Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to improve the success rate of network registration of a user terminal, the embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for processing network registration exception and the user terminal. The user terminal may be any terminal device including a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), a vehicle-mounted computer, and the like. The following describes embodiments of the present invention in detail.
The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to a flowchart of a first network registration exception handling method shown in fig. 1, the method is executed by a user terminal, and the method includes the following steps:
step S102, when network registration is performed through the first attach request and an attach reject message of the network side equipment is received, a second attach request is sent to the network side equipment, wherein an APN transmission identification bit of the first attach request carries an APN transmission identification, and an APN transmission identification bit of the second attach request is null.
The process of network registration is called attach, when the user terminal performs network registration, an attach request needs to be sent to the network side device first, the attach request may or may not carry an APN transfer identifier, if the attach request carries an APN transfer identifier, the network side device may obtain an APN parameter configured by the user terminal from the user terminal, and perform subsequent attach operation based on the APN parameter. If the attach request does not carry the APN transfer identity, i.e. the APN transfer identity bit in the attach request is empty, the network side device does not acquire the APN configured by the user terminal from the user terminal any more, but directly enables the default APN of the network side.
When the configuration of the APN parameter of the user terminal is wrong and the user terminal performs network registration through the first attach request carrying the APN transmission identifier, the network side equipment can acquire the wrong APN parameter configured by the user terminal from the user terminal, the wrong APN parameter can cause the network side equipment to fail in inspection, and the network side equipment sends an attach rejection message to the user terminal. Based on this, in this embodiment, when performing network registration through the first attach request and receiving an attach reject message of the network side device, the ue sends a second attach request with an APN transfer identity bit being empty to the network side device. Note that, the NULL here includes an APN transfer identification bit of 0 or NULL (not filled).
Thus, the network side device receives the attachment after receiving the second attachment request, activates the bearer on the network side, and sends an attachment receiving message carrying the APN parameter of the activated bearer to the user terminal.
Step S104, when receiving the attachment accepting message sent by the network side equipment, modifying the APN parameter of the user terminal according to the attachment accepting message.
The method comprises the steps that the APN parameters of activated bearing are carried in an attach receiving message sent by network side equipment to a user terminal, and when the user terminal receives the attach receiving message, the wrong APN parameters currently configured by the user terminal can be modified into the APN parameters of activated bearing.
Step S106, a registration completion message is sent to the network side equipment.
After the modification of the APN parameter of the user terminal is completed, a registration completion message may be sent to the network side device, so that the network side device determines that the current registration/attach procedure is completed.
In the method for processing network registration exception provided by the embodiment of the present invention, when a user terminal performs network registration through a first attach request carrying an APN transfer identifier and receives an attach reject message of a network side device, a second attach request with an APN transfer identifier bit being empty is sent to the network side device; when receiving the attachment accepting message sent by the network side equipment, modifying the APN parameter of the user terminal according to the attachment accepting message, and sending a registration completion message to the network side equipment. By the method, the second attachment request can be automatically sent when the user terminal is refused to attach by the network side equipment, and the second attachment request is different from the content carried by the previous first attachment request, so that the processing modes adopted by the network side equipment are different, the success rate of attachment can be improved, the network registration efficiency of the user terminal is improved, and the experience degree of the user using the user terminal is improved.
Further, the second attach request also carries a service type, and the bearer activated by the network side device corresponds to the service type; the service types include a web browsing service (also referred to as a common service), a multimedia message service, a 4G voice-over-bearer service, and the like.
In the network registration process of the user equipment, two types of bearers are usually involved, namely a default bearer and a dedicated bearer. Wherein the default bearer is created at the time of attachment and remains online for the lifetime of the network connection. In most cases, the quality of service involved with the default bearer is for user traffic that does not require special treatment and handling, such as Web browsing. Whereas a bearer created for an already existing network connection is called a proprietary bearer, which is activated as needed. For example, some voice applications, voice services, may need to transmit large amounts of data and thus require a certain bit rate to be guaranteed, while the default bearer cannot meet this requirement, in which case an attempt will be made to establish a proprietary bearer. When they are no longer needed, the proprietary bearer may be deactivated, such as when the voice call ends.
Based on the above, considering that the user frequently performs the web browsing service, the method further includes: and when the service type carried by the second attach request is a web browsing service, the APN parameter which is activated to carry is the APN parameter which is carried by default. In addition, for the multimedia message service and the 4G bearer voice service corresponding to the special bearer, the method further comprises the following steps: when the Service type is a Multimedia message Service, the APN parameter of the activated bearer is an MMS (Multimedia message Service) APN parameter; when the service type is 4G bearer voice service, the APN parameter of the activated bearer is an IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) APN parameter. By the parameter setting mode, on the basis of meeting different service requirements, a bearing mode corresponding to a lower flow charge can be adopted as much as possible, and the flow overhead of the user terminal is reduced.
Example two:
fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a second network registration exception handling method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is executed by a user terminal, and a registration process at a mobile terminal side is specifically described in the method. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
step S202, sending a first attach request to a network side device, where an APN transfer identity is carried by an APN transfer identity of the first attach request. That is, the attach request sent by the ue to the network side device carries the APN transfer identity.
Step S204, when receiving an APN acquisition request sent by a network side device, sending a response message to the network side device, wherein the response message includes APN parameters configured by a user terminal. The present invention is directed to the case where the APN configuration of the ue is incorrect, that is, the APN parameter herein is an APN parameter of the APN configuration error of the ue.
Step S206, receiving ESM information sent by the network side device. The ESM information here is rejection information returned to the user terminal according to a response message sent by the user terminal after the network side device receives the response message.
In step S208, the rejection reason is extracted from the ESM information. The ESM information carries the rejection reason, and the rejection reason can be obtained by analyzing the ESM information.
Step S210, when the reject reason is as follows, determining that the attach reject message of the network side device is received: the APN parameter is lost, the APN parameter cannot be identified, and the service corresponding to the APN parameter is not signed. The lost APN parameter and the APN parameter cannot identify a code 27(Missing or unknown APN) corresponding to the existing error cause list, and a service corresponding to the APN parameter is not signed and corresponds to a code 33(Requested service option not supported).
Step S212, sending a second attach request with an empty APN transfer identification bit to the network side device, where the second attach request carries a web browsing service. And after receiving the second attachment request, the network side equipment activates the default bearer and sends an attachment accepting message carrying the APN parameters of the activated bearer to the mobile terminal.
Step S214, receiving the attach accept message sent by the network side device.
Step S216, extracting the APN parameter of the default load from the attachment accepting message, and modifying the APN parameter of the user terminal into the APN parameter of the default load.
Step S218, a registration completion message is sent to the network side device.
And step S220, carrying out data transmission by adopting the modified APN parameters of the user terminal. That is, the user terminal performs data transmission with the LTE network using the modified APN parameter of the user terminal.
The network registration exception handling method provided by the embodiment of the invention sends an attach request carrying an APN (access point name) transmission identifier to network side equipment; when receiving an attach rejection message of a network side device, sending a second attach request with an empty APN transmission identification bit to the network side device, wherein the second attach request carries a web browsing service; receiving an attachment accepting message sent by network side equipment, extracting APN parameters of a default bearer from the attachment accepting message, and modifying the APN parameters of a user terminal into the APN parameters of the default bearer; and after sending a registration completion message to the network side equipment, carrying out data transmission by adopting the modified APN parameter of the user terminal.
Example three:
referring to a flow chart of a third method for handling network registration exception shown in fig. 3, a user terminal is used as a mobile phone, a network device is replaced by an LTE network, and an interaction process between the mobile phone and the LTE network is mainly shown, which specifically includes the following steps:
step S302, the mobile phone initiates a mobility attachment request to the LTE network. The mobility attach request is an attach request carrying an APN transfer identity.
Step S304, the LTE network sends APN acquisition request to the mobile phone.
Step S306, the mobile phone returns a response message carrying the APN parameter to the LTE network.
Step S308, the LTE network checks the APN parameters and the APN check fails. The LTE network checks whether the APN parameter is consistent with the default APN parameter, if not, the APN check fails; if the APN is consistent, the APN check is successful.
Step S310, the LTE network sends an attachment rejection message to the mobile phone.
Step S312, the mobile phone sends an attach request with an APN transfer identification bit empty to the LTE network.
Step S314, the LTE network accepts the attach and activates the default bearer.
Step S316, the mobile phone sends an attach complete message to the LTE network.
Step S318, the mobile phone performs data transmission with the LTE network.
According to the network registration exception handling method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the attach request with the empty APN transmission identification bit is sent to the LTE network, the APN parameter of the mobile phone is modified into the default loaded APN parameter after the attach accepting message sent by the LTE network is received, and the registration finishing message is sent to the LTE network, so that the LTE network registration is finished, the next attach process can still be automatically initiated when the APN parameter configuration of the mobile phone is wrong, and the attach request in the attach process does not carry the APN transmission identification, so that the LTE network accepts the attachment and activates the default load, further the LTE network registration is finished, and the network registration experience degree of a user is improved.
