Hereinafter, a wall-mounted washing machine S according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 50, a wall-mounted washing machine S according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the outer tub assembly 100, the inner tub 200, the driving assembly 1000, the front sealing door 400, the door assembly 500, the water inlet assembly 600, the drain assembly 700, and the cabinet assembly 800.
The tub assembly 100 includes a fixing plate 10, a rear tub 20, and a front tub 30, the tub assembly 100 is fixedly connected to a wall body integrally through the fixing plate 10, the rear tub 20 is located at a front side of the fixing plate 10, and the front tub 30 is located at a front side of the rear tub 20, that is, the fixing plate 10, the rear tub 20, and the front tub 30 are sequentially disposed in a front-rear direction. The front side of the tub assembly 100 has an open mouth, and the rear tub 20 and the front tub 30 cooperate to define a chamber. The rotatable setting of interior bucket 200 is in the cavity, and the front end of interior bucket 200 is equipped with the clothing and gets the mouth of putting, and box subassembly 800 is connected to fixed plate 10 front side, with it can hold to inject between the fixed plate 10 back outer bucket 20 and preceding outer bucket 30 hold the chamber to box subassembly 800's size is greater than fixed plate 10's size, can make box subassembly 800 at least partly cover fixed plate 10's border outer end like this, that is, box subassembly 800 up-down direction's height is slightly greater than fixed plate 10 up-down direction's height, width in the left-right direction is slightly greater than fixed plate 10 in the width in the left-right direction, and box subassembly 800 cover is established when fixed plate 10's circumference outside, box subassembly 800 is located fixed plate 10's marginal outside, when being used for need dismantle box subassembly 800, only need detain the border of moving box subassembly 800 can accomplish the dismantlement, namely, for the user dismantles box subassembly 800 provides the application point, when being convenient for the maintenance.
The front sealing door 400 is provided on the front side surface of the front tub 30, and the front sealing door 400 is opened at the front end corresponding to the laundry taking-in/out opening, so that the front sealing door 400 may form a body appearance with the cabinet assembly 800, and at the same time, the door assembly 500 may be pivotally provided at the front side of the front sealing door 400, and the door assembly 500 corresponds to the laundry taking-out opening, and when a user needs to wash or take out laundry, the laundry may be put in or taken out through the laundry taking-in/out opening by pivoting the door assembly 500.
The water inlet assembly 600 introduces water into the inner tub 200 to perform a water injection operation to the tub body, and the water discharge assembly 700 discharges water out of the inner tub 200, so that when a user needs to wash laundry, water injection into the inner tub 200 is performed through the water inlet assembly 600, and when the user finishes washing, water in the inner tub 200 is discharged through the water discharge assembly 700, so that the user can perform further operations (e.g., dehydration, spin-drying, etc.).
Therefore, the wall-mounted washing machine S provided by the embodiment of the invention has a compact overall structure, provides a force application point for a user to detach the box assembly, is convenient to detach the box assembly, and improves user experience.
In some embodiments, in order to prevent deformation caused by uneven stress of the case assembly 800, the outer edge of the fixing plate 10 is formed with a circle of protrusions, and when the case assembly 800 is covered on the outer periphery of the fixing plate 10, the case assembly 800 covers the outer sides of the protrusions, thereby providing support for the circumferential side wall of the case assembly 800 and reducing deformation.
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the left and right sides of the case assembly 800 and the fixing plate 10 may be simultaneously provided with one or more sets of limit mechanisms for limiting the left and right direction offset of the case assembly 800 and the fixing plate 10, for example, one or more sets of limit mechanisms may be respectively provided at the left and right sides of the front and rear direction of the case assembly 800 and the fixing plate 10; or more than one group of limiting mechanisms can be respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the box body assembly 800 and the fixing plate 10 in the up-down direction; or more than one group of limiting mechanisms can be respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the front-back direction and the up-down direction of the box body assembly 800 and the fixing plate 10, so that the freedom degree of the box body assembly 800 and the fixing plate 10 in the left-right direction is effectively limited, the structure deformation or damage caused by the position deviation of the box body assembly 800 and the fixing plate 10 during the use is avoided, and the service life of the box body assembly 800 of the whole wall-mounted washing machine S is further effectively prolonged.
In short, according to the wall-mounted washing machine S of the embodiment of the present invention, the stability of the assembly between the cabinet assembly 800 and the fixing plate 10 is improved and the service life of the wall-mounted washing machine S is improved by providing at least one set of limiting mechanisms for limiting the left and right direction offset of the cabinet assembly 800 and the fixing plate 10 at the left and right sides of the cabinet assembly 800 and the rear tub 20, respectively.
In some embodiments of the invention, each set of limiting mechanisms may include: a fixing base 810 and a limiting structure 11. Specifically, the fixing base 810 is provided on one of the side walls of the case assembly 800 or the side edges of the fixing plate 10. The limiting structure 11 is disposed on the other side wall of the case assembly 800 or the side edge of the fixing plate 10, and the limiting structure 11 is suitable for being matched and fixed with the fixing base 810.
That is, the positions of the fixing base 810 and the limiting structure 11 are not particularly limited, and when the fixing base 810 is disposed on the case assembly 800, the corresponding limiting structure 11 matched with the fixing base may be disposed on the side of the fixing plate 10; when the fixing base 810 is disposed on the side of the fixing plate 10, the corresponding limit structure 11 matched with the fixing base can be disposed on the side wall of the case assembly 800. Of course, the fixing base 810 or the limiting structure 11 may be disposed on the side wall of the case assembly 800 and the side edge of the fixing plate 10 at the same time. Thereby, the stability of the assembly between the case assembly 800 and the fixing plate 10 is further improved.
As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 7, in one embodiment of the present invention, the fixing base 810 is disposed at the rear portion of the sidewall of the case assembly 800, and the rear side of the fixing base 810 is opened, and the limiting structure 11 is disposed at the side of the fixing plate 10, and the limiting portion of the limiting structure 11 is adapted to enter the fixing chamber from the rear side of the fixing base 810. The limiting structure 11 is a big head screw perpendicular to the side edge of the fixing plate 10 and connected, and a gap for accommodating the blocking side wall 811 is arranged between the big head of the big head screw and the side edge of the fixing plate 10.
Specifically, the big head screw may include a big head portion having an umbrella shape and a screw portion having one end connected to the big head portion, the screw portion is fixedly connected to the rear outer tub 20, the big head portion may be embedded into the fixing cavity of the fixing base 810 along the arc surface of the umbrella shape, and after the big head portion falls into the fixing cavity, the big head portion will be clamped in the fixing cavity, and the blocking sidewall 811 is clamped in the gap, thereby realizing stable cooperation between the fixing plate 10 and the case assembly 800, and avoiding the case assembly 800 and the fixing plate 10 from being displaced in the left-right direction.
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, in still other embodiments of the present invention, the fixing plate 10 has a fixing tongue 12 at the top thereof, the fixing tongue 12 has a screw hole 121 thereon, the rear side of the top wall of the case assembly 800 has a case positioning hole 825, and the case positioning hole 825 coincides with the screw hole 121 to be adapted to pass a screw after the case assembly 800 is coupled with the fixing plate 10. After the rear tub 20 is inserted into the case assembly 800, the top of the case assembly 800 is covered on the top wall of the fixing plate 10, the case positioning holes 825 and the screw holes 121 are oppositely arranged in the up-down direction, and the screws penetrate through the case positioning holes 825 and the screw holes 121 to limit the degrees of freedom of the case assembly 800 and the fixing plate 10 in the up-down direction, thereby further improving the stability of the assembly between the case assembly 800 and the fixing plate 10, avoiding the displacement of the case assembly 800 and the fixing plate 10 in the up-down direction, and improving the service life of the wall-mounted washing machine S. Advantageously, the hole paste may be provided right above the screw, thereby improving the external appearance quality of the wall-mounted washing machine S.
As shown in fig. 8 to 10, in some examples of the present invention, the guide 13 may be provided on the fixing plate 10, and the guide 13 may be located between an inner wall surface of the case assembly 800 and an outer wall surface of the fixing plate 10, and an extension length of at least a portion of the guide 13 in a radial direction of the fixing plate 10 may be gradually increased from front to rear. In other words, in the radial direction of the fixing plate 10, the extension length of a portion of the guide 13 may be gradually increased from front to rear, or the extension length of the guide 13 as a whole may be gradually increased from front to rear.
When the fixing plate is installed, the fixing plate 10 can be connected to a wall body, then the box body assembly 800 is assembled from front to back, the guide piece 13 can provide guide for the box body assembly 800 in the process of assembling the box body assembly 800, the inner wall surface of the box body assembly 800 is contacted with the front end of the guide piece 13, then moves backwards, the matching is realized, in the process, the guide piece 13 provides guide function for the box body assembly 800, the box body assembly 800 is conveniently assembled on the fixing plate 10, and the assembly efficiency of the box body assembly 800 and the fixing plate 10 can be improved. In addition, the guide piece 13 is utilized to guide the box body assembly 800, so that the box body assembly 800 and the fixing plate 10 can be positioned conveniently, and the assembly precision can be improved.
14-16, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the case assembly 800 may include a case assembly 800 and a display case 830, a drain opening is defined in the case assembly 800, a second water baffle 822 is disposed in the receiving cavity, at least two water baffle ribs 823 are disposed at the bottom of the receiving cavity to define a water baffle area, the water baffle area communicates with the drain opening, and the display case 830 is disposed in the receiving cavity, wherein the second water baffle 822 is located above the display case 830 to guide water falling onto the second water baffle 822 into the water baffle area. Thus, when water falls from the upper direction, the water can fall on the second water baffle 822 without falling to the display box 830, so that the display box 830 can be prevented from being burnt out due to contact with water, maintenance and replacement of the display box 830 are reduced, maintenance cost of the wall-mounted washing machine S is reduced, meanwhile, leakage phenomenon of the wall-mounted washing machine S can be prevented, and safety performance and reliability of the wall-mounted washing machine S are improved.
The bottom of the box assembly 800 is provided with two or more water blocking ribs 823, a water blocking area is defined by the water blocking ribs 823, and water on the second water blocking plate 822 can be guided to the water blocking area when falling down, so that the flowing area of the water on the second water blocking plate 822 in the accommodating cavity can be defined, and the water on the second water blocking plate 822 can be prevented from flowing in the accommodating cavity without limitation to affect the use of other components in the box assembly 800, for example, electric leakage caused by flowing of the water in the second water blocking plate 822 to other electrical elements can be avoided. The area of the water blocking area is larger than the area of the second water blocking plate 822 and the maximum area of the display box 830 and the area of the second water blocking plate 822 are smaller than the area of the water blocking area, that is, the projection of the display box 830 and the second water blocking plate 822 on the bottom surface of the accommodating cavity falls in the water blocking area, so that the water of the second water blocking plate 822 can be guaranteed to fall in the water blocking area. Therefore, the potential safety hazard can be further reduced, and the safety and reliability of the wall-mounted washing machine S can be improved. The drain opening communicates with the water blocking area, whereby water from the water blocking area may flow to the drain opening and exit the tank assembly 800 through the drain opening.
As shown in fig. 11 and 16, according to an example of the present invention, in order to improve the resetting ability of the button 8241 and the sensitivity of the display panel 831, the front side of the case 820 has a front housing 824, the front housing 824 has a button 8241 thereon, and the rear side of the button 8241 defines a recess 8242. The front side of the display case 830 is opened and is stopped against the rear side wall of the front housing 824, and the display case 830 has a display panel 831 therein. The spring 8243 is stopped between the recess 8242 and the display panel 831. Wherein, the button 8241 is movably provided in the front housing 824, and the user triggers the corresponding control key on the display panel 831 by pressing the button 8241, thereby realizing the setting and adjustment of the function of the wall-mounted washing machine S.
As shown in fig. 11-13, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the front housing 824 has a front opening 8244, and an annular flange 8245 may be formed on an inner edge of the annular collar portion 8246 surrounding and adjacent to the front opening 8244 on the front housing 824, that is, the annular collar portion 8246 is provided at the front opening 8244, and the annular flange 8245 is formed on an inner edge of the annular collar portion 8246, and the flange 8245 may extend inward in a radial direction of the front opening 8244 for assembling the front door 400.
The front door 400 may be provided at the front opening 8244, and the front door 400 may be connected with the annular ring 8246. As shown in fig. 13, an annular first groove 410 may be provided on the front door 400 adjacent to the edge, and a protrusion 420 is provided on a sidewall of the first groove 410, wherein a flange 8245 is inserted into the first groove 410, so that the front door 400 is assembled with the front housing 824, and the protrusion 420 abuts against and limits the flange 8245.
Therefore, after the flange 8245 is inserted into the first groove 410, the front door 400 and the front housing 824 can be assembled, the assembly is convenient and labor-saving, the annular flange 8245 is matched in the annular first groove 410, positioning can be realized in the whole circumferential direction, stability and reliability can be improved, the protruding part 420 can be stopped with the flange 8245, and accordingly, the protruding part 420 can limit and adjust the eccentricity of the flange 8245, the problem that the front door 400 is not concentric when being matched with the front opening 8244 is solved to a certain extent, and further, the gap at the outer periphery of the front door 400 is uniform, and the aesthetic property can be improved.
As shown in fig. 11-13, according to one example of the present invention, after the flange 8245 is inserted into the first groove 410, a distance between the flange 8245 and a sidewall of the first groove 410 may be smaller than a protrusion height of the protrusion 420. In other words, the flange 8245 is a clearance fit with the first groove 410, and the boss 420 is an interference fit with the flange 8245. Therefore, the protruding part 420 can be tightly abutted against the side wall of the flange 8245, so that the stability and the reliability are further improved, and meanwhile, the concentricity adjusting effect of the protruding part 420 on the front sealing door 400 and the front opening 8244 can be optimized, the appearance problem of uneven gaps is solved, and the attractiveness is further improved.
As shown in fig. 17 to 20, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the wall-mounted washing machine S further includes a door seal assembly 900, the door seal assembly 900 is disposed between the front seal door 400 and the front tub 30, a rear side of the door seal assembly 900 is in sealing engagement with a tub ledge of a front end of the front tub 30, a front side of the door seal assembly 900 is in sealing engagement with a rear side of the front seal door 400, when the door assembly 500 closes the laundry taking/placing opening, a radial inner side of the door seal assembly 900 is in sealing engagement with a side surface of the door assembly 500, the door seal assembly 900 seals a gap between the door assembly 500, the front seal door 400 and the front tub 30, that is, the door assembly 500 is engaged with the door seal assembly 900 to seal an opening on the tub assembly 100, and an inner cavity of the tub assembly 100 is formed as a sealed working chamber.
As shown in fig. 19-20, a dock seal assembly 900 according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: the annular body 910, the connecting portion 920 and the door sealing lip 930, the annular body 910 is formed as an annular structural member arranged along the circumferential direction of the open inner ring of the outer tub assembly 100, the connecting portion 920 is provided at the rear side of the annular body 910, the connecting portion 920 is arranged along the circumferential direction of the annular body 910 and extends rearward in the axial direction of the annular body 910, the front end of the connecting portion 920 is connected to the annular body 910, and the rear end of the connecting portion 920 is in sealing engagement with the flange of the front outer tub 30. A door sealing lip 930 is provided radially inward of the annular body 910,
The door sealing lip 930 is circumferentially arranged along the inner circumference of the annular body 910 and extends inward in the radial direction of the annular body 910, the outer circumference of the door sealing lip 930 is connected with the inner circumference of the annular body 910, the free end of the inner circumference of the door sealing lip 930 is in abutting contact with or separated from the door assembly 500, when the door assembly 500 closes the laundry access opening, the inner circumference of the door sealing lip 930 is in abutting contact with the side surface of the door assembly 500, and when the door assembly 500 opens the laundry access opening, the door sealing lip 930 is separated from the side surface of the door assembly 500.
In this embodiment, the door seal assembly 900 has a simple structure, is easy to implement, has low production cost, and is provided with the door seal lip 930 and the connecting portion 920 on the inner ring and one side of the door seal assembly 900 respectively, which provides convenience for installation of the door seal assembly 900, improves the assembly efficiency of the wall-mounted washing machine S, improves the sealing effect between the door seal assembly 900 and the door assembly 500, prevents water in the outer tub assembly 100 from flowing out through the gap on the door assembly 500, and improves the sealing effect, working stability and reliability of the wall-mounted washing machine S.
Referring to fig. 21, according to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate assembly and reduce vibration that may occur when the assembled washing machine is operated, a bearing housing 14 is provided at a rear side of the fixing plate 10, a first bearing 15 and a second bearing 16 are provided at the bearing housing 14 to be sequentially spaced apart in an axial direction of the rear tub 20, and a connection shaft 1010 sequentially passes through the first bearing 15 and the second bearing 16.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 23, according to one example of the present invention, a driving assembly 1000 includes a connection shaft 1010, a pulley 1020 and a motor 1030, the connection shaft 1010 including: a first shaft section 1011 and a second shaft section 1012, the second shaft section 1012 being connected to the rear end of the first shaft section 1011 and extending in the axial direction of the first shaft section 1011, and the first shaft section 1011 passing through the first bearing 15, the second shaft section 1012 passing through the second bearing 16, at least a part of the rear end face of the first shaft section 1011 being in abutting contact with the front end of the inner ring of the second bearing 16, the rear end face of the inner ring of the second bearing 16 being in abutting contact with the pulley 1020. Motor 1030 rotates inner tub 200 via belt drive pulley 1020.
Referring to fig. 24 to 26, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the door body 510 assembly includes a door body 510 and a hinge assembly 520, a mounting groove 430 is formed on a side surface of the front sealing door 400 facing away from the tub assembly 100, the hinge assembly 520 is composed of a body 521 and a hinge part 522, the body 521 is fixedly coupled in the mounting groove 430, the hinge part 522 is fixedly coupled to the body 521 and protrudes from the mounting groove 430, and the door body 510 is pivotably coupled to the hinge part 522 to close or open an opening inside the front sealing door 400.
Wherein, the mounting groove 430 is provided with a positioning post 440 extending forward, a positioning hole 5211 extending along the thickness direction of the body 521 and adapted to the positioning post 440 is formed on a side of the body 521 opposite to the hinge portion 522, when the body 521 is mounted in the mounting groove 430, the positioning post 440 is inserted into the positioning hole 5211, and the body 521 and the mounting groove 430 are kept relatively stationary by the cooperation of the positioning post 440 and the positioning hole 5211, so as to prevent the body 521 from shaking relative to the mounting groove 430.
Thus, on one hand, in the installation process of the main body 521, the main body 521 can be prevented from being deviated due to the gravity influence of the door body 510, the installation of the main body 521 is convenient, the installation efficiency of the wall-mounted washing machine S is improved, on the other hand, the stability and the reliability of the installation of the main body 521 are improved, the installation precision of the door body 510 is improved, the sealing performance of the door body 510 when the door body 510 is closed is enhanced, and the service life of the door body 510 is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 27, in some examples of the invention, a door assembly 500 includes: door inner ring 511, door outer ring 512, and main heat shield 514.
The door inner ring 511 is formed into a ring shape, and is connected to the front seal door 400 through the hinge assembly 520, the door outer ring 512 is connected to the front side of the door inner ring 511, the door glass 513 is disposed between the door outer ring 512 and the door inner ring 511, a flange extending radially outwards is formed on the outer periphery of the door glass 513, the flange is clamped between the door outer ring 512 and the door inner ring 511, and the door glass 513 is disposed in the middle of the ring-shaped door inner ring 511.
The main heat shield 514 is connected to the side of the door body outer ring 512 facing away from the door body inner ring 511, and the edge of the main heat shield 514 is connected to the inner periphery of the door body outer ring 512, so that the clothes adding port penetrates the main heat shield 514 and the door glass 513 in sequence along the front-rear direction, thereby not only facilitating the observation of the clothes washing condition of the inner tub 200, but also avoiding the user from being scalded by the high-temperature water.
28, 29, in an alternative example of the present invention, a laundry door 515 is provided on the main heat shield 514, the laundry door 515 being pivotally connected to the main heat shield 514.
When the wall-mounted washing machine S washes clothes, if a user forgets to put a small amount of clothes into the wall-mounted washing machine S, the user does not need to stop the wall-mounted washing machine S to open the door assembly 500, only the clothes adding door 515 on the door assembly 500 is required to be opened, the omitted clothes are added into the barrel body through the clothes adding port, and then the clothes adding door 515 is closed, during which the wall-mounted washing machine S continuously operates.
According to the door assembly 500 of the wall-mounted washing machine S, in the process of adding clothes in the wall-mounted washing machine S, the clothes are directly added into the wall-mounted washing machine S through the clothes adding port, so that the processes of draining water and adding water again are eliminated, the time is saved, convenience is brought to a user for washing the clothes, and the consumption of washing water and detergents is reduced.
As shown in fig. 30 to 32, according to an example of the present invention, a door outer ring 512 is positioned at a front side of a door inner ring 511, the door outer ring 512 is coupled to the door inner ring 511 to define a mounting cavity 516 for mounting a lamp body 530, a radially inner side wall of the mounting cavity 516 (i.e., a side along a radial direction of the annular door outer ring 512 and close to a central axis of the annular door outer ring 512) has a lamp body 530 mounting hole 517, the lamp body 530 is mounted in the mounting cavity 516, and an illumination end of the lamp body 530 is penetrated from the lamp body 530 mounting hole 517, a door glass 513 is provided at a rear side of the annular door outer ring 512, that is, one side of the lamp body 530 is positioned in the mounting cavity 516, and the other side is penetrated through the lamp body 530 mounting hole 517, such that the lamp body 530 is mounted in the annular door ring and the illumination end of the lamp body 530 is positioned at a front side of the door glass 513, and light of the illumination end can be irradiated into a tub through a refractive effect of the door glass 513, thereby improving a visual range of a user, and facilitating a user to take out laundry.
33-37, according to one example of the present invention, the front side of the cabinet assembly 800 has a front housing 824, a front opening 8244 is provided on the front housing 824, the door assembly 500 has a door lock 540 and a door handle 550, the door lock 540 is disposed at a position corresponding to the door lock 560 and is fixed between the door inner ring 511 and the door outer ring 512, and the door lock 560 is fixed between the front seal door 400 and the tub, and the door lock 560 is completely hidden in the cabinet assembly 800 by the cooperation of the front seal door 400, the tub and the cabinet 820 to secure the external appearance effect of the wall-hanging washing machine S, so that the door assembly 500 can be pivoted inward with respect to the cabinet assembly 800 to realize the cooperation of the door lock 540 and the door lock 560, thereby closing the laundry adding opening, and the door assembly 500 can be pivoted outward with respect to the cabinet assembly 800 to realize the disengagement of the door lock 540 and the door lock 560 to open the laundry adding opening. Meanwhile, the door handle 550 and the door lock 560 are staggered in the circumferential direction of the door opening, so that space interference between the door handle 550 and the door lock 560 can be avoided, the occupied volume is reduced, and the appearance of the wall-mounted washing machine S is beautified.
According to an example of the present invention, as shown in fig. 37, the front side of the front housing 824 has a second groove 450 located at the radial outside of the front opening 8244, the second groove 450 defining a receiving space between the second groove 450 and the inner edge of the door assembly 500, and a user can insert a hand into the receiving space to pull the door assembly 500 when opening the door assembly 500, so that the door handle 550 adapted to be inserted and operated by the hand and hidden behind the door assembly 500 is defined by the second groove 450 in cooperation with the inner edge of the door assembly 500, thereby not only further simplifying the structure, reducing the number of components, but also enhancing the external appearance of the wall-mounted washing machine S.
As shown in fig. 38 to 41, the wall-mounted washing machine S further includes a water level sensing apparatus 1100, and the water level sensing apparatus 1100 includes a water level sensor 1110 and a air chamber guide 1120 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The air chamber guide pipe 1120 comprises a first pipe section 1121 and a second pipe section 1122, wherein one end of the first pipe section 1121 is communicated with the tub of the washing machine, the other end of the first pipe section 1122 is communicated with one end of the second pipe section 1122, and the other end of the second pipe section 1122 is connected with the water level sensor 1110, where it can be understood that the first pipe section 1121 may be directly communicated with the tub of the washing machine or indirectly communicated with the tub of the washing machine, and water and air in the tub of the washing machine may enter the first pipe section 1121, wherein the inner diameter of the second pipe section 1122 is smaller than the inner diameter of the first pipe section 1121, so that when the water content in the tub of the first pipe section 1121 changes due to the water level change, the air pressure in the second pipe section 1122 changes more obviously, thereby improving the detection reliability of the water level sensor 1110.
According to an example of the present invention, the air chamber lead 1120 extends in a vertical direction (i.e., up-down direction), the lower end of the first pipe section 1121 communicates with the tub, the upper end of the first pipe section 1121 communicates with the lower end of the second pipe section 1122, the upper end of the second pipe section 1122 is connected with the water level sensor 1110, and the ratio of the inner diameter d of the first pipe section 1121 to the inner diameter d of the second pipe section 1122 may be between-for example, the inner diameter d of the first pipe section 1121 and the inner diameter d of the second pipe section 1122 may be, or may be, such that the detection sensitivity and reliability of the water level sensing apparatus 1100 is further improved by a reasonable ratio of the inner diameters of the first pipe section 1121 and the second pipe section 1122.
As shown in fig. 40 to 41, according to an example of the present invention, a first mounting hole 17 is formed in the fixing plate 10, the first mounting hole 17 has a height greater than a width, the water level sensor 1110 mainly includes a sensor main body 1111, an elastic arm 1112 and an elastic buckle 1113, the elastic buckle 1113 includes a fixing portion 11131 and elastic lugs 11132 provided at both sides of the fixing portion 11131, the elastic buckle 1113 has a height smaller than the width of the first mounting hole 17, and the width thereof is greater than the width of the first mounting hole 17 and smaller than the height of the first mounting hole 17, so that when the elastic buckle 1113 is inserted into the first mounting hole 17, the width direction of the elastic buckle 1113 corresponds to the width direction of the first mounting hole 17, the height direction of the elastic buckle 1113 corresponds to the height direction of the first mounting hole 17, and the elastic buckle 1113 is pressed backward, the elastic lugs 11132 at both sides of the fixing portion 11131 are pressed to shrink so that the elastic buckle 1113 is caught in the first mounting hole 17, and when the elastic buckle 1113 is inserted into place, the elastic buckle 1113 is caught in the first mounting hole 17, and the lugs 11132 are caught by the elastic buckle 11131 and the lugs 11132 at both sides of the front end of the fixing plate 11110 and the elastic buckle 17 are stopped from the front of the fixing plate 10.
When the water level sensor 1110 is detached, the elastic buckle 1113 rotates by a predetermined angle, the width direction of the elastic buckle 1113 corresponds to the height direction of the first mounting hole 17, the height direction of the elastic buckle 1113 corresponds to the width direction of the first mounting hole 17, and the elastic buckle 1113 can be easily separated from the first mounting hole 17 because the height of the elastic buckle 1113 is smaller than the width of the first mounting hole 17 and the width of the elastic buckle 1113 is smaller than the height of the first mounting hole 17.
As shown in fig. 23 and 42, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the overflow pipe assembly 1200 includes an overflow pipe 1210 and an exhaust pipe 1220, one end of the overflow pipe 1210 is adapted to be connected to a tub of the washing machine, and the other end of the overflow pipe 1210 is in communication with the drain assembly 700, such that the tub of the washing machine forms a flow path with the outside through the overflow pipe 1210, and when the water level in the tub of the washing machine is excessively high or the foam is excessively high, the foam and water can be discharged through the flow path formed by the overflow pipe 1210. The exhaust pipe 1220 is connected to the overflow pipe 1210, and the outlet end 1221 of the exhaust pipe 1220 is in communication with the outside, and at the same time, the outlet end 1221 of the exhaust pipe 1220 is higher than the position of the junction between the overflow pipe 1210 and the exhaust pipe 1220 in the up-down direction, that is, one end of the exhaust pipe 1220 connected to the overflow pipe 1210 is lower than the outlet end 1221 of the exhaust pipe 1220 in the up-down direction, whereby a flow path is formed between the exhaust pipe 1220 and the overflow pipe 1210, and when the foam in the tub of the wall-hanging washing machine S is too much, a part of the foam enters the exhaust pipe 1220 through the overflow pipe 1210 and is gradually ruptured in the extension path (i.e., the pipe length path) of the exhaust pipe 1220, thereby maintaining the air pressure balance between the tub and the tub to prevent the air pressure in the tub from being too high.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, in order to prevent excessive foam in the tub from being discharged from the outlet end 1221 of the exhaust pipe 1220, the outlet end 1221 of the exhaust pipe 1220 is higher than the junction between the overflow pipe 1210 and the tub in the up-down direction, so that the flow path of the exhaust pipe 1220 is increased, the foam is ensured to be gradually broken in the flow path, and at the same time, water overflowing from the tub is prevented from entering the exhaust pipe 1220.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, an extension pipe (not shown) is further disposed on the outlet end 1221 of the exhaust pipe 1220, so that the flow path can be further increased by disposing the extension pipe, so as to ensure that the foam is gradually broken in the flow path, and avoid the foam flowing out of the wall-mounted washing machine S to affect the use.
Referring to fig. 43 to 45, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the rear tub 20 has a second mounting hole 21 and a first water blocking plate 22 thereon, the heating apparatus 1300 mainly includes a heating pipe 1310 and a third water blocking plate 1320, a socket terminal 1311 is provided on the heating pipe 1310, the heating pipe 1310 passes through the second mounting hole 21 to be mounted in the rear tub 20, one end portion of the heating pipe 1310 provided with the socket terminal 1311 protrudes out of the second mounting hole 21 to be located outside the rear tub 20 and the socket terminal 1311 is exposed out of the second mounting hole 21, the first water blocking plate 22 is located above the heating pipe 1310 to prevent water from falling down to the heating pipe 1310, and the third water blocking plate 1320 is mounted at a front side of the second mounting hole 21 to prevent water from falling down to the heating pipe 1310.
That is, the outer tub assembly 100 is formed with the second mounting hole 21, one end of the heating tube 1310 is extended into the rear outer tub 20 through the second mounting hole 21, the other end of the heating tube 1310 is located outside the rear outer tub 20, the socket terminal 1311 is provided on the other end of the heating tube 1310 and located outside the rear outer tub 20, the rear outer tub 20 has washing water therein, and the socket terminal 1311 is extended out of the rear outer tub 20, thereby preventing the socket terminal 1311 from contacting with the water and facilitating the electrical connection of the socket terminal 1311.
The first water baffle 22 is disposed above the second mounting hole 21, and when the heating pipe 1310 is mounted in the second mounting hole 21, the first water baffle 22 is disposed above the heating pipe 1310 to shield the heating pipe 1310, so that water can be prevented from falling down to the heating pipe 1310 from top to bottom, and leakage and fire caused by contact of the plug terminal 1311 with water can be prevented. The third water blocking plate 1320 is located at the front side of the second mounting hole 21 so as to block at least the front side of the heating pipe 1310 to further prevent the heating pipe 1310 from contacting water to generate electric leakage. Alternatively, the first water baffle 22 may be integrally formed with the rear tub 20, so that the installation steps of the first water baffle 22 and the rear tub 20 may be reduced, the waterproof effect of the first water baffle 22 may be enhanced, and the structural strength of the first water baffle 22 and the rear tub 20 may be enhanced.
According to a further example of the invention, at least one side of the first water deflector 22 is inclined downwards in order to enhance the water-repellent effect, defining the water flow direction.
As shown in fig. 47-50, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the drying assembly 1400 is disposed at the bottom of the inner cavity of the box assembly 800 and adjacent to the air outlet 826, so that the warm air blown out from the air outlet 826 can be dried by a user conveniently, thereby integrating the functions of washing and drying and improving the user experience.
According to an example of the present invention, the air outlet 826 is provided on the lower surface of the case assembly 800, which can facilitate the operation of the user and simplify the overall structure.
According to an example of the present invention, a carrier 840 is provided below the outlet 826, the carrier 840 comprising: the bearing section 841 and the connecting section 842, the bearing section 841 is arranged below the air outlet 826 and extends along the width direction of the wall-mounted washing machine S, one end of the connecting section 842 is connected with the bearing section 841, the other end of the connecting section 842 is connected with the machine shell, in the example, the connecting section 842 comprises two connecting sections 842, and the two connecting sections 842 are respectively connected at two ends of the bearing section 841, therefore, the bearing capacity of the bearing piece 840 can be improved, the bearing of the bearing piece 840 is prevented from being damaged, the structure is simpler, and the production cost is lower.
According to an alternative example of the present invention, the drying assembly 1400 includes a duct housing 1410, a fan 1420, and a heating member 1430, wherein a duct is defined in the duct housing 1410, one end of the duct housing 1410 is connected to the fan 1420, the other end has a duct outlet 1411, the duct outlet 1411 penetrates an air outlet 826 on the housing, the air flow in the fan 1420 flows out from the duct outlet 1411 through the duct, and the heating member 1430 is disposed in the duct to heat the air flow in the duct.
From this, utilize fan 1420 and heating piece 1430 cooperation to blow out the high temperature wind stream in the wind channel, put the smallclothes articles for daily use in wind channel export 1411 department and carry out the stoving processing, can prevent that moist smallclothes articles for daily use from breeding the bacterium and threatening user's healthy, drying assembly 1400's simple structure moreover, the cost is lower, and power consumption is less, and the operation is comparatively convenient moreover.
Referring to fig. 38, the water inlet assembly 600 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a water inlet valve 610, a water inlet pipe assembly 620, and a water inlet joint 630, the water inlet valve 610 is provided on a sidewall of the rear tub 20, one end of the water inlet pipe assembly 620 is connected to the water inlet valve 610, and the other end of the water inlet pipe assembly 620 is connected to the water inlet joint 630, such that the water inlet valve 610, the water inlet pipe assembly 620, and the water inlet joint 630 form a water inlet passage to facilitate water injection into the inner tub 200.
The water inlet connector 630 is arranged on the front outer barrel 30 and is communicated with the inner barrel 200, the water inlet connector 630 comprises a water inlet connector 631 and a water inlet outlet 632, the water inlet connector 630 is communicated with the other end of the water inlet pipe assembly 620 through the water inlet connector 631, the water inlet outlet 632 is formed on the inner side wall of the front outer barrel 30 and forms a water guide groove 633, therefore, when water flows out of the water guide groove 633 through the drainage function of the water guide groove 633, water flow can be formed into waterfall type water flow, rapid diffusion of water flow is facilitated, better infiltration effect is formed on clothes in the inner barrel 200, clothes infiltration is more uniform, the cleaning capacity of the wall-mounted washing machine S is improved, rapid water purification can be realized, and the water inlet time is shortened.
As shown in fig. 38, according to an example of the present invention, the water inlet pipe assembly 620 includes a first water inlet pipe 621 and a second water inlet pipe 622, the first water inlet pipe 621 is connected to the second water inlet pipe 622, and water flows into the inner tub 200 through the first water inlet pipe 621 and the second water inlet pipe 622 in sequence. Wherein the first inlet pipe 621 is a plastic pipe adapted to be connected to the inlet valve 610, whereby connection to the inlet valve 610 is facilitated by the first inlet pipe 621, alternatively the first inlet pipe 621 may be a quick connect plastic pipe adapted to be inserted into the inlet valve 610.
The second inlet tube 622 is a soft material tube, and the soft material tube is conveniently connected with the plastic tube in a matched manner, and is also conveniently connected with the water inlet on the barrel body of the wall-mounted washing machine, so that the connection and fixation of the inlet tube assembly 620 are facilitated, the falling risk of the inlet tube assembly 620 can be reduced, and the safety and reliability of the wall-mounted washing machine are improved.

Claims (34)

1. A wall-mounted washing machine (S), characterized by comprising:
an outer tub assembly (100), the outer tub assembly (100) including a fixing plate (10) adapted to be connected to a wall, a rear outer tub (20) located at a front side of the fixing plate (10), and a front outer tub (30) located at a front side of the rear outer tub (20);
an inner tub (200), the inner tub (200) being rotatably provided in the rear outer tub (20) and having a laundry taking and putting port at a front side thereof;
the driving assembly (1000) is arranged at the rear side of the fixed plate (10) to drive the inner barrel (200) to rotate;
a front sealing door (400), wherein the front sealing door (400) is arranged at the front side of the front outer barrel (30) and is provided with a front end opening corresponding to the clothes taking and placing opening;
a door assembly (500), the door assembly (500) being pivotably connected to a front side of the front closure door (400) to open or close the laundry access opening;
-a water inlet assembly (600), said water inlet assembly (600) being adapted to pass water into said inner tub (200);
-a drain assembly (700), the drain assembly (700) being adapted to drain water out of the inner tub (200);
-a box assembly (800), said box assembly (800) being connected to said fixed plate (10) and defining a housing cavity adapted to house said rear tub (20) and said front tub (30); the dimensions of the box assembly (800) are larger than the dimensions of the fixing plate (10) such that the box assembly (800) at least partially covers the edge outermost end of the fixing plate (10);
the rear outer barrel (20) and the front outer barrel (30) are matched to define a cavity;
the fixing plate (10) is provided with a guide piece (13), and the extension length of at least one part of the guide piece (13) in the radial direction of the fixing panel is gradually increased from front to back.
2. Wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer edge of the fixing plate (10) is formed with a ring of protrusions, and the cabinet assembly (800) covers the outer sides of the protrusions.
3. Wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 1, characterized in that the left and right sides of the cabinet assembly (800) and the fixing plate (10) are respectively provided with at least one set of limiting mechanisms in left and right directions, each set of limiting mechanisms comprising:
The fixed seat (810) is arranged on one of the side wall of the box body assembly (800) or the side edge of the fixed plate (10);
the limiting structure (11), the limiting structure (11) is arranged on the side wall of the box body assembly (800) or the other side edge of the fixing plate (10), and the limiting structure (11) is suitable for being matched and fixed with the fixing seat (810).
4. A wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 3, characterized in that the fixed seat (810) has a blocking side wall (811), the limit structure (11) is a big head screw perpendicular to the side edge of the fixed plate (10) and connected, and a gap for accommodating the blocking side wall (811) is provided between the big head of the big head screw and the side edge of the fixed plate (10).

The wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 4, wherein the top of the fixing plate (10) has a fixing tongue (12), the fixing tongue (12) has a screw hole (121), the rear side of the top wall of the cabinet assembly (800) has a cabinet positioning hole (825), and the cabinet positioning hole (825) coincides with the screw hole (121) to be suitable for passing a screw after the cabinet assembly (800) is connected to the fixing plate (10).
6. Wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 1, characterized in that the guide (13) is located between the inner wall surface of the cabinet assembly (800) and the outer wall surface of the fixing plate (10).
7. A wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 1, characterized in that said cabinet assembly (800) comprises:
the box body (820), a water outlet (821) is defined in the box body (820), a second water baffle (822) is arranged in the accommodating cavity, at least two water baffle ribs (823) are arranged at the bottom of the accommodating cavity so as to define a water baffle area, and the water baffle area is communicated with the water outlet (821);
the display box (830) is arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the second water baffle (822) is located above the display box (830) so as to guide water falling onto the second water baffle (822) into the water baffle area.
8. The wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 7, wherein the case (820) includes a front housing (824), the front housing (824) has a button (8241), a recess (8242) is defined by a rear side of the button (8241), a front side of the display case (830) is open and abuts against a rear side wall of the front housing (824), a display plate (831) is provided in the display case (830), and a spring (8243) is provided between the recess (8242) and the display plate (831).
9. The wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 8, wherein the front housing (824) has a front opening (8244), an annular flange (8245) being formed on the front housing (824) around and adjacent to an inner edge of the annular collar portion (8246) of the front opening (8244), the flange (8245) extending inwardly in a radial direction of the front opening (8244); the front sealing door (400) is arranged at the front opening (8244) and is connected with the annular ring part (8246), an annular first groove (410) is arranged on the front sealing door (400) adjacent to the edge, a protruding part (420) is arranged on the side wall of the first groove (410), the flange (8245) is inserted into the first groove (410), and the protruding part (420) is stopped and limited by the flange (8245).
10. The wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 9, wherein a distance between the flange (8245) and a sidewall of the first groove (410) after the flange (8245) is inserted into the first groove (410) is smaller than a protrusion height of the protrusion (420).
11. The wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 1, further comprising a door seal assembly (900), the door seal assembly (900) being sealingly disposed between the front seal door (400) and the front tub (30), and the door seal assembly (900) being configured to simultaneously seal a gap between the front tub (30), the front seal door (400), and the door assembly (500) when the door assembly (500) closes the laundry access opening.
12. The wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 11, wherein the door seal assembly (900) comprises:
an annular body (521);
a connection part (920), wherein the connection part (920) is arranged at the rear side of the annular body (521) and is suitable for being connected with the convex edge of the front outer barrel (30) in a sealing way;
and a door sealing lip (930), wherein the door sealing lip (930) is arranged on the radial inner side of the annular body (521), and the free end of the door sealing lip (930) is abutted with the door assembly (500) when the door assembly (500) closes the clothes taking and putting opening.
13. Wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 1, characterized in that the rear side of the fixed plate (10) is provided with a bearing seat (14), the bearing seat (14) is internally provided with a first bearing (15) and a second bearing (16) which are axially spaced apart along the bearing seat (14), and the central axes of the first bearing (15), the second bearing (16) and the bearing seat (14) coincide with the central axis of the rear tub (20).
14. A wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 13, characterized in that said drive assembly (1000) comprises:
-a connection shaft (1010), the connection shaft (1010) comprising:

The wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 8, wherein the front door (400) is formed with a mounting groove (430), and a positioning column (440) extending forward is disposed in the mounting groove (430), and the door assembly (500) includes: a door body (510) and a hinge assembly (520), wherein the hinge assembly (520) comprises a body (521) and a hinge part (522), the body (521) is provided with a positioning hole (5211) which is suitable for being matched with the positioning column (440), and the door body (510) is rotatably connected to the front sealing door (400) through the hinge part (522).

a door inner ring (511), the door inner ring (511) being formed substantially in a ring shape and being connected to the front seal door (400) by a hinge assembly (520);
the door body outer ring (512), the door body outer ring (512) is connected to the front side of the door body inner ring (511), and door glass (513) is arranged between the door body outer ring (512) and the door body inner ring (511);
and a main heat shield (514), wherein the edge of the main heat shield (514) is connected with the inner periphery of the outer ring (512) of the door body, and the clothes adding port penetrates through the main heat shield (514) and the door glass (513) in sequence along the horizontal direction.
17. The wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 16, characterized in that the main heat shield (514) is provided with a laundry adding door (515), the laundry adding door (515) being pivotally connected to the main heat shield (514).

The wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 16, wherein the front housing (824) has a front opening (8244), a door lock (560) is provided at an outer periphery of the front opening (8244), the door assembly (500) has a door lock head (540) and a door handle (550), the door lock head (540) is fixed between the door body inner ring (511) and the door body outer ring (512), the door lock is fixed between the front seal door (400) and the inner tub (200), the door lock head (540) is adapted to be engaged with the door lock, and the door handle (550) and the door lock are provided alternately in a circumferential direction.

The wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 19, characterized in that the front side of the front housing (824) has a second recess (450), the second recess (450) being located radially outside the front opening (8244), a space being defined between the second recess (450) and an inner edge of the door assembly (500) adapted for a human hand to reach in, the space being configured as the door handle (550).
21. A wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 1, further comprising a water level sensing device (1100), the water level sensing device (1100) comprising:
a water level sensor (1110), the water level sensor (1110) being installed at the front side of the fixing plate (10);
a gas cell lead (1120), the gas cell lead (1120) comprising a first tube section (1121) and a second tube section (1122), the first tube section (1121) being adapted to be connected to a rear tub (20) of the washing machine for containing gas and water, the second tube section (1122) containing gas and being connected to the water level sensor (1110), the second tube section (1122) having an inner diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the first tube section (1121).
22. The wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 21, wherein the relationship between the inner diameter d1 of the first tube section (1121) and the inner diameter d2 of the second tube section (1122) corresponds to: d1/d2=2-5.
23. Wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 21, characterized in that said fixed plate (10) is provided with a first mounting hole (17), said first mounting hole (17) being greater in height than in width, said water level sensor (1110) comprising:
a sensor body (1111);
a resilient arm (1112), the resilient arm (1112) being provided on the sensor body (1111);

The wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 1, further comprising an overflow pipe assembly (1200), wherein the overflow pipe assembly (1200) comprises an overflow pipe (1210) and an exhaust pipe (1220), one end of the overflow pipe (1210) is adapted to communicate with the rear outer tub (20), the other end of the overflow pipe is in communication with the drain assembly (700) to drain water or foam, the exhaust pipe (1220) is connected with the overflow pipe (1210), and an outlet end (1221) of the exhaust pipe (1220) is higher than a junction of the exhaust pipe (1220) and the overflow pipe (1210) in an up-down direction and is in communication with the outside.
25. The wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 24, wherein the outlet end (1221) of the air outlet pipe (1220) is higher than the junction of the overflow pipe (1210) and the rear tub (20) in the up-down direction.
26. A wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 24, characterized in that the outlet end (1221) of the exhaust pipe (1220) is further provided with an extension pipe, one end of which is connected to the outlet end (1221) and the other end extends in an annular direction.
27. A wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 1, wherein the rear tub (20) has a second mounting hole (21) and a first water baffle (22), the wall-mounted washing machine (S) further comprising a heating device (1300), the heating device (1300) comprising:

and one end of the connecting section (842) is connected with the bearing section (841), and the other end of the connecting section (842) is connected with the box body assembly (800).
32. The wall-mounted washing machine (S) according to claim 29, wherein the drying assembly (1400) comprises:
an air duct housing (1410), an air duct being defined within the air duct housing (1410), one end of the air duct having an air duct outlet (1411) in communication with the air outlet (826);
