线泄露,也可以将空气形成涡流,加强消毒效果。空气经过紫外灯管3后,再通过右风道4经出气格栅6排出,完成消毒过程,右风道为S形的曲折结构,防止紫外线泄露。出气格栅6上装有格栅条,以引导消毒完成的空气吹向指定的位置,紫外灯管3区域的消毒箱壳体5内腔壁上涂有反光材料,加强紫外灯管3的照射强度。

1.一种吊顶式医用空气消毒器,设有消毒箱壳体,其特征在于,消毒箱壳体中部的下方安装有照明灯,消毒箱壳体左侧安装有进气格栅,消毒箱壳体的右侧安装有出气格栅,进气格栅的上方安装有滤芯,滤芯位于风机的进风口处,风机的出风口与左风道的进气口相连接,消毒箱壳体内部经灯管固定架安装有紫外灯管,左风道为S形结构,左风道的出风口与紫外灯管左侧的消毒箱壳体内腔壁密封连接,出气格栅与右风道的出风口连接,右风道为S形结构,右风道的进风口与紫外灯管右侧的消毒箱壳体内腔壁密封连接。
