According to the air conditioner, the humidifying unit is arranged, so that a siphon effect among the water supply assembly, the water pump and the wet film assembly is avoided, effective control over starting and stopping of the humidifying function of the air conditioner is facilitated, and accurate adjustment of indoor air humidity is facilitated.

The invention is described in detail below by way of exemplary embodiments. It should be understood, however, that elements, structures and features of one embodiment may be beneficially incorporated in other embodiments without further recitation.

As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the present invention provides a humidification unit 3, including a water supply assembly 31, a wet membrane assembly 32 and a water pump 33, wherein the water supply assembly 31 contains clean water and can provide a water source for the wet membrane assembly 32, the wet membrane assembly 32 can contact with air and increase the humidity of the air flowing through, and the water pump 33 is respectively communicated with the water supply assembly 31 and the wet membrane assembly 32, so as to deliver the clean water in the water supply assembly 31 to the wet membrane assembly 32; the water supply assembly 31 is arranged above the wet film assembly 32, and the water pump 33 is arranged above the water supply assembly 31, namely, the heights of the wet film assembly 32, the water supply assembly 31 and the water pump 33 are sequentially increased. The humidification unit 3 of the present invention further includes an anti-siphon assembly 34, the anti-siphon assembly 34 is disposed between the water pump 33 and the wet membrane assembly 32 and is respectively communicated with the water pump 33 and the wet membrane assembly 32, the anti-siphon assembly 34 includes a water inlet, i.e., a point a in fig. 4, the water supply assembly 31 includes a water outlet, i.e., a point B in fig. 4, the water pump includes an outlet, the water pump outlet is a point C in fig. 4, the height of the water inlet of the anti-siphon assembly 34 from the ground is lower than the height of the water pump outlet from the ground, i.e., the height of the point a in fig. 4 from the ground is lower than the height of the point C from the ground; the height of the water inlet of the anti-siphon assembly 34 from the ground is greater than or equal to the height of the water outlet of the water supply assembly 31 from the ground, i.e. the height of point a from the ground is greater than or equal to the height of point B from the ground in fig. 4, so as to prevent the siphon effect between the water supply assembly 31 and the wet film assembly 32 due to the filling of clear water.
According to the humidification unit 3, the anti-siphon assembly 34 is arranged between the water pump 33 and the wet film assembly 32, the height from the water inlet of the anti-siphon assembly 34 to the ground is lower than the height from the water pump outlet to the ground and is greater than or equal to the height from the water outlet of the water supply assembly 31 to the bottom surface, so that the technical problem of siphon when clean water is filled among the water supply assembly 31, the water pump 33 and the wet film assembly 31 is solved, the starting and stopping of the humidification unit are effectively controlled, and the air humidity is accurately adjusted.
With continued reference to fig. 3 to 6, the anti-siphon assembly 34 includes an anti-siphon water storage box 341 and a water outlet pipe 342, the anti-siphon water storage box 341 includes a water inlet 3411 and a water outlet 3412, the water inlet 3411 of the anti-siphon water storage box 341 is communicated with the outlet of the water pump 33 through the water pump outlet pipe 332, and the water outlet 3412 of the anti-siphon water storage box 341 is communicated with the wet membrane assembly 32 through the water outlet pipe 342.
Referring to fig. 6, an opening 3413 capable of communicating with the atmosphere is formed at an upper end of the anti-siphon water storage box 341, so that the pressure inside the anti-siphon water storage box 341 is maintained at the atmospheric pressure, thereby further ensuring that a siphon effect is avoided.
Further, a drain pipe 311 is arranged in the water supply assembly 31, the drain pipe 311 is in an inverted U shape, an inlet of the drain pipe 311 is arranged at the bottom of the water supply assembly 31, an inlet of the drain pipe 311 is a water outlet of the water supply assembly 31, and an outlet of the drain pipe 311 is communicated with an inlet of the water pump 33 through a water pump inlet pipe 331, so that the clean water of the water supply assembly 31 is conveyed to the wet membrane assembly 32 through the water pump 33.
In order to prevent the siphon phenomenon after the water discharge pipe 311, the water pump inlet pipe 331 and the water pump outlet pipe 332 are filled with water, so that the clean water in the water supply assembly 31 continuously flows into the wet film assembly 32, the height of the water inlet 3411 of the anti-siphon water storage box 341 is greater than or equal to the height of the water inlet of the water discharge pipe 311, and the heights among the water supply assembly 31, the water pump 33 and the anti-siphon assembly 34 do not meet the siphon generation condition, so that the siphon effect in the prior art is avoided, the effective control on the start and stop of the humidification unit 3 is facilitated, and the accurate adjustment on the air humidity is further realized.
In order to further ensure the sealing performance between the water discharging pipe 311 and the water pump inlet pipe 331, a connecting member is provided between the outlet of the water discharging pipe 311 and the inlet of the water pump inlet pipe 331, and two opposite ends of the connecting member are respectively connected with the outlet of the water discharging pipe 311 and the inlet of the water pump inlet pipe 331, so that the joint between the outlet of the water discharging pipe 311 and the inlet of the water pump inlet pipe 331 is sealed well.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the water supply assembly 31 includes a water tank 312, the water tank 312 can contain clean water, and an inlet of the water discharge pipe 311 is disposed at the bottom of the water tank 312 to facilitate the clean water in the water tank 312 to be drained.
In another embodiment of the present invention, further referring to fig. 3 to 5, the water supply assembly 31 includes a water tank 312 and a water storage box 313, the water tank 312 can contain clean water, the water storage box 313 is disposed below the water tank 312 and is communicated with the water tank 312, a filter screen is disposed between the water tank 312 and the water storage box 313, when the clean water in the water tank 312 flows into the water storage box 313 through the filter screen, the filter screen can filter the clean water in the water tank 312, so as to prevent large-diameter impurities in the clean water from blocking the inlet of the water pump 33, and further improve the stability of the humidification unit 3 of the present invention; the inlet of the drain pipe 311 is arranged at the bottom of the water storage box 313, so that the clean water in the water storage box 313 can be drained.
With continued reference to fig. 3 to 5, the wet film assembly 32 includes a water dripping disc 321, a wet film 322 and a water receiving disc 323, one end of the water outlet pipe 342 departing from the anti-siphon water storage box 341 is communicated with the water dripping disc 321, the wet film 322 is fixedly arranged on the wet film support 324 and is located below the water dripping disc 321, and the water receiving disc 323 is arranged below the wet film 322; the clean water of the water supply assembly 31 is delivered to the water spraying disc 321 through the water pump 33 and is sprayed onto the wet film 322, the clean water is adsorbed on the wet film 322 and is taken away by the air flowing through, so as to improve the humidity of the air, and the water receiving disc 323 can receive and discharge the redundant clean water on the wet film assembly 322.
The working process of the humidifying unit 3 of the present invention is as follows:
filling the water tank 312 with clean water, and allowing the clean water to flow into the water tank 312 through the filter screen;
when the air humidity needs to be improved, the water pump 33 is started, clean water in the water tank 312 sequentially passes through the water discharge pipe 311, the water pump inlet pipe 331 and the water pump 33 and enters the anti-siphon water storage box 341, and because the height of the water inlet 3411 of the anti-siphon water storage box 341 is smaller than the height of the water outlet of the water pump 33 and is larger than or equal to the height of the water inlet of the water discharge pipe 311, when the water discharge pipe 311, the water pump inlet pipe 331 and the water pump outlet pipe 332 are filled with water, no siphon effect occurs between the water tank 312, the water pump 33 and the anti-siphon water storage box 341;
the clean water in the anti-siphon water storage box 341 flows into the water spraying disc 321 through the water outlet 3412 and the water outlet pipe 342 in sequence and is sprayed into the wet film 322 to contact with the air and increase the humidity of the air;
when the air humidity meets the requirement, the water pump 33 is turned off, the clean water in the water tank 312 does not enter the anti-siphon water storage box 341 through the water pump 33 any more, after the clean water remaining in the anti-siphon water storage box 341 is completely discharged into the water spraying box 321, the humidification process is finished, and the excess water in the wet film 322 is scattered into the water receiving tray 323 and is finally discharged to the outside of the humidification unit 3 of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 7, the present invention further provides an air conditioner, which includes an air inlet 41, and the humidification unit 3, wherein a wet film assembly 32 of the humidification unit 3 is disposed at the air inlet 41 to contact with the indoor return air at the air inlet 41 and increase the humidity of the indoor return air, and a water supply assembly 31 of the humidification unit 3 is disposed on an outer wall of the air conditioner 4, so as to facilitate a user to add clean water into the water tank 312, and facilitate the user to detach the water tank 312 for cleaning.
According to the air conditioner, the humidifying unit is arranged, so that a siphon effect among the water supply assembly 31, the water pump 33 and the wet film assembly 32 is avoided, effective control over starting and stopping of the humidifying function of the air conditioner is facilitated, and accurate adjustment of indoor air humidity is facilitated.
Further, in order to improve the indoor circulation effect of the air conditioner 4, the air inlet 41 is provided with a centrifugal fan 42 capable of driving the indoor return air to flow through the wet film assembly 32, and the centrifugal fan 42 is arranged on a side of the wet film assembly 32 away from the air inlet 41.
