The invention discloses a fixing support for aluminum strip electrophoresis, which comprises a supporting cross rod, fixing hanging rods and an adjusting measuring rod, wherein two ends of the supporting cross rod are fixed on a truss, the supporting cross rod is a round rod, a transverse square groove is formed in the supporting cross rod, two metal lantern rings are sleeved on the supporting cross rod, the bottom of each metal lantern ring is fixed with the fixing hanging rod, a plurality of equidistant inclined grooves are formed in each fixing hanging rod, inclined pressing plates are placed in each inclined groove, a plurality of pressing plates are fixed on a vertical rod, a plurality of nuts are fixed on the side face of the vertical rod, a second bolt is inserted into the nuts, limit lantern rings are fixed on the left side wall of each fixing hanging rod, and two ends of the adjusting measuring rod with scales are inserted into two limit lantern rings of two fixing hanging rods. Background
When the aluminum product is sold in the market, the outer surface of the aluminum strip is required to be subjected to electrophoresis treatment, a layer of paint is formed on the outer surface after the electrophoresis treatment, but when electrophoresis is carried out, the aluminum strip is required to be fixed on a fixed support, the aluminum strip is fixed on the fixed support through winding of aluminum wires in the existing factory, the working efficiency is low under the condition that the aluminum strip is more, and the production capacity is relatively large in the factory, so that a large amount of manpower is required for fixing the aluminum strip on the fixed support, and the production capacity of keeping up with the factory can be ensured.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention discloses a fixing bracket for aluminum strip electrophoresis, which is convenient for rapidly fixing the aluminum strip on the fixing bracket, saves working time and quickens working efficiency.

Preferably, the pressure plate is L-shaped. Preferably, the bottom of each fixed hanging rod is respectively fixed with a stepping motor, and an output shaft of the stepping motor is fixed with a second bolt.
Preferably, the adjusting measuring rod is a telescopic rod, a threaded hole is formed in the outer rod of the adjusting measuring rod, and a fastening bolt is screwed into the threaded hole.
Compared with the prior art, the aluminum strip clamping device has the advantages that the square groove is formed in the supporting cross rod and is fixed through the bolts, the fixed hanging rod is prevented from shaking back and forth, the aluminum strip is convenient to place in the inclined groove, the aluminum strip is convenient to compress through the L-shaped pressing plate and the bolts, the interval between the two vertical rods can be adjusted through the adjusting measuring rod, and the aluminum strip is convenient to place in.

When the aluminum strip fixing clamp is used, the metal lantern ring 1.2 welded with the fixing hanging rod 2 is sleeved on the supporting cross rod 1, the adjusting measuring rod 3 is inserted into the limiting lantern ring 2.5 of the fixing hanging rod 2, the distance between the two limiting lantern rings 2.5 is adjusted according to the length of the aluminum strip, the limiting lantern ring 2.5 is fixed on the adjusting measuring rod 3 through inserting the U-shaped nail 3.1 into the through hole of the adjusting measuring rod 3, meanwhile, the first bolt 1.3 on the metal lantern ring 1.2 is screwed, the metal lantern ring 1.2 is fixed on the supporting cross rod 1, then an aluminum strip is placed in the inclined groove, after the aluminum strip is placed, the second bolt 2.4 is screwed clockwise to pull the vertical rod 2.3 to descend, the pressing piece is compressed by the aluminum strip, the second bolt 2.4 is screwed anticlockwise to pull the vertical rod 2.3 to ascend when the aluminum strip needs to be disassembled, and the compressing state is released.
Embodiment two; as shown in fig. 3, the bottom of each fixed hanging rod 2 is respectively fixed with a stepping motor 2.6, and the output shaft of the stepping motor 2.6 is fixed with a second bolt 2.4; the second bolt 2.4 can be driven to rotate by the forward and backward rotation of the output shaft of the stepping motor 2.6 to control the vertical rod to lift, so that the pressing plate can realize the actions of pressing and loosening, and the time for manually screwing the second bolt 2.4 is saved.
Embodiment three; as shown in fig. 4, the adjusting measuring rod 3 is a telescopic rod, a threaded hole is formed in the outer rod of the adjusting measuring rod 3, and a fastening bolt 3.2 is screwed into the threaded hole; the length of the measuring rod 3 is controlled to adjust the distance between the limiting lantern rings 2.5, the U-shaped nails 3.1 are not required to be pulled up respectively to adjust the distance between the two limiting lantern rings 2.5, the adjusting time is saved, and fine adjustment between the two limiting lantern rings 2.5 can be realized.
