The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the fishing bait is used, firstly, a fish attracting agent is placed on the bait disc 11, meanwhile, bait is hung on a fishhook on each fishing rod 2, the fishing bait is placed in a fishing area, a user can control the fishing bait to act through a remote control through the wireless connection device 7, and the motion direction of the fishing bait in the water area is controlled by controlling the starting and stopping of the four propeller motors 8; the angles between the four fishing rods 2 and the upright stanchion 1 are controlled by controlling the four fishing rod motors 10, so that the adjustment of a fishing area is finally realized, the angles between the four fishing rods 2 and the upright stanchion 1 are freely adjusted, the adjustability of the fishing rod is enhanced, and the fishing success rate of the fishing rod is improved; meanwhile, the positions of two fishhooks on each fishing rod 2 can be adjusted through the slider linear motor 14, so that the fishing adjustment range is further enlarged; the air bag of the invention can enable the invention to float on the water surface; the attractant disc 11 moves up and down under the driving of the attractant linear motor 16, so that the function of attracting fish is well realized; after the hooks on the four fishing rods 2 successfully catch the fish, the four fishing rods 2 are retracted by the fishing rod motor 10 as shown in fig. 5, and then the fishing net motor is started, so that the fishing net is ejected downwards from the annular fishing net launcher 15, namely, the vertical rod 1 of the invention is covered by the fishing net from top to bottom, and the caught fish is prevented from escaping.
