Abstract

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a street lamp 10, where the street lamp 10 mainly includes two profile side frames 100, a press-fitting plate 200, at least one heat conducting block 300, and a cover plate 400.
The two profile side frames 100 are arranged at intervals to form a certain width, each profile side frame 100 is provided with a buckling table 120, and the length of the profile side frame 100 can be cut according to assembly requirements. The profile sideframe 100 may be integrally formed from a metallic material with good strength and heat dissipation, such as aluminum.
The press-fitting plate 200 is an integral press-molded piece, and is snap-fitted between the snap-fit tables 120 of the two profile side frames 100. The existing mounting plates are typically die cast plates, which are complex and time consuming to manufacture.

Preferably, the side plate 110 is provided with a thickening layer 146 at the location where the second assembly hole 145 is provided, and the thickening layer 146 at the location of the second assembly hole 145 may further improve the structural strength of the profile side frame 100 because the weight of the cover plate 400 may be transferred to the location of the second assembly hole 145 through the hinge 500.
The reinforcing upper edge 147 is further provided above the second axial screw groove 140, and the reinforcing upper edge 147 is used for abutting against the hanging groove 501 when the cover plate 400 is opened relative to the profile side frame 100, and the thickness of the material of the reinforcing upper edge 147 is relatively large so as to avoid deformation when being pressed. The upper surface of the reinforcing upper rim 147 is further provided with a fixing hole 148, and the fixing hole 148 is used for receiving a screw to be screwed in to lock one side of the cover plate 400.
The profile sideframe 100 further includes an outer plate 150, the outer plate 150 having an arcuate plate shape connected to the reinforcing upper edge 147 and the bottom plate 122 and spaced from the side plates 110.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a street lamp 10, where the street lamp 10 includes the profile side frame 100 described above.
Referring to fig. 7, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a press-fitting plate 200, where the press-fitting plate 200 includes a base plate and a bending-resistant reinforcing plate 230 connected to a side of the base plate.
Specifically, the base plate includes a lamp arm mounting plate 210 and a power mounting plate 220 extending from the lamp arm mounting plate 210, and the bending prevention reinforcing plate 230 extends from a side of the power mounting plate 220 to a side of the lamp arm mounting plate 210.
Wherein, the lamp arm mounting plate 210 may be provided with a baffle 211, and the baffle 211 is used for limiting the extending position of the lamp arm (not shown), and the position of the bending-preventing reinforcing plate 230 extending from the side edge of the power supply mounting plate 220 to the side edge of the lamp arm mounting plate 210 exceeds the position of the baffle 211.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the bending prevention reinforcing plate 230 includes a connection plate 231, a horizontal plate 232, and a vertical plate 233 which are vertically connected in sequence, wherein the connection plate 231 is connected with the lamp arm mounting plate 210 and the power supply mounting plate 220.
The bending prevention reinforcing plate 230 is further provided with a protrusion pressing 234 to form a relief groove 237 at a corresponding back portion to relieve the screw receiving portion 603 of the end cap 600.
The horizontal plate 232 is provided with a horizontal fixing hole 235, the horizontal fixing hole 235 is matched with the screw fitting groove 121, and the screw penetrates through the horizontal fixing hole 235 and is screwed into the screw fitting groove 121 to fix the press-fitting plate 200.
The vertical plate 233 is provided with a vertical fixing hole 236, and the vertical fixing hole 236 is matched with the first assembling hole 135, and is used for receiving a screw or rivet to pass through so as to further fix the relative position of the stamping assembling plate 200 and the profile side frame 100.
The lamp arm mounting plate 210 is provided with a plurality of punched boss holes 212, and the plurality of punched boss holes 212 are used for receiving screw locks to fasten the lamp arm bracket 219.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of stamping protrusion bars 213 are further disposed on the substrate, and the stamping protrusion bars 213 may be straight or other curved or combined shapes to further enhance the overall strength of the substrate.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the invention further provides a street lamp 10, where the street lamp 10 includes the above-mentioned press-fitting board 200.
Referring to fig. 8, an embodiment of the invention further provides a heat conducting block 300 for a street lamp, where the heat conducting block 300 includes a heat absorbing plate 310 and a heat dissipating plate 320.
Wherein, the heat dissipation plate 320 is connected to both sides of the heat absorption plate 310; the junction of absorber plate 310 and heating panel 320 is equipped with fretwork district 315, and absorber plate 310 extends in fretwork district 315 has light source fixed plate 316, is equipped with light source fixed orifices 317 on the light source fixed plate 316, and light source fixed orifices 317 are used for fixed light source module, and the outer terminal surface of light source fixed plate 316 is parallel and level with the surface of heating panel 320.
In this way, the mounting size of the light source module can be widened, and if the heat dissipation plate 320 and the heat absorption plate 310 are simply bent and connected, the mounting size of the light source module is limited to the planar portion of the heat absorption plate 310 due to the fact that the bent and connected portion is not convenient for screw locking.
The end of the heat absorbing plate 310 is connected with a snap plate 330. The snap plate 330 includes a first folding plate 331 and a second folding plate 332, the first folding plate 331 and the heat absorbing plate 310 can be connected in an inclined or vertical manner, and the second folding plate 332 is connected to the first folding plate 331 and is horizontal so as to be snapped on the snap table 120.
The second flap 332 is provided with a fixing hole 334, and may further be provided with a fixing slot 333, wherein the fixing slot 333 and the fixing hole 334 are used for receiving a screw to pass through for locking and attaching to the buckle table 120.
In an embodiment of the invention, a plurality of blind holes 311 are disposed in a central area of a bottom surface of the heat conducting block 300, the blind holes 311 are used for receiving screws to screw in to fix the light source module, rainwater cannot enter the central area of the light source module through the blind holes 311, a plurality of through holes 312 are disposed in an edge area of the heat conducting block 300, and since the light source module is generally provided with a sealing ring, the blind holes 311 are located in the sealing ring, and the through holes are located outside the sealing ring.
The heat absorbing plate 310 may be further provided with a heat dissipation fin module 340 according to the heat dissipation requirement. The heat dissipation plate 320 is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation grooves 321 for air circulation, and corners of the heat dissipation plate 320 are provided with corner cuts 322 for increasing safety.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a street lamp 10, where the street lamp 10 includes the heat conducting block 300 described above.
Referring to fig. 9 together, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a hinge 500 for a street lamp 10, where the hinge 500 may be made of a stainless steel material, and includes a fixed leaf 510 and a movable leaf 520 hinged to the fixed leaf 510, the movable leaf 520 is formed by bending a plate body, and the movable leaf 520 is formed with a hanging slot 501, where the hanging slot 501 is used to hang and locate a cover plate 400 connected to the movable leaf 520 at a predetermined position when the movable leaf 520 is opened relative to the fixed leaf 510.
The fixing sheet 510 includes a fixing sheet 511 and a first rolling plate 512 bent from one side of the fixing sheet 511. The first rolling plates 512 are two and are arranged at intervals. The fixed sheet 511 is provided with mounting holes 513 corresponding to the two first rolling plates 512.
The movable sheet 520 includes a first sheet 521, and a second rolling plate 519 is provided at one side end of the first sheet 521, and the second rolling plate 519 is axially abutted with the first rolling plate 512.
The hinge 500 further includes a pivot pin 530 for passing through the first and second hinge plates 512, 519 to pivotally connect the stationary and movable leaves 510, 520.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the movable sheet 520 further includes a second sheet 522, a third sheet 523, a fourth sheet 524, and a fifth sheet 525 sequentially connected, where the second sheet 522 is vertically connected to the first sheet 521, the third sheet 523 is connected to the second sheet 522 at an obtuse angle, the fourth sheet 524 is connected to the third sheet 523 at an obtuse angle, and the fifth sheet 525 is connected to the fourth sheet 524 at an acute angle, and the first sheet 521, the second sheet 522, the third sheet 523, and the fourth sheet 524 enclose the hanging slot 501. The fifth sheet 525 is provided with two coupling holes 526 corresponding to the mounting holes 513.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the invention further provides a street lamp 10, where the street lamp 10 includes the hinge 500.
Referring to fig. 2 and 10 together, an end cover 600 is further provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the end cover 600 includes a cover body and a pressing edge 601 extending from the cover body, and the pressing edge 601 is configured to receive a pressing button attached to a side edge of the outer cover 400.
The cover body includes an upper plate 610, a lower plate 620 and a side wall 630 integrally connected, and a pressing edge 601 extends from the upper plate 610.
Specifically, the thickness of the pressing edge 601 is smaller than the thickness of the upper plate 610, and the pressing edge 601 forms an ascending step shape with respect to the upper plate 610.
The inner surface of the cover body is provided with reinforcing ribs 602. Screw receiving portions 603 are provided between the upper plate 610 and the side wall 630 and between the lower plate 620 and the side wall 630. The side wall 630 may be curved, the upper plate 610 may be curved, the side wall 630 may be provided with a through hole 604 for receiving the lamp arm therethrough, and the upper plate 610 may be provided with a relief hole 605 for facilitating the screw to pass through the lamp arm bracket 219 to secure the lamp arm.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a street lamp 10, where the street lamp 10 includes the end cap 600 described above.
The structures in the above embodiments may be used in combination with each other.
In view of the above, those skilled in the art will readily understand that the street lamp and the profile side frame 100, the stamping assembly plate 200, the heat conducting block 300, the hinge 500 and the end cover 600 provided by the invention have novel structures and are convenient to manufacture.

Claims (6)
1. A street lamp, characterized in that it comprises:
two profile side frames which are arranged oppositely at intervals, and each profile side frame is provided with a hasp platform;
a stamping assembly plate which is in hasp connection between the hasp platforms;
at least one heat conducting block which is connected between the hasp platforms in a hasp mode, wherein the bottom surface of the heat conducting block is used for assembling the light source module;
the cover plate is pivoted with one profile side frame so as to open or cover the other profile side frame;
the profile side frame also comprises a side plate, the hasp platform is connected to the bottom of the side plate, and the hasp platform comprises:
a bottom plate;
the first vertical plate is arranged on the bottom plate;
the second vertical plate is arranged on the bottom plate and is parallel to the first vertical plate at intervals to form screw matching grooves, and the screw matching grooves are used for receiving screws to be screwed in so as to fix the stamping assembly plate and the heat conducting block which are connected between the hasp platforms in a hasp mode;
one side of the first transverse plate is connected with the bottom of the side plate;
the first connecting plate is used for connecting the other side edge of the first transverse plate with the first vertical plate, and the first connecting plate, the first vertical plate and the first transverse plate are enclosed to form a first axial screw groove which is used for receiving a screw to be screwed in for fixing an end cover;
the stamping assembly plate comprises a base plate and a bending-resistant reinforcing plate connected to the side edge of the base plate;
the base plate comprises a lamp arm mounting plate and a power supply mounting plate extending from the lamp arm mounting plate, the lamp arm mounting plate is used for mounting a lamp arm support, the power supply mounting plate is used for mounting a power supply, the bending-resistant reinforcing plate extends from the side edge of the power supply mounting plate to the side edge of the lamp arm mounting plate, a baffle is arranged on the lamp arm mounting plate and used for stopping the insertion end of the lamp arm, and the position of the bending-resistant reinforcing plate extending from the side edge of the power supply mounting plate to the side edge of the lamp arm mounting plate exceeds the position of the baffle;
the heat conduction block includes:
a heat absorbing plate;
the heat dissipation plate is connected to the side edge of the heat absorption plate;
the buckle plate is connected to the end part of the heat absorbing plate and is used for being connected between the buckle tables in a buckle manner;
the heat absorbing plate is provided with a hollowed-out area at the joint of the heat absorbing plate and the heat radiating plate, a light source fixing plate extends in the hollowed-out area, a light source fixing hole is formed in the light source fixing plate, and the outer end face of the light source fixing plate is flush with the outer surface of the heat radiating plate.

The street lamp of claim 1, wherein the profile side frame further comprises a snap plate connected to a side edge of the side plate and located above the snap table, a snap groove being formed between the snap plate and the side plate, the snap groove being used for clamping a top end of the press-fitting plate.
3. The street lamp of claim 1, wherein a central area of the bottom surface of the heat conducting block is provided with a plurality of blind holes, and an edge area of the heat conducting block is provided with a plurality of through holes.
4. The street lamp of claim 1, further comprising a hinge secured to an inner surface of the profile sideframe and an inner surface of the cover plate, respectively, the hinge being hidden within the street lamp when the cover plate is closed against the profile sideframe.
5. The street lamp of claim 4, wherein the hinge comprises a fixed leaf and a movable leaf hinged with the fixed leaf, the movable leaf is formed by bending a plate body, the movable leaf is provided with a hanging groove, and the hanging groove is used for hanging and positioning a cover plate connected with the movable leaf at a preset position when the movable leaf is opened relative to the fixed leaf.
6. The street lamp of claim 1, further comprising an end cap comprising a cap body and a press edge extending from the cap body, the press edge for receiving the cover side conforming press button.
