背景技术
除湿机又称为抽湿机、干燥机、除湿器,一般可分为民用除湿机和工业除湿机两大类,属于空调家庭中的一个部分,常规除湿机由压缩机、热交换器、风扇、盛水器、机壳及控制器组成,由风扇将潮湿空气抽入机内,通过热交换器,此时空气中的水分子冷凝成水珠,处理过后的干燥空气排出机外,如此循环使室内湿度保持在适宜的相对湿度,例如申请号为201621440696.0的专利,包括壳体、风机和热交换装置,该专利虽然实现了空气除湿,但是对于新装修的房屋来说,屋内的湿度大,甲醛含量高,不能对屋内的空气进行净化。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种家用净化空气除湿机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种家用净化空气除湿机,包括外壳和后盖,所述外壳的正面设有后盖,所述后盖的顶端设有多个吸风口,所述吸风口的内部安装有滤网,所述后盖的左侧中心位置安装有挡板,所述挡板的顶端设有底板,所述底板通过竖杆与挡板相连,所述底板的顶端设有顶板,所述顶板通过钢丝网与底板相连,所述钢丝网的内部设有净化剂,所述顶板的顶端设有扇叶,所述扇叶通过支杆与顶板相连,所述顶板的左右两端均设有按钮,所述按钮的右侧安装有连接杆,所述连接杆通过压缩弹簧与顶板相连,所述连接杆的底端左侧安装有卡块,所述卡块贯穿钢丝网,所述顶板的内壁设有滑槽,所述滑槽通过滑块与连接杆相连。
优选的,所述外壳的内部设有水槽,所述水槽与外壳搭接相连,所述水槽的左侧散装有把手,所述水槽贯穿后盖,所述后盖的右侧中心位置设有凸块,所述凸块通过转轴与后盖相连,所述转轴的内部设有螺栓,所述螺栓与转轴螺纹相连。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该家用净化空气除湿机,通过吸风口和滤网配合,室内的空气从吸风口进入除湿机内,滤网将空气中直径较大的灰尘挡在除湿机外部,通过钢丝网和净化剂配合,对空气进行净化出去空气中的甲醛和异味,通过按钮和连接杆配合,通过压缩弹簧和卡块配合,将顶杆和钢丝网进行固定,方便更换净化剂,对于新装修的房屋来说效果显著,再除去空气中湿气的同时,有效的除甲醛和异味,减少有毒气体带来的危害,实用性能强,低碳环保。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种家用净化空气除湿机,包括外壳1和后盖2,外壳1的正面设有后盖2,后盖2的顶端设有十四个吸风口3,吸风口3的内部安装有滤网4,将灰尘挡在滤网4外,后盖2的左侧中心位置安装有挡板5,挡板5的顶端设有底板6,底板6通过竖杆7与挡板5相连,底板6的顶端设有顶板9,顶板9通过钢丝网8与底板6相连,钢丝网8为热镀锌钢丝网,类型为整织花,不易生锈,实用性能强,钢丝网8的孔直径为三毫米丝直径为一毫米,净化剂16不能透过钢丝网8,钢丝网8的内部设有净化剂16,净化剂16为醛立消,主要成分为硅藻土、海泡石、电气石、凹凸棒土和光触媒,适合家居除甲醛,除湿防潮,装修去除油漆异味等,价格便宜,如果使用的环境严重污染,一到两天就会有明显的变色反应,如果使用的的环境中度污染,五到七天就会有变色反应,如果使用的环境轻度污染十到十五天才会有变色反应,待净化剂16彻底变色之后就需要更换净化剂16了,顶板9的顶端设有扇叶18,扇叶18通过支杆17与顶板9相连,在新装修好的房屋中,空气湿度大,甲醛的含量高,除湿机开始工作后,室内的空气从吸风口3的滤网4进入外壳1中,风吹动扇叶18转动,扇叶18通过支杆17带动顶板9一起转动,顶板9转动的同时带动钢丝网8一起转动,钢丝网8在转动的同时带动底板6在挡板5上转动,设置在钢丝网8的净化剂16在转动的同时充分吸收从室内进入外壳1空气中的甲醛和灰尘,顶板9的左右两端均设有按钮10,按钮10的右侧安装有连接杆11,连接杆11通过压缩弹簧13与顶板9相连,压缩弹簧13的弹性系数为5N/CM,连接杆11的底端左侧安装有卡块12,卡块12贯穿钢丝网8,顶板9的内壁设有滑槽14,滑槽14通过滑块15与连接杆11相连,在使用一段时间过后,净化剂16失去吸附性,将后盖2打开,同时按动顶板9两端的按钮10,按钮10推动连接杆11向右移动的同时,连接杆11顶端的滑块15在滑槽14中向右移动,对压缩弹簧13施加一个压力,压缩弹簧13受到压力发生弹性形变,卡块12脱离钢丝网8,将顶板9取下,更换钢丝网8中的净化剂16,外壳1的内部设有水槽19,水槽19接住除湿机产生的水,水槽19与外壳1搭接相连,水槽19的左侧散装有把手20,方便将水槽19拉出,水槽19贯穿后盖2,后盖2的右侧中心位置设有凸块23,凸块23可围绕转轴22随意转动,凸块23通过转轴22与后盖2相连,转轴22的内部设有螺栓21,通过拧紧螺栓21对凸块23的位置进行固定,螺栓21与转轴22螺纹相连,外壳1通过螺钉24与后盖2相连,后盖2与外壳1活动连接,可随时拆卸,方便维修更换净化剂16,外壳1的底端安装有万向轮25,万向轮25可向任意方向前进,方便除湿机移动,竖杆7与挡板5的连接处安装有轴承26,轴承26的作用是减小竖杆7旋转时的摩擦力。
在新装修好的房屋中,空气湿度大,甲醛的含量高,除湿机开始工作后,室内的空气从吸风口3的滤网4进入外壳1中,风吹动扇叶18转动,扇叶18通过支杆17带动顶板9一起转动,顶板9转动的同时带动钢丝网8一起转动,钢丝网8在转动的同时带动底板6在挡板5上转动,设置在钢丝网8的净化剂16在转动的同时充分吸收从室内进入外壳1空气中的甲醛和灰尘,在使用一段时间过后,净化剂16失去吸附性,将后盖2打开,同时按动顶板9两端的按钮10,按钮10推动连接杆11向右移动的同时,连接杆11顶端的滑块15在滑槽14中向右移动,对压缩弹簧13施加一个压力,压缩弹簧13受到压力发生弹性形变,卡块12脱离钢丝网8,将顶板9取下,更换钢丝网8中的净化剂16,新的净化剂16继续对进入外壳1中的空气进行净化。
