本发明公开了一种含有咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威的杀虫药膏,属于农药技术领域,所述杀虫药膏由以下原料按其重量百分比配制而成:咪鲜胺铜盐1‑55%,涕灭威1‑55%,助剂余量;所述咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威的质量比为1:7、1:4、4:1、7:1。所述助剂由以下重量百分比的原料组成:溶剂5.0‑40.0%,粘着剂4.0‑10.0%,填料余量。本发明通过咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威之间的合理混配,扩大杀虫谱,提高药效,降低用药量,减轻对环境的污染,安全高效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种杀虫药膏,特别是一种含有咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威的杀虫药膏。
背景技术
由于长期单一依赖于使用某一类型的杀虫剂,害虫容易产生抗药性,致使化学杀虫剂的用药量急剧增加,不仅增加了生产成本,而且大量杀灭害虫的天敌和污染环境,导致害虫的猖獗危害。咪鲜胺铜盐是具有优良的杀虫活性,对大部分农业害虫都有效,用量低,在环境中很快降解,不伤害天敌及其它非靶标生物,是一种优秀的生物杀虫剂,其缺点是不稳定。因此,需要一种新的农药制剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含有咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威的杀虫药膏,通过咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威之间的合理混配,扩大杀虫谱,提高药效,降低用药量,减轻对环境的污染,安全高效。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种含有咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威的杀虫药膏,其特征是,所述杀虫药膏所述药膏由以下原料按其重量百分比配制而成:
咪鲜胺铜盐 1-55%,
涕灭威 1-55%,
助剂 余量;
所述咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威的质量比为1:7、1:4、4:1、7:1。
优选的,所述助剂由以下重量百分比的原料组成:
溶剂 5.0-40.0%,
粘着剂 4.0-10.0%,
填料 余量。
优选的,所述溶剂选自苯、甲苯、二甲苯、甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、异丁醇、环己酮、甲乙酮、异氟尔酮、吡咯烷酮、N- 甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲亚砜、2- 吡咯烷酮、环己酮中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述粘着剂选自聚醋酸乙酯、明胶、聚乙烯醇、丁苯胶乳、阿拉伯胶、海藻酸钠、黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、羧丙基纤维素钠、聚乙二醇、聚氧化乙烯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酰胺、可溶性淀粉、糊精、聚醋酸乙烯脂、香豆酮树脂、石油树脂、萘酚- 甲醛树脂中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述填料选自硅藻土、凹凸棒石粘土、膨润土、海泡石、高岭土、陶土、轻质碳酸钙、锯末粉、稻壳、烟草粉、胡桃壳粉、木质素、白炭黑中的一种或几种。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
第一,咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威混配后,可以克服咪鲜胺铜盐容易产生抗性的缺点,能拓宽药剂的使用范围,提高药效。对害虫的抗性治理有着重要的作用。
第二,咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威混配后,不仅保持了植物性杀虫剂的众多优点,而且混剂的用药量降低,药效大幅度提高,该混剂对天然杀虫剂的开发应用具有重要的意义。
第三,由于制备该类杀虫剂所需各物质的配伍及配比合理,可极大地减轻对各种害虫
天敌的毒害作用,对生态环境的污染小,有利于保护人畜安全。
具体实施方式
实施例1、48.0%咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威杀虫药膏
咪鲜胺铜盐6.0,涕灭威42.0,丙醇8.0,环已酮6.0,聚醋酸乙酯5.0,明胶5.0,陶土8.0,硅藻土20.0;将粘结剂、填料、溶剂混合后在常温搅拌下加入农药有效成分,成膏状液体并装罐。
实施例2、30.0%咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威杀虫药膏
咪鲜胺铜盐5.0,涕灭威25.0,异丁醇6.0,二甲基甲酰胺8.0,2-吡咯烷酮2.0,聚乙二醇10.0,轻质碳酸钙30.0,锯末粉14.0;将粘结剂、填料、溶剂混合后在常温搅拌下加入农药有效成分,成膏状液体并装罐。
实施例3、20.0%咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威杀虫药膏
咪鲜胺铜盐4.0,涕灭威16.0,2-吡咯烷酮4.0,丁醇4.0,甲乙酮6.0,糊精0.2,聚醋酸乙烯脂5.0,香豆酮树脂5.0,高岭土55.8;将粘结剂、填料、溶剂混合后在常温搅拌下加入农药有效成分,成膏状液体并装罐。
实施例4、30.0%咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威杀虫药膏
咪鲜胺铜盐10.0,涕灭威20.0,甲苯10.0,乙醇4.0,2-吡咯烷酮4.0,海藻酸钠8.0,黄原胶4.0,轻质碳酸钙40.0;将粘结剂、填料、溶剂混合后在常温搅拌下加入农药有效成分,成膏状液体并装罐。
实施例5、48.0%咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威杀虫药膏
咪鲜胺铜盐42.0,涕灭威6.0,异氟尔酮2.0,甲乙酮4.0,羧甲基纤维素钠0.5,海藻素钠9.5,稻壳5.0,烟草粉5.0,硅藻土26.0;将粘结剂、填料、溶剂混合后在常温搅拌下加入农药有效成分,成膏状液体并装罐。
实施例6、30.0%咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威杀虫药膏
咪鲜胺铜盐25.0,涕灭威5.0,异丁醇6.0,二甲基甲酰胺8.0,2-吡咯烷酮2.0,聚乙二醇10.0,轻质碳酸钙30.0,锯末粉14.0;将粘结剂、填料、溶剂混合后在常温搅拌下加入农药有效成分,成膏状液体并装罐。
实施例7、20.0%咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威杀虫药膏
咪鲜胺铜盐4.0,涕灭威16.0,2-吡咯烷酮4.0,丁醇4.0,甲乙酮6.0,糊精0.2,聚醋酸乙烯脂5.0,香豆酮树脂5.0,高岭土55.8;将粘结剂、填料、溶剂混合后在常温搅拌下加入农药有效成分,成膏状液体并装罐。
实施例8、室内混剂增效毒力测定
将各供试药剂分别配成相应浓度,用微量进样器从低浓度到高浓度吸取配好的农药,滴于光肩星天牛3龄幼虫的前胸背板,不同药剂之间用丙酮涮洗微量进样器,每头滴1 µL,每浓度30头,同时设置5%丙酮液做对照处理,24h观察幼虫死亡数。计算LC50值及毒力回归方程和共毒系数。共毒系数采用孙云沛法计算。
共毒系数CTC=100×实际混用的毒力指数/理论混用的毒力指数
当共毒系数明显大于100时,表明有增效作用;接近100,表示有相加作用;明显小于100,表明有拮抗作用。咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威各个配比混配对光肩星天牛有效致死中浓度LC50值按序(1:7、1:4、4:1、7:1)分别为20.15、22.84、26.47、25.09mg/mL;咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威各个配比混配的共毒系数按序(1:7、1:4、4:1、7:1)分别为139.47、127.63、120.94、130.28。咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威配比为1:7、1:4、4:1、7:1具有增效作用,其中配比为1:7、7:1时增效作用最明显。

1.一种含有咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威的杀虫药膏,其特征是,所述杀虫药膏所述药膏由以下原料按其重量百分比配制而成:
咪鲜胺铜盐 1-55%,
涕灭威 1-55%,
助剂 余量;
所述咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威的质量比为1:7、1:4、4:1、7:1。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的含有咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威的杀虫药膏,其特征是,所述助剂由以下重量百分比的原料组成:
溶剂 5.0-40.0%,
粘着剂 4.0-10.0%,
填料 余量。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含有咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威的杀虫药膏,其特征是,所述溶剂选自苯、甲苯、二甲苯、甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、异丁醇、环己酮、甲乙酮、异氟尔酮、吡咯烷酮、N- 甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲亚砜、2- 吡咯烷酮、环己酮中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的含有咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威的杀虫药膏,其特征是,所述粘着剂选自聚醋酸乙酯、明胶、聚乙烯醇、丁苯胶乳、阿拉伯胶、海藻酸钠、黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、羧丙基纤维素钠、聚乙二醇、聚氧化乙烯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酰胺、可溶性淀粉、糊精、聚醋酸乙烯脂、香豆酮树脂、石油树脂、萘酚- 甲醛树脂中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的含有咪鲜胺铜盐与涕灭威的杀虫药膏,其特征是,所述填料选自硅藻土、凹凸棒石粘土、膨润土、海泡石、高岭土、陶土、轻质碳酸钙、锯末粉、稻壳、烟草粉、胡桃壳粉、木质素、白炭黑中的一种或几种。
