According to fig. 1 to 6, the quick assembling and disassembling device of the oven slide rail of the present invention comprises a connecting frame 1 and a rail body 2 which are installed on the inner walls of two sides of the oven body. The connecting frame 1 comprises a cross rod 11 and a longitudinal rod 12, an upper rail 21 of the rail body 2 is matched with the baking tray, and a lower rail 22 of the rail body 2 is provided with a connecting part for being arranged on the connecting frame 1. The connecting part comprises a slide guiding connecting piece 3 which can slide on the cross rod 11 along the same horizontal direction of the upper rail 21 and is clamped on the longitudinal rod 12, and a detachable elastic fastener 4 which can clamp or separate from the cross rod 11 and the longitudinal rod 12 along with the support of the slide guiding connecting piece 3 at the corner position of the cross rod 11 and the longitudinal rod 12, wherein the slide guiding connecting piece 3 and the detachable elastic fastener 4 are respectively arranged at the rear end and the front end of the lower rail 22.
When in installation, the sliding guide connecting piece 3 and the rail body 2 slide on the cross rod 11 of the rear end connecting frame 1 in the same horizontal plane and are clamped on the longitudinal rod 12; meanwhile, the detachable elastic fastener 4 is supported and installed on the bottoms of the cross rod 11 and the longitudinal rod 12 of the front end connecting frame 1 along with the sliding guide connecting piece 3 and is buckled upwards to be clamped on the cross rod 11 and the longitudinal rod 12 of the front end connecting frame 1, so that the detachable elastic fastener is convenient to install, realizes multidirectional clamping, and improves the connection stability; during disassembly, the detachable elastic fastener 4 swings downwards to be separated from the cross rod 11 and the longitudinal rod 12 of the front end connecting frame 1, and the sliding guide connecting piece 3 slides backwards to be separated from the cross rod 11 and the longitudinal rod 12 of the rear end connecting frame 1, so that the rail body 2 is separated from the connecting frame 1, the disassembly is convenient, the maintenance and the replacement are convenient, and the use effect of the oven is ensured.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the sliding guide connector 3 includes a guide groove 31 slidably connected to the cross bar 11 along the same horizontal direction as the upper rail 21, and a locking portion 32 locked to the vertical bar 12 as the guide groove 31 slides. The guide groove 31 is clamped on the cross bar 11 from top to bottom and is slidably connected with the cross bar 11. The assembly and disassembly are convenient, the connection mode of the rail 11 in line contact is avoided, the compressive strength is enhanced, the connection stability is improved, and the use quality of the sliding rail is ensured.
The ends of the engaging portions 32 are provided with guide slopes 33 for facilitating sliding of the side rails 12. Under the action of the guide inclined plane 33, the phenomenon of wrong installation is effectively avoided, the installation precision is improved, and the operation is convenient.
When in installation, the sliding guide connecting piece 3 is clamped on the cross rod 11 of the connecting frame 1 from top to bottom by utilizing the guide groove 31 and can slide along the cross rod 11 towards the longitudinal rod 12 at the rear end of the connecting frame 1. When the guide slope 33 reaches the predetermined position, the vertical rod 12 smoothly slides into the locking portion 32 and is firmly locked to the locking portion 32 along with the slide guide 3. Like this, at the guide slot 31 and the structure cooperation of joint portion 32 of direction connecting piece, enable the direction connecting piece along the horizontal and the vertical centre gripping of rail body 2 respectively on the horizontal pole 11 and the vertical pole 12 of link 1, it is convenient to install and remove, and the connection steadiness is strong, ensures slide rail quality of use.
Further, the inner surfaces of the engagement portions 32 are provided with respective elongated clip pieces 34 for supporting the bottom of the vertical rod 12 of the link 1. Simple structure, it is convenient to make, realizes upper and lower centre gripping on vertical pole 12, and increases the contact surface, improves contact stability, increases the centre gripping effect, ensures slide rail quality of use, guarantees oven normal use.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4 to 6, the detachable elastic fastening member 4 includes a support connection block 41 supported by the cross bar 11 and the side rail 12, and an elastic fastening arm 42 for clamping or separating the cross bar 11 and the side rail 12 while being engaged with or disengaged from the support connection block 41. The positioning end of the elastic fastening arm 42 is connected to the supporting connection block 41, and the movable end of the elastic fastening arm 42 swings upward or downward elastically with the positioning end as a fixed point. Wherein, the elastic fastening arm 42 is provided with a pulling block 43. The movable end of the elastic fastening arm 42 is provided with a fastening hole 44, and the support connection block 41 is provided with a fastening block 45 for fastening with the fastening hole 44. The pulling block 43 drives the elastic buckling arm 42 to swing upwards so that the elastic buckling arm 42 is buckled with the supporting connection block 41, and the pulling block 43 drives the elastic buckling arm 42 to swing downwards so that the elastic buckling arm 42 is separated from the supporting connection block 41.
That is, the fastening hole 44 of the elastic fastening arm 42 is firmly fastened with the fastening block 45 of the supporting connection block 41 under the elastic action of the elastic fastening arm 42, so that the detachable elastic fastener 4 is clamped on the connection frame 1, thereby fixing the lower rail 22 of the rail body 2 on the connection frame 1, facilitating installation, and improving connection stability. During disassembly, the elastic buckling arm 42 swings downwards, the buckling hole 44 is separated from the buckling block 45, the elastic buckling arm 42 is separated from the supporting connecting block 41, and the detachable elastic fastener 4 can be separated from the connecting frame 1, so that the rail body 2 is separated from the connecting frame 1, the disassembly is convenient, the maintenance and the replacement are convenient, and the use effect of the oven is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4 to 6, further details are provided on the movable end of the elastic fastening arm 42, a lateral limiting block 46 and a longitudinal limiting block 47. The lateral limiting block 46 and the support connecting block 41 form a lateral clamping position 48 for clamping the cross bar 11, and the longitudinal limiting block 47 and the support connecting block 41 form a longitudinal clamping position 49 for clamping the longitudinal bar 12.
When in installation, the transverse limiting block 46 and the longitudinal limiting block 47 respectively form a transverse clamping position 48 and a longitudinal clamping position 49 with the movable end of the elastic buckling arm 42 and the supporting connecting block 41, and the transverse clamping position 48 and the longitudinal clamping position 49 are respectively clamped on the transverse rod 11 and the longitudinal rod 12. The device is convenient to install, enhances the transverse and longitudinal clamping effects, and improves the use quality of the oven.
Wherein, the transverse limiting block 46 is obliquely connected to the elastic buckling arm 42 and is matched and connected with the outer edge of the cross bar 11. The transverse clamping area is enlarged, and the connection stability is improved.
And, the longitudinal limiting block 47 is provided with a longitudinal circular arc groove 410 which is connected with the outer edge of the longitudinal rod in a matching way. Convenient operation can accurately install again, strengthens the connection steadiness.
