Description of the embodiments
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the invention is an arc-shaped strip seal for an outer shell 1, wherein an end cover 2 capable of being opened movably is arranged at one end of the outer shell 1, a switch setting button 3, a touch screen 4, a fingerprint identification 5 and the like are arranged at the other end of the outer shell 1, an inner support 13 is arranged in the outer shell 1, an elastic mechanism 12 is arranged between the outer shell 1 and the inner support 13, and a printing plate module is arranged in the inner support 13. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the printing plate module includes a printing plate support 14, a printing plate 8 with a rotary guide rail 16 is mounted on the printing plate support 14, a body motor 9 is arranged at the position of the rotary guide rail 16, the body motor 9 is connected to the printing plate support 14, a protection plate 17 is arranged on the printing plate 8, the printing plate 8 and the protection plate 17 are in a convex-concave matching structure, the printing plate 8 is in a convex-concave structure, the protection plate 17 is in a corresponding hollow structure (refer to fig. 5 and 6), the position, opposite to the printing plate 8, of the protection plate 17 (on the outer shell 1) is provided with ink paste paper 6, and a data port 7 can also be arranged on the printing plate support 14. The seal plate bracket 14 is also connected with a slide way 15 which can enable the seal plate module to turn over by 90 degrees, and the end part of the slide way 15 is opposite to the outlet of the outer shell 1 after the end cover 2 is opened. A limit metering sensor 11 is arranged at the joint of the elastic mechanism 12 and the inner support 13. The driving control module 10 is further arranged in the outer shell 1, and all electric mechanisms (including a switch setting button 3, a touch screen 4, fingerprint identification 5, a body motor 9, a data port 7, a limit metering sensor 11 and the like) in the seal are connected with the driving control module 10, so that intelligent control is realized through the driving control module 10.
The drive control module 10 may be arbitrarily designed according to the need, and referring to fig. 7, for example, may include a communication module, a power module, a battery, a control module, a GPS module, and the like. The communication module can be a WIFI, BLUETOOTH, GPRS module, can be one or a combination of a plurality of communication modes, and can be further expanded into other communication modes; the power supply module can provide a stable power supply for the system, comprises a working power supply and a wireless charging system for charging the storage battery, and the charging system can be expanded into a wired mode; the storage battery provides energy for the system; the identification module can comprise a fingerprint identification system, a touch screen system and the like, can carry out personnel and hierarchical identification by fingerprint identification or by inputting identification passwords through the touch screen, and can inquire information and use information of a user through the touch screen system and the button system to record the information; the control module is used for controlling the use of the seal through preset system parameters by collecting parameters such as identification module information, limit information, power supply information, machine body motor information, GPS information and the like. The system transmits data and uploads the data through the drive control module, so that the seal is ensured to be used in a controllable range.
The working principle is briefly described below.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 illustrates one mode of operation of the smart seal of the present invention. The identification can identify preset available personnel and personnel levels by inputting passwords through the fingerprint identification 5 and the touch screen 4, and further can identify the personnel through a camera sampling system so as to confirm effective use personnel and personnel grading information; the seal information can be inquired through the touch screen 4 and the switch setting button 3, and comprises company information, user information, times, time, places and the like. Further, if no effective personnel exist, the communication module can send out information, so that the effective personnel can be increased or the grading of the effective personnel can be changed.
After identification, the end cover 2 is opened, the seal shell body 1 is pressed down, the seal plate support 14 is driven to overturn through the slide way 15, the seal plate 8 is driven to overturn 90 degrees to the shell outlet, the elastic mechanism 12 is compressed, the seal plate contacts the limit metering sensor 11, sensor information is sent to the drive control module 10, the drive control module 10 judges data, the drive control module sends a signal to the body motor 9, the body motor 9 is started, the seal plate 8 ejects the protection plate 17 out through the rotary guide rail 16, and a convex positive pattern is formed on the seal plane to seal (refer to fig. 5).
After the stamping is finished, the stamp is loosened, the elastic mechanism 12 rebounds, the stamp plate support 14 is driven to overturn by 90 degrees through the slideway 15, the stamp is retracted into the stamp shell, meanwhile, the limit metering sensor 11 is reset, the motor 9 of the machine body is started, the stamp plate 8 is retracted to the position of the protection plate 17 through the rotary guide rail 16, the protruding positive text pattern on the stamp face disappears to form a planar structure (refer to fig. 6), the stamp face after overturning contacts with the inkpad paper 6 to supplement ink, and the continuous usability of the stamp plate is ensured.
When the intelligent seal is not authorized, the seal is in a locking state, the seal printing plate automatically retracts to the protection plate, the positive text pattern on the plane of the printing plate becomes a plane, and the seal cannot be stamped even if the seal is cracked by violence; after the verification is passed, the printing plate is ejected by sending out signal data, and the printing plate plane forms a raised positive seal pattern which can be further used. By adopting the seal, official seal authorization can be carried out by presetting or wireless real-time issuing methods such as personnel and personnel definition grading, standard use of the official seal is guaranteed, the seal plate still keeps a retracted state even if being damaged by violence in unauthorized, files cannot be stamped, in addition, the information of being damaged by violence can be timely transmitted back to an alarm, safety of the official seal is further guaranteed, and unnecessary troubles such as private use, illegal use of the seal and private use after the seal is lost can be effectively restrained.
