And when the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are detached, the driving button can be locked in the opening state, so that the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece can be detached without continuously pressing the driving button.
The locking device of the invention can be applied to various electronic products, and in order to facilitate the description of the locking device of the invention, a wearable device is taken as an example to describe the fastening structure and the locking principle between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece in detail. However, it should be noted that the locking device of the present invention may be applied not only to wearable devices, but also to other devices that require quick locking and quick removal, which are not listed here.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of VR glasses, which includes a main housing 1 (corresponding to the first connector described above), and components such as a circuit, a sensor, a chip, etc. of the VR glasses are disposed in the main housing 1. The VR glasses still include the battery compartment (corresponding above-mentioned second connecting piece) that is used for placing the electric core, and this battery compartment includes drain pan 20, epitheca 21, drain pan 20, epitheca 21 lock together, enclose the appearance chamber that is used for holding the electric core.
After the main shell 1 and the battery compartment in the VR glasses are assembled together, the battery core in the battery compartment can supply power for all devices in the main shell 1. When the battery cell is not powered, the battery compartment needs to be detached from the main casing 1 so as to expose the charging interface on the battery compartment, thereby charging the battery cell in the battery compartment. The battery compartment may be removed, and the battery core in the battery compartment may be replaced, or a new battery compartment may be directly replaced for the main casing 1.
The VR glasses of the present invention further comprise a buckle 4 provided on the main housing 1, and a driving button 3 for driving the buckle 4 to displace. Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the buckle 4 is rotatably connected in the main housing 1 through a rotation shaft, so that the buckle 4 can rotate along the rotation shaft in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. The rotation axis of the buckle 4 is taken as a boundary, one end of the buckle is a clamping end 40, and the other end is a driving end 41. A first elastic device 6 is disposed between the main housing 1 and the engaging end 40 of the buckle 4, so that the buckle 4 can be kept in a closed state under the elastic restoring force of the first elastic device 6 when no external force acts. The first elastic means 6 preferably employs a spring (tension spring) well known to those skilled in the art, one end of which is attachable to the main housing 1 and the other end of which is hung on a groove 400 provided in the side wall of the engaging end 40.
The driving end 41 of the buckle 4 is matched with the driving button 3, and the driving end 41 of the buckle 4 can be pushed by the driving button 3 so as to deflect the whole buckle 4. Fig. 5 shows an embodiment of the drive button 3 according to the invention, which comprises an exposed drive body 30, a guide rail 31 is arranged at the bottom end of the drive body 30, which guide rail 31 cooperates with the side wall of the main housing 1, so that the drive button 3 can be switched back and forth between an unlocking position and a closing position.
A driving rod 32 is further disposed at the bottom end of the driving body 30, and a driving slot 410 is disposed at the driving end 41 of the buckle 4. At the time of assembly, the driving rod 32 of the driving body 30 is inserted into the driving groove 410 of the buckle 4, thereby linking the driving button 3 with the buckle 4. If necessary, the driving body 30 can be pushed to act downwards, so that the driving rod 32 drives the buckle 4 to deflect clockwise around the rotating shaft as an axis, and the view direction of fig. 3 is referred to.
The VR glasses of the present invention are provided with an engaging portion for engaging with the engaging end 40 of the buckle 4 in the battery compartment. Specifically, referring to fig. 2, 4 and 6, the engaging portion is an engaging groove 200 provided on the bottom case 20, and in the closed state of the buckle 4, the engaging end 40 of the buckle 4 extends into the engaging groove 200 of the battery compartment, so as to engage the main housing 1 with the battery compartment.
In order to better fit the engaging groove 200 and the engaging end 40 together, the shape and size of the engaging end 40 correspond to the shape and size of the engaging groove 200. Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the end position of the engaging end 40 is provided with a hook portion 401, and the hook portion 401 may be regarded as an outward extension of the end position of the engaging end 40. In the closed state, the hook body 401 of the buckle 4 extends into the engaging groove 200 of the battery compartment and is matched with the engaging groove 200. And under the action of the first elastic device 6, the hook body 401 and the clamping groove 200 can be firmly matched together, so that the main shell 1 and the battery compartment are firmly clamped.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the surface of the hook body 401 contacting the engaging groove 200 is inclined (with respect to the installation direction of the main housing 1 and the battery compartment), so that the hook body 401 can be firmly combined with the engaging groove 200, and detachment of the hook body 401 from the engaging groove 200 due to vibration or falling can be prevented. The arrangement of the inclined plane in a matching way is also beneficial to the assembly of the battery compartment and the main shell 1. For example, when the buckle 4 is in a closed state, the battery compartment is inserted into the mounting groove of the main casing 1, and at this time, the inclined surface at the lower end of the battery compartment clamping groove 200 pushes the hook body 401 to rotate anticlockwise until the hook body 401 automatically falls into the clamping groove 200 and is clamped with the clamping groove 200 again.
In the above embodiment, the buckle 4 is rotatably connected to the main housing 1, and the combination and disengagement of the buckle 4 and the engaging groove 200 are achieved through the rotation or deflection of the buckle 4. The movement of the clasp 4 may also be translational, for example, the clasp 4 may be slidably fitted in the main housing 1 in a direction such that the clasp 4 may slide to and engage the position of the snap slot 200; the reverse sliding can realize the disengagement of the buckle 4 from the engaging groove 200, and the like, and will not be described in detail here.
When the driving button 3 is in the open state, the first elastic device 6 is pulled away, and if the force pushing the driving button 3 is lost, the driving button 3 and the buckle 4 will be restored under the elastic restoring force of the first elastic device 6. In order to keep the driving button 3 and the buckle 4 in an open state, the VR glasses of the invention are also provided with a limiting part 5 on the battery compartment.
Referring to fig. 2, 6 and 7, the limiting portion 5 may have a cylindrical shape, and includes a body 51, and a limiting head 50 and a limiting tail 52 respectively located at two ends of the body 51. The radial dimension of the body 51 is greater than the dimensions of the spacing head 50 and the spacing tail 52. A recess 210 is provided in the upper case 21 of the battery compartment, and the stopper 5 is installed in the recess 210 by the second elastic means 8.
Specifically, the body 51 and the limit tail 52 are located in the groove 210, and the limit head 50 protrudes from the battery compartment and is engaged with the buckle 4. The radial dimension of the body 51 is large, so that the body 51 and the limiting tail 52 can be limited in the groove 210. The second elastic means 8 may be other elastic members known to those skilled in the art, such as springs. One end of the spring is propped against the side wall of the groove 210, and the other end is sleeved on the limit tail 52 and propped against the side wall of the body 51.
Of course, it is not necessary for a person skilled in the art that the stop tail 52 is not necessary, and the second elastic means 8 can be arranged directly between the body 51 and the side wall of the recess 210, which is not described in detail here.
The limit part is configured as: in the closed state, the limit head 50 of the limit part 5 can be preloaded on the outer wall of the buckle 4 through the second elastic device 8; in the open state, the limiting head 50 of the limiting part 5 is matched with the limiting groove 402 arranged on the outer wall of the buckle 4 under the action of the second elastic device 8.
Referring to fig. 4, a limiting groove 402 is provided at the end position of the engaging end 40, for example, may be provided on the outer sidewall of the hook body 401. When the buckle 4 is pushed by the driving button 3 to deflect clockwise, the end of the limiting head 50 slides on the outer wall of the end 403 of the clamping end 40 until the limiting head 50 slides to the position of the limiting groove 402 when the buckle is in an open state, and enters into the limiting groove 402 under the action of the second elastic device 8, so that the buckle 4 is locked, and the buckle 4 and the driving button 3 are always kept in the open state. In order to smoothly slide the end of the stopper head 50 on the outer wall of the end 403, the outer wall of the end 403 is preferably curved.
At this time, the battery compartment can be detached from the main casing 1, and in the process of detachment, since the limiting portion 5 is mounted on the battery compartment, the limiting portion 5 is detached together with the battery compartment. That is, the limiting head 50 of the limiting portion 5 is separated from the limiting groove 402 of the engaging end 40 along with the disassembly of the battery compartment, and at this time, the engaging end 40 loses the limit of the limiting portion 5 and is reset under the action force of the first elastic device 6.
In order to smoothly disengage the stopper head 50 from the stopper groove 402 during the removal of the battery compartment, the mounting direction of the main casing 1 and the battery compartment preferably coincides with the fitting direction of the stopper groove 402 and the stopper head 50 in the open state. For example, referring to the view direction of fig. 3, the mounting direction of the main housing 1 and the battery compartment is in the vertical direction, and the mating direction of the limit groove 402 and the limit tail 52 is also in the vertical direction.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the pretensioning force of the second elastic means 8 in the snap-closed state is configured such that the battery compartment can be ejected from the main housing 1 when the snap 4 is in the open state. That is, when the buckle 4 is in the closed state, if the pretightening force of the second elastic device 8 is large enough at this time, when the buckle 4 is shifted from the closed state to the open state, the second elastic device 8 can eject the battery compartment from the main housing 1 by a certain distance, which is favorable for separation and disassembly of the battery compartment from the main housing 1.
According to the VR glasses, one end of the battery compartment and the main shell 1 can be clamped together or hinged together, and the VR glasses are determined according to actual needs.
For example, when the battery compartment needs to be completely separated from the main casing 1, one end of the battery compartment is clamped with the main casing 1. Referring to the view direction of fig. 1, a flange 210 is provided at an edge position on the left side of the upper case 21 (or the lower case 20), and a catching groove 10 for catching the flange 210 is provided at a corresponding position of the main case 1. When assembled, the flange 210 of the upper case 21 is inserted into and caught in the catching groove 10 of the main case 1. The right side of the battery compartment can be buckled with the main shell 1 through the buckle 4.
When the clasp 4 is transferred from the closed state to the open state, the second elastic means 8 eject the battery compartment a certain distance from the main housing 1. At this time, the battery compartment is not separated from the main casing 1 because the right side of the battery compartment is caught with the main casing 1. When disengagement is desired, the right side of the battery compartment can be held and rotated to the right to disengage the flange 210 from the card slot 10. The configuration of such engagement of the flange 210 with the slot 10 is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
According to the VR glasses, the battery bin and the main shell can be firmly clamped together through the clamping buckle and the clamping groove; when the driving button drives the buckle to be in the opening state, the limiting part can be matched with the buckle together, so that the buckle is always kept in the opening state, external force is not required to be applied to the driving button all the time, and the disassembly of the component is facilitated.
While certain specific embodiments of the invention have been described in detail by way of example, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above examples are for illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the above embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims.
