Abstract
一种颅内ommaya囊穿刺引流针,包括穿刺针、压力传感器、流量传感器和引流连接管,穿刺针与引流管连接,穿刺针内部设有两个管腔通道,其中一管腔为压力探头与压力传感器经传导线通道连接通道,另一管腔为液体引流通道;流量传感器置于引流管上,有调节旋钮;穿刺针分颅内段和颅外段,两段采用弧线转角相连;颅内段针尖部开有针尖侧孔,颅外段上安有双针翼结构,颅外段针管与引流管连接,引流管上安装有压力传感器、流量传感器、医用三通管。本发明可以高效的穿刺颅内ommaya囊,调节引流脑室积血或脑脊液速度,监测颅内压力,保证管道的通畅,为脑室积血或脑积水病人的治疗提供动态监测,有利于病人的预后及治疗。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医药器械技术领域,具体涉及一种颅内ommaya囊穿刺引流针。
背景技术
脑室出血为脑出血的重症类型,其由于积血造成脑脊液循环障碍,急性脑积水导致颅内压短时间内急剧升高,压迫脑组织,病死率高,预后差,而目前治疗方式采用ommaya囊植入术,通过外穿刺引流达到清除血肿,降低颅内压的作用。临床上,医务人员通过利用掰弯输液针进行穿刺达到引流目的,但往往在现实中发生引流不畅的概率极高,及无法监测颅内压力,严重影响医务人员的治疗,影响患者的预后,并占用医务人员大量的时间处理堵管的问题。
发明内容
本发明为了克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种颅内ommaya囊穿刺引流针,该穿刺针可以高效的穿刺颅内ommaya囊,调节引流脑室积血或脑脊液速度,监测颅内压力,保证管道的通畅,为脑室积血或脑积水病人的治疗提供动态监测,有利于病人的预后及治疗,节省医务人员的时间。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现的。
本发明所述的一种颅内ommaya囊穿刺引流针,包括穿刺针、压力传感器、流量传感器和引流连接管,其特征是:所述穿刺针与引流管连接,穿刺针内部设有两个管腔通道,其中一管腔为压力探头与压力传感器经传导线通道连接通道,另一管腔为液体引流通道;流量传感器置于引流管上,其含有调节旋钮,方便调节流量;穿刺针分颅内段和颅外段,两段采用弧线转角相连;颅内段针尖部开有针尖侧孔,便于充分引流;颅外段上安有双针翼结构,便于固定于头皮上;颅外段针管与引流管连接,引流管上安装有压力传感器、流量传感器、医用三通管;引流管末端可接引流袋或引流瓶,计算引流量。
进一步的,所述的穿刺针针尖侧孔为多侧孔开窗,充分接触液体,便于引流,其弧度转角最大限度保证管腔容积,避免狭窄,保持引流通畅,避免堵塞。
进一步的,所述的压力探头导线管与针管并行,出口处有压力探头,充分接触颅内液体,保证测量颅内压力的准确性,并通过压力探头导线传输至压力传感器显示数值,随时监测颅内压力。
进一步的,所述的流量传感器可按医务人员要求进行流量调节,并可从流量传感器中读出流量数值,进而计算引流量,避免引流量过多或过少。
进一步的,所述的医用三通管,通过侧孔可便于医务人员脑脊液取样,进行检测,必要时通过注射生理盐水等冲刷管道,可以起到通管的作用。
本发明的有益效果是:该穿刺针可以高效的穿刺颅内ommaya囊,调节引流脑室积血或脑脊液速度,监测颅内压力,保证管道的通畅,为脑室积血或脑积水病人的治疗提供动态监测,有利于病人的预后及治疗,节省医务人员的时间。

本发明将结合附图通过以下实施例进一步说明。

一种颅内ommaya囊穿刺引流针,包括穿刺针8、压力传感器3、流量传感器2和引流连接管,穿刺针8与引流管连接,穿刺针8内部设有两个管腔通道,其中一管腔为压力探头与压力传感器3经传导线通道连接通道,另一管腔为液体引流通道;流量传感器2置于引流管上,其含有调节旋钮,方便调节流量;穿刺针8分颅内段和颅外段,两段采用弧线转角相连;颅内段针尖部开有针尖侧孔7,便于充分引流;颅外段上安有双针翼4结构,便于固定于头皮上;颅外段针管与引流管连接,引流管上安装有压力传感器3、流量传感器2、医用三通管1;引流管末端可接引流袋或引流瓶,计算引流量。
所述的穿刺针针尖侧孔7为多侧孔开窗,充分接触液体,便于引流,其弧度转角5最大限度保证管腔容积,避免狭窄,保持引流通畅,避免堵塞。
所述的压力探头导线管6与针管并行,出口处有压力探头,充分接触颅内液体,保证测量颅内压力的准确性,并通过压力探头导线传输至压力传感器3显示数值,随时监测颅内压力。
所述的流量传感器2可按医务人员要求进行流量调节,并可从流量传感器2中读出流量数值,进而计算引流量,避免引流量过多或过少。
所述的医用三通管1,通过侧孔可便于医务人员脑脊液取样,进行检测,必要时通过注射生理盐水等冲刷管道,可以起到通管的作用。

1.一种颅内ommaya囊穿刺引流针,包括穿刺针、压力传感器、流量传感器和引流连接管,其特征是:所述穿刺针与引流管连接,穿刺针内部设有两个管腔通道,其中一管腔为压力探头与压力传感器经传导线通道连接通道,另一管腔为液体引流通道;流量传感器置于引流管上,有调节旋钮;穿刺针分颅内段和颅外段,两段采用弧线转角相连;颅内段针尖部开有针尖侧孔,颅外段上安有双针翼结构,颅外段针管与引流管连接,引流管上安装有压力传感器、流量传感器、医用三通管;引流管末端接引流袋或引流瓶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的颅内ommaya囊穿刺引流针,其特征是所述的穿刺针针尖侧孔为多侧孔开窗,其弧度转角最大限度保证管腔容积。
