With the increasing use of gases such as Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), gas transportation across distances is becoming increasingly important. Currently, long tube trailers are used for transporting compressed natural gas in the world. The long tube trailer is a transport means for transporting compressed gas by assembling several or more than ten large-volume steel seamless gas cylinders in a frame and fixing the seamless gas cylinders on a chassis of the automobile trailer and communicating the heads of the gas cylinders together. Compared with pipeline transportation, the long pipe trailer has wider transportation range, various transportation mediums and low construction cost; compared with the traditional small gas cylinder transportation, the long pipe trailer has the advantages of high gas cylinder bearing pressure, large volume, improved transportation efficiency and reduced transportation cost. The maintenance of long tube trailers has grown in size due to various advantages.
Because of the frequent movement of the long tube trailer and the repeated filling in the use process, the storage medium has the characteristics of high pressure, inflammability, explosiveness and the like, and the safety performance of the long tube trailer is of great concern. In order to ensure transportation safety, safety relief devices are arranged at the front end and the rear end of each gas cylinder of the long tube trailer. The safety relief device can relieve the pressure of the gas cylinder when the long tube trailer catches fire or other dangerous conditions causing abrupt pressure rise, thereby ensuring the safety of the gas cylinder of the long tube trailer.
At present, a single rupture disc device and a rupture disc-fusible plug combined device are mainly used for a long tube trailer gas cylinder. Both rupture disk devices have respective potential safety hazards and unreliable service performance.
The single rupture disk device has the advantages of simple device, rapid movement of the rupture disk and the like, and is widely applied to a long pipe trailer. However, the single rupture disc device has the following problems in the actual use process: in the using and filling process of the gas cylinder, the rupture disk bears repeated alternating load action, and the rupture disk can crack or act in advance due to fatigue damage to generate leakage, so that the gas is discharged in advance; the rupture disk is damaged due to the influence of severe environments such as rainwater, ice and snow or dust or internal corrosive media, so that the service life is shortened; and the rupture disk itself has limited life, must change the rupture disk regularly just can continue to use. However, the rupture disc-fusible plug combination device has the following problems in actual use: under the condition of local fire, the temperature of the rupture disc-fusible plug combined device at the end part of the long gas cylinder can not reach the melting temperature of the fusible plug, the bursting pressure of the rupture disc far exceeds the set bursting pressure, and the setting of the fusible plug can not reach the functional requirement; in the normal use process, when the rupture disc acts in advance due to fatigue or other reasons, a user cannot timely detect and replace the rupture disc, and the usability of the rupture disc-fusible plug combined device is affected; under the condition of physical overpressure, the fusible plug can not be completely extruded, and the bleeding is prevented from causing frostbite of surrounding pipe fittings; under the condition of physical overpressure, the fusible plug can not melt and extrude with huge energy, and secondary injury is generated. The problems are that the potential safety hazard exists in the production process, and the accident result is difficult to measure once the accident occurs.
