Abstract

本发明公开一种新型吸油防滑地垫,包括面层和吸油层,面层由上防滑层和下防滑层构成,下防滑层为多孔结构,吸油层固定于上防滑层与下防滑层之间,由下至上吸油层包括至少一个粗纤维层和至少一个细纤维层,粗纤维层与细纤维层固定连接。本发明采用防滑层、吸油层、防滑层结构的吸油地垫,不但可以提高吸油地垫与地面的摩擦力,同时还具备较快的吸油率以及较高的保油率。

一种新型吸油防滑地垫
技术领域
本发明属于地垫技术领域,具体涉及一种新型吸油防滑地垫。
背景技术
随着社会工业化进程的不断深入,机械化大生产时代逐步到来,机械化生产过程中产生的废油、废液、危险品泄漏给人类生存和工作环境带来极大危害。发达国家已经把吸油材料作为劳保用品纳入生产管理,市场上吸油擦拭材料和吸油垫品种比较单一,吸油效果不佳,且没有防滑措施,不能满足更高的客户使用需求。因此,针对大面积的油泄漏,或长期无人看守但有油泄漏风险的场所,研发人员正极力开发一种在保证吸油效果的同时,人站立于吸油垫上工作或实施救援不会滑倒的吸油地垫。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种新型吸油防滑地垫,可以解决现有吸油地垫吸油效果差且没有防滑作用的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案:一种新型吸油防滑地垫,其特征在于:包括面层和吸油层,所述面层由上防滑层和下防滑层构成,所述下防滑层为多孔结构,所述吸油层固定于所述上防滑层与所述下防滑层之间,由下至上所述吸油层包括至少一个粗纤维层和至少一个细纤维层,所述粗纤维层与所述细纤维层固定连接。
本发明采用防滑层、吸油层、防滑层结构的吸油地垫,不但可以提高吸油地垫与地面的摩擦力,同时不会因为吸油地垫中吸油层的因素而导致工作人员不容易站立在该地垫上进行作业;且本发明中下防滑层采用多孔结构,不会妨碍地面油液进入吸油层;本发明中吸油层采用下层即与地面接触的那层为粗纤维层,上层为细纤维层,液体流向从粗纤维到细纤维的结构既保证了吸油率,又保证了其保油率,因此本发明所述的吸油地垫的吸油效果显著;此外,吸油层由多层吸油材料构成,通过将多层吸油材料固定,确保各层吸油材料之间不会产生相对滑移,进一步提高防滑地垫的吸油效果。
进一步地,所述粗纤维层与所述细纤维层沿对角线进行固定。通过对角线固定方式将粗纤维层与细纤维层固定可以保证粗纤维层与细纤维层贴合紧密,粗纤维层与细纤维层可以快速进行地面油液的吸附,进一步保证吸油速率。不采用对角线缝合导致粗纤维层与细纤维层中间空洞,在粗纤维快速吸油后,细纤维不能及时将油液吸收,导致后期吸油地垫的吸油速率不佳。
进一步地,所述下防滑层为聚乙烯防滑网格。聚乙烯防滑网格的厚度不大于0.5mm,所述聚乙烯防滑网格的网格边长不小于3mm。控制聚乙烯防滑网格的厚度以及网格的边长可以保证油液能够快速从聚乙烯防滑网格中渗入到吸油层中。同时,下防滑层采用网格形式,可以增大与地面的摩擦系数,提高防滑性能。
进一步地,所述上防滑层为防滑淋膜复合无纺布。防滑淋膜复合无纺布具备较好的防滑性,可以避免工作人员踩踏在吸油地垫上工作或实施救援打滑;同时防滑淋膜复合无纺布可以阻止油液渗透到表面,进一步起到防滑作用。
进一步地,所述粗纤维层为粗纤维聚丙烯针刺毡。所述细纤维层为细纤维聚丙烯熔喷无纺布。所述粗纤维层的长度大于所述细纤维层的长度。粗纤维层长度大于细纤维层长度,从而满足粗纤维层与面层固定连接,避免面层与吸油层之间相对滑动。
进一步地,所述防滑地垫还包括拎带。
进一步地,所述面层、吸油层以及拎带缝合固定。
本发明的有益效果:
1)本发明采用防滑层、吸油层、防滑层结构的吸油地垫,不但可以提高吸油地垫与地面的摩擦力,同时不会因为吸油地垫中吸油层的因素而导致工作人员不容易站立在该地垫上进行作业;
2)本发明中下防滑层采用多孔结构,不会妨碍地面油液进入吸油层,同时还提高与地面的防滑系数;
3)本发明中吸油层采用下层为粗纤维层,上层为细纤维层,液体流向从粗纤维层到细纤维层的结构既保证了吸油率,又保证了保油率,因此本发明所述的吸油地垫的吸油效果显著。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种新型吸油防滑地垫,如图1~2所示,包括面层和吸油层,其中面层由上防滑层1和下防滑层2构成,上防滑层1为防滑淋膜复合无纺布,下防滑层2为聚乙烯防滑网格。聚乙烯防滑网格的厚度为0.5mm,聚乙烯防滑网格的网格2.1边长为3×3mm。吸油层固定于上防滑层1与下防滑层2之间,由下至上吸油层包括一个粗纤维层3和一个细纤维层4(图1中箭头方向为油液流向),且粗纤维层3的长度大于细纤维层4的长度。其中粗纤维层3为粗纤维聚丙烯针刺毡,细纤维层4为细纤维聚丙烯熔喷无纺布。粗纤维层3与细纤维层4利用缝线6沿对角线缝合固定。面层上还缝制一条聚丙烯拎带5。
吸油地垫的制作工艺如下:首先将上防滑层与下防滑层的三边缝合固定,然后翻转面层,将缝合线头翻转至内层,形成一边开口的袋式结构。将粗纤维聚丙烯针刺毡与细纤维聚丙烯熔喷无纺布通过对角线缝合固定,然后放置于袋式结构中。粗纤维聚丙烯针刺毡的长度比细纤维聚丙烯熔喷无纺布的长度长,最后粗纤维聚丙烯针刺毡、面层以及聚丙烯拎带在袋式结构的开口处缝合固定。
需要说明的是,本实施例中采用一个粗纤维层和一个细纤维层构成吸油层。如果为了进一步提高吸油速率或者提高吸油量,可以增加粗纤维层。具体地,可以设置2层粗纤维层或者3层粗纤维层,再在最后1层粗纤维层上设置1层细纤维层;为了提高保油率还可以设置多层细纤维层,比如2层粗纤维层以及2层细纤维层,或者2层粗纤维层3层细纤维层等,可以根据实际吸油情况而定。

1.一种新型吸油防滑地垫,其特征在于:包括面层和吸油层,所述面层由上防滑层和下防滑层构成,所述下防滑层为多孔结构,所述吸油层固定于所述上防滑层与所述下防滑层之间,由下至上所述吸油层包括至少一个粗纤维层和至少一个细纤维层,所述粗纤维层与所述细纤维层固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种新型吸油防滑地垫,其特征在于:所述粗纤维层与所述细纤维层沿对角线进行固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种新型吸油防滑地垫,其特征在于:所述下防滑层为聚乙烯防滑网格。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种新型吸油防滑地垫,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯防滑网格的厚度不大于0.5mm,所述聚乙烯防滑网格的网格边长不小于3mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种新型吸油防滑地垫,其特征在于:所述上防滑层为防滑淋膜复合无纺布。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种新型吸油防滑地垫,其特征在于:所述粗纤维层为粗纤维聚丙烯针刺毡。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种新型吸油防滑地垫,其特征在于:所述细纤维层为细纤维聚丙烯熔喷无纺布。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种新型吸油防滑地垫,其特征在于:所述粗纤维层的长度大于所述细纤维层的长度。
9.根据权利要求1所述一种新型吸油防滑地垫,其特征在于:所述防滑地垫还包括拎带。
10.根据权利要求9所述一种新型吸油防滑地垫,其特征在于:所述面层、吸油层以及拎带缝合固定。
