Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a production test method and device for an intelligent module of the Internet of things, which can improve the test efficiency.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a production test method for an intelligent module of an internet of things, including:
acquiring a product serial number of a current Internet of things intelligent module to be detected;
detecting whether a wireless fidelity WiFi hotspot named by the product serial number exists, if so,
acquiring the signal intensity of the WiFi hotspot, connecting the WiFi hotspot, and determining that the WiFi connection function of the current intelligent module of the Internet of things to be tested is normal when the IP address allocated by the current intelligent module of the Internet of things to be tested is acquired;
playing preset activation information;
and determining whether the voice recognition and voice broadcast functions of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested are normal or not according to the response result of the microphone and the playing equipment connected with the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested to the activation information.
Preferably, the first and second electrodes are formed of a metal,
after the obtaining of the product serial number of the current internet of things intelligent module to be tested and before the detecting whether the wireless fidelity WiFi hotspot named by the product serial number exists, the method further includes:
sending a serial port communication test instruction to the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested;
judging whether reply information sent by the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested according to the serial port communication test instruction is received; if so, determining that the serial port communication of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is normal; if not, determining that the serial port communication of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is abnormal.

when the current IOT intelligent module to be tested is tested independently,
before the playing the preset activation information, further comprising: performing sound insulation treatment between a first microphone and a second microphone in the microphones connected with the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested;

if not, ending the current flow;
if so, controlling a second channel player connected with the second microphone to play the activation information to the second microphone, so that the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested performs voice recognition detection on the second microphone according to the second serial port instruction, and determining whether the playing equipment plays target information corresponding to the activation information; if so, determining that the voice broadcasting function of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is normal, otherwise, determining that the function is abnormal;
receiving a detection result aiming at the second microphone, which is sent by the current Internet of things intelligent module to be detected;
judging whether the detection result of the second microphone is normal or not;
if not, ending the current flow;
and if so, determining that the voice recognition function of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is normal.

confirm whether speech recognition and the voice broadcast function of present thing networking intelligent object that awaits measuring are normal after, further include:
and sending a User Datagram Protocol (UDP) data packet to the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested, so that the Internet of things intelligent module is switched from a factory mode to a User mode after receiving the UDP data packet.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a production testing apparatus for an intelligent module of an internet of things, including:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the product serial number of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be detected;
the detection unit is used for detecting whether the wireless fidelity WiFi hotspot named by the product serial number exists or not, and if so, the first processing unit is triggered;
the first processing unit is used for acquiring the signal intensity of the WiFi hotspot, connecting the WiFi hotspot with the signal intensity, and determining that the WiFi connection function of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is normal when the IP address allocated by the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is acquired;
and the second processing unit is used for playing preset activation information and determining whether the voice recognition and voice broadcast functions of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested are normal or not according to the response result of the microphone and the playing equipment which are connected with the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested to the activation information.

The embodiment of the invention provides a production test method and a production test device for an intelligent module of the internet of things, which are used for automatically testing the WiFi connection function of the intelligent module of the internet of things to be tested according to the product serial number of the intelligent module of the internet of things to be tested by acquiring the product serial number of the intelligent module of the internet of things to be tested at present, and then testing the voice recognition function and the voice broadcasting function of the intelligent module of the internet of things to be tested according to the response result of a microphone and playing equipment connected with the intelligent module of the internet of things to be tested to the activation information by playing preset activation information. Because whole testing process is integration automatic completion, and no longer be responsible for different functional test respectively by different stations, also no longer adopt artifical mode to test moreover, consequently, this scheme can improve efficiency of software testing.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer and more complete, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention, and based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts belong to the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a production test method for an intelligent module of an internet of things, where the method may include the following steps:
step 101: and acquiring a product serial number of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested.
Step 102: and detecting whether a WiFi hotspot named by the product serial number exists, if so, executing a step 103, and otherwise, ending the current process.
Step 103: and acquiring the signal intensity of the WiFi hotspot, connecting the WiFi hotspot with the WiFi hotspot, and determining that the WiFi connection function of the current intelligent module of the Internet of things to be detected is normal when the IP address allocated by the current intelligent module of the Internet of things to be detected is acquired.
Step 104: playing preset activation information, and determining whether the voice recognition and voice broadcast functions of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested are normal or not according to the response result of a microphone and playing equipment connected with the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested to the activation information.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the product serial number of the current to-be-tested intelligent module of the internet of things is acquired, then the test of the WiFi connection function of the current to-be-tested intelligent module of the internet of things can be automatically completed according to the product serial number, and then the test of the voice recognition and voice broadcasting functions of the current to-be-tested intelligent module of the internet of things can be completed according to the response result of the microphone and the playing device connected with the current to-be-tested intelligent module of the internet of things to the activation information by playing the preset activation information. Because whole testing process is integration automatic completion, and no longer be responsible for different functional test respectively by different stations, also no longer adopt artifical mode to test moreover, consequently, this scheme can improve efficiency of software testing.
In order to detect whether the serial port communication of the current internet of things smart module to be tested is normal, after step 101 and before step 102, the method may further include:
sending a serial port communication test instruction to the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested;
judging whether reply information sent by the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested according to the serial port communication test instruction is received;
if so, determining that the serial port communication of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is normal;
if not, determining that the serial port communication of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is abnormal.
The reply information can carry the WiFi software filing number, so that whether the WiFi software filing number of the current to-be-tested Internet of things intelligent module is correct or not can be detected while the serial port communication is tested to be normal or not.
For example, after a serial port communication test instruction is sent out, if reply information sent by the current to-be-tested intelligent module of the internet of things is received, the fact that the transceiving function of the serial port of the current to-be-tested intelligent module of the internet of things is normal is indicated, and therefore it is determined that serial port communication is normal; if the reply information is not received, on one hand, the current to-be-tested intelligent module of the internet of things cannot receive the serial port test instruction, and the receiving function of the serial port is abnormal, on the other hand, the current to-be-tested intelligent module of the internet of things receives the serial port test instruction, but the reply information is not sent, and the sending function of the serial port is abnormal, but the serial port communication is abnormal in any aspect.
For example, after a serial port communication test instruction is sent, reply information sent by the current internet of things intelligent module to be tested is received, and the reply information carries a WiFi software archive number, and by analyzing, whether the analyzed WiFi software archive number is consistent with a corresponding program programming is judged, for example, DKRJ739 of the program programming is also DKRJ739, and due to the consistency, the WiFi software archive number of the current internet of things intelligent module to be tested is detected to be correct.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the current internet of things intelligent module to be tested is tested separately, before the step 104, the method further includes: performing sound insulation treatment between a first microphone and a second microphone in the microphones connected with the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested;

if so, controlling a second channel player connected with the second microphone to play the activation information to the second microphone, so that the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested performs voice recognition detection on the second microphone according to the second serial port instruction, and determining whether the playing equipment plays target information corresponding to the activation information; if so, determining that the voice broadcasting function of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is normal, otherwise, determining that the function is abnormal;
receiving a detection result aiming at the second microphone, which is sent by the current Internet of things intelligent module to be detected;
judging whether the detection result of the second microphone is normal or not;
if not, ending the current flow;
and if so, determining that the voice recognition function of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is normal.
For example, the first sound channel player is a left sound channel player, and the first microphone is a left microphone, that is, the left sound channel player is controlled to play activation information to the left microphone at first, and a first serial port instruction is sent to the current internet of things intelligent module to be tested, so that the second microphone (i.e., the right microphone) does not receive the activation information played by the left sound channel player because the left microphone and the right microphone are subjected to sound insulation processing, and thus after the current internet of things intelligent module to be tested receives the first serial port instruction, when it is detected that voice recognition is performed, it is determined that a hardware circuit of the left microphone of the current internet of things intelligent module to be tested is normal; if the hardware circuit of the right microphone of the current to-be-detected Internet of things intelligent module is detected to be normal, the fact that the voice recognition function of the current to-be-detected Internet of things intelligent module is normal is explained; no matter whether the detection is carried out on the left microphone or the right microphone, when the target information corresponding to the activation information is played by the playing device connected with the current Internet of things intelligent module to be detected, the voice broadcasting function of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be detected is normal.
The left and right microphones of the current to-be-detected Internet of things intelligent module are subjected to sound insulation treatment, the left channel player connected with the left channel player is ensured to be used as the only playing source of the left microphone, and the right channel player is used as the only playing source of the right microphone, so that whether hardware circuits of the left and right microphones on the current to-be-detected Internet of things intelligent module are normal or not can be accurately detected.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the current internet of things intelligent module to be tested is installed in an intelligent household appliance for a complete machine test, the method further includes: determining whether the playing equipment connected with the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested plays start information or not within a preset time after the intelligent household appliance is powered on; if so, determining that the voice broadcasting function of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is normal; if not, determining that the voice broadcasting function of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is abnormal;
specific embodiments of the step 104 may include: determining whether the playing device plays target information corresponding to the activation information; if so, determining that the voice recognition function of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is normal, otherwise, determining that the voice recognition function of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is abnormal.
Firstly, before the complete machine test is carried out, the intelligent household appliance needs to be powered on, then voice broadcasting can be carried out after the intelligent household appliance is started, if ' welcome to use a passenger-starting air conditioner ', if the playing device on the intelligent household appliance can broadcast, the voice broadcasting function of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested in the intelligent household appliance is normal, then if preset activation information is played, if the passenger-starting air conditioner ' (can be broadcast for a plurality of times in a circulating way), if the playing device on the intelligent household appliance broadcasts ' starting ', the voice recognition function of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is still normal after the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is loaded into the complete machine, if the playing device does not broadcast, the voice recognition function of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is abnormal.
In this embodiment of the present invention, when the current internet of things intelligent module to be tested is installed in an intelligent household appliance for a complete machine test, after step 104, the method further includes: and sending a user data packet protocol (UDP) data packet to the current intelligent module of the Internet of things to be detected, so that the intelligent module of the Internet of things is switched from a factory mode to a user mode after receiving the UDP data packet.
In each of the above embodiments, no matter the WiFi connection function, the voice recognition function, or the voice broadcast function of the current to-be-tested internet of things intelligent module is tested, the current to-be-tested internet of things intelligent module is in the factory mode, so after the test is completed, the mode of the current to-be-tested internet of things intelligent module needs to be converted and adjusted to the user mode.
The following will describe in detail a production test method for an intelligent module of the internet of things provided by an embodiment of the present invention, taking an example of testing the intelligent module of the internet of things alone, as shown in fig. 2, the method may include the following steps:
step 201: and the current Internet of things intelligent module A to be tested is respectively connected with the antenna, the left microphone, the right microphone and the loudspeaker and is powered on through the tool.
Step 202: and obtaining the product serial number of A.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the product serial number of a is obtained, the serial number is compared with each previously operated product serial number one by one, so as to ensure that an internet of things intelligent module corresponds to a unique product serial number, and in addition, a series of abnormal judgments are performed on the product serial number of a according to a preset rule (for example, the product serial number should not contain a lower case letter) to judge the format of the product serial number, so that when it is determined that the product serial number of a is not operated and the format is correct, step 203 is executed.
Step 203: and sending a serial port communication test instruction to A.
Step 204: and judging whether reply information sent by the A according to the serial port communication test instruction is received, if so, executing the step 205, otherwise, executing the step 206.
For example, the reply message may carry the WiFi archive number of a, so as to determine whether the WiFi archive number is consistent with the program pre-programmed.
Step 205: and determining that the serial port communication of the A is normal, and executing step 207.
After determining that the serial port communication of a is normal, entering a network connection state, that is, executing step 207.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the sound insulation box may be utilized to perform sound insulation processing on the left microphone and the right microphone, so as to ensure that the activation information played by the left channel player is received only by the left microphone, and the right microphone played by the right channel player is received only by the right microphone.

In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to improve the accuracy of the test, the preset activation information may be played to the microphone according to the preset playing times and the time interval cycle, for example, the playing times may be set to 10 times, and the time interval may be set to 2.5 seconds.
Step 211: and receiving the detection result sent by A and aiming at the left microphone.
Step 212: and judging whether the detection result for the left microphone is normal or not, if so, executing the step 213 and the step 217 respectively, and otherwise, ending the current process.
And when the detection result of the left microphone is judged to be abnormal, the abnormal voice recognition function of the current Internet of things intelligent module A to be detected is explained.
Step 213: and controlling the connected right channel player to play the activation information to the right microphone and sending a second serial port instruction to the A.
As with the control of the left channel player, the loop playback can be performed according to the preset playback times and time intervals.
Step 214: and receiving the detection result sent by A and aiming at the right microphone.
Step 215: and judging whether the detection result for the right microphone is normal or not, if so, executing the step 216, and if not, ending the current process.
And when the detection result of the right microphone is judged to be abnormal, the abnormal voice recognition function of the current intelligent module of the Internet of things to be detected is explained.
Step 216: and determining that the speech recognition function of the A is normal.
Step 217: determining whether the loudspeaker plays target information corresponding to the activation information; if so, step 218 is performed, otherwise, step 219 is performed.
By sending the related serial port instruction to the A, whether the hardware circuits of the left microphone and the right microphone of the A are respectively normal can be accurately determined, and whether the voice recognition function of the A is normal can also be determined. In addition, if the speaker can play the corresponding target information after playing the preset playing information, it indicates that the voice broadcasting function of a is also normal.
For example, if the preset number of times of playing is 10 times, after the left channel player is controlled to play 10 times (at this time, it is determined that the left microphone of a is normal), the speaker does not play the target information, and thus it is determined that the voice broadcast function of a is abnormal.
Step 218: and determining that the voice broadcast function of the A is normal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the time for independently testing the intelligent module of the Internet of things is about 45 seconds, so that the testing time is greatly shortened, and the testing efficiency is improved.
Step 219: and determining that the voice broadcast function of the A is abnormal.
The method for producing and testing the intelligent module of the internet of things provided by the embodiment of the invention is described in detail below by taking an example of loading the intelligent module of the internet of things into an intelligent air conditioner for complete machine testing, as shown in fig. 3, the method may include the following steps:
step 301: and determining whether the loudspeaker connected with the B plays the starting information 'welcome to use the passenger-starting air conditioner' within a preset time after the intelligent air conditioner is powered on, if so, executing the step 302, otherwise, executing the step 303.
The current to-be-tested Internet of things intelligent module B is loaded into the whole machine in advance, and the current to-be-tested Internet of things intelligent module is connected with an electronic control unit (also loaded into the whole machine).
Step 302: it is determined that the voice broadcast function of B is normal, and step 304 is performed.
Step 303: and determining that the voice broadcasting function of the B is abnormal, and finishing the current flow.
Step 304: and obtaining the product serial number of the B.
In the embodiment of the invention, the product serial number acquired at the moment is acquired from the outer label of the intelligent air conditioner and is compared with the product serial number written in the program after the product serial number is acquired, so that the product serial number acquired at the moment is ensured to be consistent with the product serial number on the outer label of the B.
Step 305: and detecting whether a WiFi hotspot named by the product serial number of B exists, if so, executing a step 306, and otherwise, ending the current flow.
Step 306: and acquiring the signal intensity of the WiFi hotspot, connecting the WiFi hotspot, and determining that the WiFi connection function of the B is normal when the IP address distributed by the B is acquired.
Step 307: and sending a first UDP data packet to B, so that B detects whether the electronic control is matched with the connected electronic control and whether the serial port line connected with the electronic control is normal according to the first UDP data packet.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether the B is matched with the connected electric control needs to be detected, namely whether the information interacted with the electric control can be analyzed by the B and whether the serial port line connection between the B and the electric control is normal or not needs to be detected.
Step 308: and receiving the detection result sent by the B.
Step 309: and playing preset activation information 'air conditioner for starting a passenger'.
Step 310: it is determined whether the speaker is playing "powered on", if so, step 311 is performed, otherwise, step 312 is performed.

The preset activation information is played for detection, only 10 seconds of detection time are needed approximately, the testing efficiency is greatly improved, and therefore the production efficiency of the intelligent air conditioner is also improved.
Step 312: and determining that the speech recognition function of the B is abnormal, and ending the current process.
Step 313: and sending a second UDP packet to B to enable B to switch the mode from the factory mode to the user mode.
And after the current to-be-tested Internet of things intelligent module B is tested independently and the test after the current to-be-tested Internet of things intelligent module B is loaded into a complete machine is completed, switching the original factory mode of the module B to a user mode.
In the embodiment of the invention, the time for carrying out the whole machine test is about 10 seconds.
As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a production testing apparatus for an intelligent module of an internet of things, including:
the acquiring unit 401 is configured to acquire a product serial number of a current internet of things intelligent module to be detected;
a detecting unit 402, configured to detect whether there is a WiFi hotspot named by the product serial number, and if so, trigger a first processing unit 403;

When the device is used, the name of the corresponding wireless network card can be selected in advance, or a wireless USB (Universal Serial Bus) network card is needed.
As shown in fig. 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, further comprising: a serial port test unit 501, configured to send a serial port communication test instruction to the current internet of things intelligent module to be tested; judging whether reply information sent by the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested according to the serial port communication test instruction is received; if so, determining that the serial port communication of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is normal; if not, determining that the serial port communication of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is abnormal.
As shown in fig. 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, when the current intelligent module of the internet of things to be tested is tested separately, the method further includes: the sound insulation processing unit 601 is configured to perform sound insulation processing between a first microphone and a second microphone in the microphones connected to the current internet of things intelligent module to be tested before the control unit plays the preset activation information;
the second processing unit 404 is configured to control the connected first channel player to play the activation information to the first microphone, and send a first serial port instruction to the current internet of things intelligent module to be tested, so that the current internet of things intelligent module to be tested performs voice recognition detection on the first microphone according to the first serial port instruction;
receiving a detection result aiming at the first microphone, which is sent by the current Internet of things intelligent module to be detected;
judging whether the detection result of the first microphone is normal or not;
if not, ending the current flow;
if so, controlling a second channel player connected with the second microphone to play the activation information to the second microphone, so that the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested performs voice recognition detection on the second microphone according to the second serial port instruction, and determining whether the playing equipment plays target information corresponding to the activation information; if so, determining that the voice broadcasting function of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is normal, otherwise, determining that the function is abnormal;
receiving a detection result aiming at the second microphone, which is sent by the current Internet of things intelligent module to be detected;
judging whether the detection result of the second microphone is normal or not;
if not, ending the current flow;
and if so, determining that the voice recognition function of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is normal.
As shown in fig. 7, in an embodiment of the present invention, when the current internet of things intelligent module to be tested is installed in an intelligent household appliance for a complete machine test, the method further includes: a third processing unit 701, configured to determine whether the playback device connected to the current internet of things intelligent module to be tested plays start information within a preset time after the intelligent appliance is powered on; if so, determining that the voice broadcasting function of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is normal; if not, determining that the voice broadcasting function of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is abnormal;
the second processing unit 404 is configured to determine whether the playback device plays back target information corresponding to the activation information; if so, determining that the voice recognition function of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is normal, otherwise, determining that the voice recognition function of the current Internet of things intelligent module to be tested is abnormal.
As shown in fig. 8, in an embodiment of the present invention, when the current internet of things intelligent module to be tested is installed in an intelligent household appliance for a complete machine test, the method further includes:
a data packet sending unit 801, configured to send a user data packet protocol UDP data packet to the current internet of things intelligent module to be tested, so that after receiving the UDP data packet, the internet of things intelligent module switches from a factory mode to a user mode.

The embodiment of the invention provides a computer-readable medium, which comprises a computer execution instruction, wherein when a processor of a storage controller executes the computer execution instruction, the storage controller executes a production test method of an intelligent module of the internet of things in any embodiment.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a storage controller, including: a processor, a memory, and a bus; the memory is used for storing computer execution instructions, the processor is connected with the memory through the bus, and when the storage controller runs, the processor executes the computer execution instructions stored in the memory, so that the storage controller executes the production test method of the intelligent module of the internet of things in any embodiment.
In summary, the embodiments of the present invention have at least the following advantages:
1. in the embodiment of the invention, the product serial number of the current to-be-tested intelligent module of the internet of things is acquired, then the test of the WiFi connection function of the current to-be-tested intelligent module of the internet of things can be automatically completed according to the product serial number, and then the test of the voice recognition and voice broadcasting functions of the current to-be-tested intelligent module of the internet of things can be completed according to the response result of the microphone and the playing equipment which are connected with the current to-be-tested intelligent module of the internet of things and the playing equipment to the activation information by playing the preset. Because whole testing process is integration automatic completion, and no longer be responsible for different functional test respectively by different stations, also no longer adopt artifical mode to test moreover, consequently, this scheme can improve efficiency of software testing.
2. In the embodiment of the invention, the left and right microphones of the current intelligent module of the internet of things to be tested are subjected to sound insulation treatment, so that the connected left channel player is ensured to be used as the only playing source of the left microphone, and the right channel player is used as the only playing source of the right microphone, and whether hardware circuits of the left and right microphones on the current intelligent module of the internet of things to be tested are normal or not can be accurately detected.
3. In the embodiment of the invention, the testing time is shortened, the testing efficiency is improved, the testing process is simplified and the testing efficiency is improved by automatically testing the intelligent module of the internet of things.
