In order to further increase the heating effect on the surrounding air, optionally, the outer side of the second heating layer 23 of the wall of the heating cylinder 2 further comprises a third heating layer 26. In this embodiment, the air around the side wall of the housing 1 is heated by the second heating layer 23 and the third heating layer 26 together, so that the heating effect can be improved.
