Abstract

有磁力触点式自动开关的电热部件(4)由电热管和有进出水接头的水流通道并在水流通道的进水口设置有磁力触点式自动开关和熔铸铝构成,电热管在水流通道之外,通过熔铸方式或焊接方式或机械方式牢固连接为一体;电热部件(4)无论任何时候有水流过时,立即对流过的水进行加热。

技术领域
本发明涉及有磁力触点式自动开关的电热部件,主要涉及电热水器、中央热水器、太阳能热水器、中央空调辅助加热器、电热水锅炉、饮水机、开水器、小厨宝等水加热装置所用的电热部件。
背景技术
现有用于加热水装置的电热部件,全部都是浸泡在水中,这种结构容易产生水垢,腐蚀金属管造成漏电伤人;同时需要另外设置控制元件,才能实现接通或断开;本专利申请所述产品是一种全新结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种有磁力触点式自动开关的电热部件,使电加热部件实现自动接通或断开。
本发明的技术措施:
所述电热部件4由电热管1和有进出水接头的水流通道2和在水流通道的进水口设置有磁力触点式自动开关3和熔铸铝5构成,或者将磁力触点式自动开关3做为独立部件,再与电热管1和水流通道2连接为一体,电热管设在水流通道之外;所述磁力触点式自动开关3,由非磁性本体3-1,其内有孔3-1/1孔中有永磁铁3-2,相隔离的孔中有永磁铁3-3,孔的侧壁上有永磁铁3-9,微动开关3-4中有动触点3-5、静触点3-6、推动件3-7、弹簧3-8构成,永磁铁3-2和永磁铁3-3安装时,磁力方向相反,二者相互排斥,所述自动开关是当有水流动时,推动永磁铁3-2移动,永磁铁3-3就使推动件3-7移动,动触点3-5就变换位置,与另一个静触点相接触,并使电热管1自动接通,关水时自动断开;所述电热管1是装在玻璃套管之内,空气中的碳纤维管或卤素管或合金电热丝在空气中发热发光的光波电热管,或是用熔铸的铝水将金属管内有电热丝,用氧化镁隔离绝缘的电热管1和水流通道2熔铸为一体;或是将电热管1和水流通道2焊接或熔接在一起,在水流通道2的外表面烧结纳米稀土发热材料制作的电热管或者用云母板夹住电热丝,两侧外部有水流通道2,或是在非金属管外涂导电材料,内部通水构成的电热管,或是氧化铝陶瓷发热体制成的电热管,以上结构在水流通道进水端都装有磁力触点式自动开关,该自动开关能确保有水流动时,立即使电热管接通。
本发明的有益效果是采用有磁力触点式自动开关的电热部件有水流动时即刻自动接通加热可使现有产品不结水垢,不漏电,数倍增加产热水量。

附图中,电热管1、水流通道2、磁力触点式自动开关3、有磁力触点式自动开关的电热部件4、熔铸铝5。
图1、图2、图4是有磁力触点式自动开关的电热部件;图6至图8是在电热水器上应用实例,电热部件4不能安装在储水容器之内;无论任何时候有水流过时,立即对流过的水进行加热;图5是电路连接图,图示电路未联通。
图9图10是磁力触点式自动开关,做成单独组件的结构图在非磁性本体内有二块磁性体是相互排斥的;图1图2是电热管,水流通道,自动开关熔铸合为一体的结构图;图4是组合式结构图;所述电热管1是指通电发热的构件可选用如下结构,图11中电热管1是装在玻璃套管之内,空气中的碳纤维管或卤素管或合金电热丝在空气中发热发光的光波电热管,图12是用熔铸的铝水将金属管内有电热丝,用氧化镁隔离绝缘的电热管1和水流通道2熔铸合为一体;磁力触点式自动开关为机械连接;图13、图14是将电热管1和水流通道2焊接或熔接在一起,图15和图16是图14的截面图,电热管在水流通道的两侧,图16是在水流通道2的外表面烧结有纳米稀土发热材料制作的电热管,图17中的电热管实为电热丝,用云母板夹住,两侧外部有水流通道2,图18是在非金属管外涂导电材料,内部通水构成的电热管,图19中用PTC半导体发热件加热水流通道中的水,图20是用水流通道2夹住电磁感应圈,实现感应加热,本图是电磁圈双向加热,或是氧化铝或氮化硅陶瓷发热体制成的电热管,以上结构在水流通道进水端都装有磁力触点式自动开关,该自动开关能确保有水流动时,立即使电热管接通。

Claims (2)

1.有磁力触点式自动开关的电热部件,其特征在于:电热部件(4)由电热管(1)和有进出水接头的水流通道(2)并在水流通道的进水口设置有磁力触点式自动开关(3)与熔铸铝(5)合为一体构成;所述磁力触点式自动开关(3),由非磁性本体(3-1)其内有孔(3-1/1)孔中有永磁铁(3-2)相隔离的孔中有永磁铁(3-3),孔的侧壁上有永磁铁(3-9)微动开关(3-4)中,有动触点(3-5),静触点(3-6),推动件(3-7),弹簧(3-8);永磁铁(3-2)和永磁铁(3-3)安装时,磁力方向相反,二者相互排斥,当有水流动时,推动永磁铁(3-2)移动,永磁铁(3-3)就使推动件(3-7)移动,动触点(3-5)就变换位置,与另一个静触点相接触,并使电热管自动接通。
2.有磁力触点式自动开关的电热部件,其特征在于:磁力触点式自动开关做为独立部件,与电热管(1)和水流通道(2)用机械方式组合为一体,所述磁力触点式自动开关,由非磁性本体(3-1)永磁铁(3-2)永磁铁(3-3),微动开关(3-4)中的动触点(3-5),静触点(3-6),推动件(3-7),弹簧(3-8),永磁铁(3-9)构成,永磁铁(3-2)依靠相互排斥的磁力将进水口及水流通道堵住,有水流动时,水力使永磁铁(3-2)移动,同时永磁铁(3-3)使推动件(3-7)移动,使动触点和静触点改变位置实现电路接通;所述电热管(1)是装在玻璃套管之内,空气中的碳纤维管或卤素管或合金电热丝在空气中发热发光的光波电热管或是用熔铸的铝水将金属管内有电热丝,用氧化镁隔离绝缘的电热管或是将电热管(1)和水流通道(2)焊接或熔接在一起,或是在水流通道(2)的外表面烧结有纳米稀土发热材料制作的电热管或用云母板夹住电热丝,两侧外部有水流通道(2)或是在非金属管外涂导电材料制成电热管,或是在金属管内通水并安装氧化铝或氮化硅陶瓷发热体制成的电热管。
