本发明的一种木门属于门体加工制造领域，包括左侧边框、顶部边框、右侧边框、底部边框和门芯板，其左侧边框、顶部边框、右侧边框和底部边框首尾相接组成矩形门体框架，矩形门体框架内置有门芯板，矩形门体框架和门芯板的衔接处均设置有扣线，扣线为一体式，其与矩形门体框架的连接端设有衔接槽、与门芯板的连接端设有插接卡槽，左侧边框、顶部边框、右侧边框和底部边框的内壁上均设有半圆形槽。本发明的一种木门，克服现有技术的缺陷，扣线为一体式设计，具有设计合理、结构稳定，防缩胀，防开裂，防撞以及大幅度提升密封效果。扣线与门板连接处、扣线与门芯板连接处均设置有胶条装置，使木门密封效果好，隔音和保温效果佳。

本发明属于门体加工制造领域，尤其涉及一种木门。
背景技术
木门通常包括门板和门芯板，门板和门芯板的衔接处一般采用扣线连接，现有的木门的扣线分为两部分，一部分在门芯板的内侧，一部分在门芯板的外侧，然后通过胶粘结或者用钉连接的方式将门板、门芯板和扣线结合在一起，在组装时敲打过程中容易开裂，且扣线与门板和门芯板连接处有缝隙，连接不紧密，而且在实际使用过程中，由于温度与湿度的变化，木门存在一定的缩胀现象与变形问题，导致门芯板与扣线之间、扣线与门板之间产生开裂、缩胀和变形，且现有的连接方式密封性较差，影响木门的隔音和保温效果。
发明内容
本发明旨在针对背景技术中存在的不足，而提供的一种木门。
本发明的一种木门，包括左侧边框、顶部边框、右侧边框、底部边框和门芯板，其左侧边框、顶部边框、右侧边框和底部边框首尾相接组成矩形门体框架，矩形门体框架内置有门芯板，矩形门体框架和门芯板的衔接处均设置有扣线，扣线为一体式，其与矩形门体框架的连接端设有衔接槽、与门芯板的连接端设有插接卡槽，左侧边框、顶部边框、右侧边框和底部边框的内壁上均设有半圆形槽，衔接槽内壁上安装着半圆形密封橡胶条，插接卡槽内均设有条带式密封条。
作为本发明的优选，所述的左侧边框、顶部边框、右侧边框和底部边框的端部均设有向内45°的倾斜面，左侧边框和右侧边框的倾斜面上均设有水平的插口、顶部边框和底部边框的倾斜面上均设有与插口配合使用的插销。
作为本发明的优选，所述的插口和插接部上均设有横向的锁孔、并由锁销穿插固定。
作为本发明的优选，所述的门芯板的外周设有与插接卡槽配合使用的插接部。
作为本发明的优选，所述的半圆形密封橡胶条平面的一端卡接固定在衔接槽内的凹槽上。
本发明的一种木门，克服现有技术的缺陷，扣线为一体式设计，具有设计合理、结构稳定，防缩胀，防开裂，防撞以及大幅度提升密封效果。扣线与门板连接处、扣线与门芯板连接处均设置有胶条装置，使木门密封效果好，隔音和保温效果佳，增加木门的使用寿命及整体性能。

下面结合附图1、附图2和附图3对本发明的一种木门，作进一步说明。
实施例1
本发明的一种木门，包括左侧边框1、顶部边框2、右侧边框3、底部边框4和门芯板5，其左侧边框1、顶部边框2、右侧边框3和底部边框4首尾相接组成矩形门体框架，矩形门体框架内置有门芯板5，矩形门体框架和门芯板5的衔接处均设置有扣线6，扣线6为一体式，其与矩形门体框架的连接端设有衔接槽7、与门芯板2的连接端设有插接卡槽8，左侧边框1、顶部边框2、右侧边框3和底部边框4的内壁上均设有半圆形槽9，衔接槽7内壁上安装着半圆形密封橡胶条10，插接卡槽8内均设有条带式密封条11。

本发明的一种木门，包括左侧边框1、顶部边框2、右侧边框3、底部边框4和门芯板5，其左侧边框1、顶部边框2、右侧边框3和底部边框4首尾相接组成矩形门体框架，矩形门体框架内置有门芯板5，矩形门体框架和门芯板5的衔接处均设置有扣线6，扣线6为一体式，其与矩形门体框架的连接端设有衔接槽7、与门芯板2的连接端设有插接卡槽8，左侧边框1、顶部边框2、右侧边框3和底部边框4的内壁上均设有半圆形槽9，衔接槽7内壁上安装着半圆形密封橡胶条10，插接卡槽8内均设有条带式密封条11，在扣线的两端均得到良好的密封，稳定性以及隔音效果好。左侧边框1、顶部边框2、右侧边框3和底部边框4的端部均设有向内45°的倾斜面，左侧边框1和右侧边框3的倾斜面上均设有水平的插口12、顶部边框2和底部边框4的倾斜面上均设有与插口12配合使用的插销13，插口12和插接部13上均设有横向的锁孔14、并由锁销15穿插固定，增强门体框架的稳定性。门芯板5的外周设有与插接卡槽8配合使用的插接部16。半圆形密封橡胶条10平面的一端卡接固定在衔接槽7内的凹槽17上。

1.一种木门，包括左侧边框（1）、顶部边框（2）、右侧边框（3）、底部边框（4）和门芯板（5），其特征在于左侧边框（1）、顶部边框（2）、右侧边框（3）和底部边框（4）首尾相接组成矩形门体框架，矩形门体框架内置有门芯板（5），矩形门体框架和门芯板（5）的衔接处均设置有扣线（6），扣线（6）为一体式，其与矩形门体框架的连接端设有衔接槽（7）、与门芯板（2）的连接端设有插接卡槽（8），左侧边框（1）、顶部边框（2）、右侧边框（3）和底部边框（4）的内壁上均设有半圆形槽（9），衔接槽（7）内壁上安装着半圆形密封橡胶条（10），插接卡槽（8）内均设有条带式密封条（11）。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种木门，其特征在于所述的左侧边框（1）、顶部边框（2）、右侧边框（3）和底部边框（4）的端部均设有向内45°的倾斜面，左侧边框（1）和右侧边框（3）的倾斜面上均设有水平的插口（12）、顶部边框（2）和底部边框（4）的倾斜面上均设有与插口（12）配合使用的插销（13）。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种木门，其特征在于所述的插口（12）和插接部（13）上均设有横向的锁孔（14）、并由锁销（15）穿插固定。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种木门，其特征在于所述的门芯板（5）的外周设有与插接卡槽（8）配合使用的插接部（16）。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的一种木门，其特征在于所述的半圆形密封橡胶条（10）平面的一端卡接固定在衔接槽（7）内的凹槽（17）上。
